| 摘 要： | 中国宏观经济2006～2008年的波动为资本结构自然实验法研究提供了条件。根据行业与宏观经济的敏感性，将该期间沪深712家样本公司分为防守型行业和周期型行业，实证研究了宏观经济波动对周期型行业上市公司资本结构选择的影响。结果表明:在宏观经济衰退期，周期型行业较以前显著降低了债务比率；在新增资金中，权益融资和债务融资均减少，但权益融资降幅更大，因此，其债务比率上升；自然实验法的实证研究显示，宏观经济状况是影响资本结构选择的重要因素，部分公司特征结果与先前的相关研究基本一致。
