| 摘 要： | 从区域旅游竞争视角，应用演化博弈论方法分析了城市智慧旅游建设策略的动态演化过程，研究表明:（1）区域内旅游地城市间的激烈竞争是智慧旅游建设的重要推动力之一；（2）城市智慧旅游是区域旅游产业发展到一定水平和阶段的产物；（3）竞争激烈且旅游产业发展水平较高区域的主要旅游地城市会有很强的智慧旅游建设意愿；（4）能否对智慧旅游建设成本进行有效控制将决定城市间基于竞争的智慧旅游建设的可持续性。由此提出了城市智慧旅游建设的政策建议:（1）城市应从所在区域的旅游产业发展水平出发考虑是否建设智慧旅游，避免盲目跟风；（2）政府应制定合理的智慧旅游建设规划和成本预算，选择建设具有明显社会效益的项目；（3）充分利用已有的旅游信息化建设成果；（4）依托智慧城市平台，提高智慧旅游建设效率。 |

| Abstract: | Evolutionary game theory method is used to analyze the dynamic evolution process of smart tourism construction strategies of cities. The research draws the following four conclusions: （1）The intense competition of the regional tourist destinations is an important impetus of smart tourism construction; （2）City smart tourism occurs when regional tourism industry grows to a certain level and stage; （3）Principal tourism destination cities which locate in the region with intense competition and high tourism industry level incline to develop smart tourism; （4）The sustainability of smart tourism construction depends on if cities can effectively control the cost. According to the conclusions above, the following four suggestions are put forward: （1）Whether to initiate smart tourism construction or not should base on the level of regional tourism industry development; （2）The government should formulate a reasonable planning and budget for the smart tourism construction, and choose the projects with noticeable social benefits; （3）The existent achievements should be made full use of; （4）Relying on smart city platform can improve the efficiency of smart tourism construction |
