| 摘 要： | 摘要： 现代信息服务业作为横跨信息技术与服务内容所衍生出来的现代新兴服务业，正逐渐融入全球经济各个环节之中，它既是发达国家服务经济发展的重点产业，也是发展中国家形成新产业体系的切入点之一。文章在分析国际上成功现代信息服务业融合创新的基础上，从区位指数、区域分工指数、竞争力指标、科研投入和创新能力五个方面，对我国三大经济区域的信息服务业发展状况进行了定量分析，并通过比较得出：三大经济区域信息服务业发展，需要根据地方区域特色合理规划发展信息服务产业融合。长三角地区应重点发展以经济、金融、贸易、航运等信息内容的服务创新中心，发展面向中小民营企业的信息服务支撑，发展城镇化惠民的泛在信息社会服务，发展新兴信息服务并逐步与国际接轨；京津冀地区应重点发展科技、文化、体育等知识信息服务创新中心，发展信息化与工业化融合的生产型信息服务，发展国家级数据库信息服务产品，形成中国信息服务品牌与知识产权；泛珠三角地区应重点发展面向支持新农村建设的信息服务创新中心，发展面向香港澳门等高增长行业信息服务，发展从资本运作到信息运作的市场化信息服务体系。三大区域间应加强产业融合与协同监管，减少信息服务创新风险与成本，将博大深厚的信息资源转制为科学决策的知识产品，形成强大中华文化在全球信息服务领域的整体优势。
