| 摘 要： | 日渐频发和日益严峻的公共卫生危机，不仅给民众生产生活带来巨大困扰，也给传统的社会工作服务体系带来巨大的挑战。在健康中国战略的指引下，社会工作发展呈现出越来越明显的生命转向，促进了公共卫生社会工作的兴起。作为公共卫生与社会工作的融合发展，公共卫生社会工作积极响应健康促进的时代趋势，从大健康观、生态文明观以及全球治理观的理论出发，积极创新和拓展实践策略、核心技术及专业服务优势，促进全面健康与健康中国的战略实现。

| Abstract: | The increasingly frequent and severe public health crises not only bring great troubles to people's production and life, but also bring great challenges to the traditional social work service system. Under the guidance of the strategy of Healthy China, the development of social work has shown an increasing obvious life turn, which has promoted the rise of public health social work. As the integrated development of public health and social work, public health social work respond positively to the trend of times of health promotion, and actively innovates and expands the advantages of practical strategies, core technologies and professional services on the basis of the theories of comprehensive health, ecological civilization and global governance, so as to promote the strategic realization of comprehensive health and Healthy China. |
