本文以＂中国梦＂作为切入点,探讨了如何让人才托举中国梦。在此基础上,以职业指导作为突破口,探寻了人才成长规律。     

关于人才可持续发展成长链建设的思考

全国人才工作会议之后,人才观发生了重大变化,人才培养模式、方向也随之变化。我国作为世界人口大国,劳动力资源丰富,但人才问题捉襟见肘。主要表现为人才流失严重,现在的人才队伍存在严重的人文精神缺失,人才过密集中于社会显达而非生产领域,专业结构不合理等。为改变这种状况,本文认为极有必要构建显才自我实现、潜才不断成长、准潜才大力培养的人才成长链;同时必须营造整个社会人文素质氛围,打破人才终身制,推行人才合理代谢制度;而且要在潜才成长和准潜才培养方向上密切注意人才接受方向,这样才能保证人才可持续发展。

Regulating Pharmaceutical Industry Marketing: Development,Enforcement, and Outcome of Marketing Rules

This essay reviews work in sociology and cognate fields regarding pharmaceutical marketing and its regulation. In particular, it considers how this literature contributes to a better understanding of the process of pharmaceuticalization, defined as “the translation or transformation of human conditions, capabilities, and capacities into opportunities for pharmaceutical intervention.” The review addresses two research areas that offer productive avenues of investigations of the marketing‐regulatory nexus in the context of pharmaceuticalization. The first concerns the sociopolitical mechanisms underlying development and enforcement of marketing rules. The second considers the impact of rules and enforcement schemes on corporate marketing practices and, consequently, on the shaping of pharmaceutical markets and health.

Summary

Traditional expert systems attempt to represent logically the complex decision rules used by experts. This approach has some defined successes but has been less effective with multi-dimensional problems such as characterize clinical situations. Research suggests that effective expertise is based more on memory than on analysis and logic. The article discusses the nature of memory-based expertise and questions the feasibility of capturing it through expert systems.

Training based on computerized case simulations is suggested as an alternative. The paper also discusses the need for knowledge on the specific impact interventions have on distinct subgroups of consumers. This knowledge can be used to guide training and assist consumers in making key decisions.     

Billy Breaks the Rules

ABSTRACT

Two Web-based forums for discussing diversity issues were evaluated as part of graduate social work education. Data included surveys from 91 students as well as aggregate Web use information. Outcomes included perceived learning benefits related to cultural competency, improved relationships and benefits of anonymous vs. identified participation in the forums. We found that (1) 75% of the students reported benefits related to learning cultural competency; (2) just over 60% experienced positive impacts on relationships with classmates; (3) 54% believed anonymity improved honesty during forum dialogues; however, students who participated in the author-identified forums perceived significantly more perceived learning benefits related to cultural competency than those who participated in the anonymous forums; and (4) over one-third of students improved their perceived technological competence as a result of participating in the forums. We conclude that online forums can serve as a useful adjunct to achieving cultural competency among social work students.     

Rules for aggregating information

We present a model of information aggregation in which agents’ information is represented through partitions over states of the world. We discuss three axioms, meet separability, upper unanimity, and non-imposition, and show that these three axioms characterize the class of oligarchic rules, which combine all of the information held by a pre-specified set of individuals.

The TAL-Family of Rules for Bankruptcy Problems

This paper analyzes a family of rules for bankruptcy problems that generalizes the Talmud rule (T) and encompasses both the constrained equal-awards rule (A) and the constrained equal-losses rule (L). The family is defined by means of a parameter that can be interpreted as a measure of the distributive power of the rule. We provide a systematic study of the structural properties of the rules within the family and its connections with the existing literature.
