价值链理论和企业财务战略是互相影响和互相作用的。因为价值链理论的核心与企业的财务战略目标是一致的。它们都是在战略管理的高度上为企业实现价值和利润的最大化而服务,以企业能够长远稳定的发展为共同目标。所以说价值链理论为企业财务战略提供了一定的战略基础,基于价值链的角度对企业财务战略进行研究可以有效地改进企业财务管理流程。本文首先简述了价值链理论并分析了基于价值链的企业财务战略管理范围,然后阐述了基于价值链的企业财务战略管理策略,最后对基于价值链的企业财务战略特点和管理目标进行了相应的分析,旨在从价值链理论的角度里探讨企业财务战略。  相似文献

本文发展了一个整合ABC的理论精髓——作业价值分析与价值链理论的价值链管理新模型.即奠基于作业价值管理信息系统的价值链管理理论分析框架。该模型以作业的相关信息为基本元素,既把组织业务流程融化为清晰的作业要素组合观念,又为企业整体价值链竞争战略和经营规划提供关键价值决策变量。这一整合,不但解决了传统财务报告系统所不能胜任的决策信息供给角色,而且在作业价值分析模型的支配下对各职能价值链的具体价值动因、绩效与优化达到精确的计量和揭示,进而实现价值链管理理念和实务的跃升。  相似文献

正价值链理论1.价值链价值链是由迈克尔·波特教授于1985年在其著作《竞争优势》中提出的。波特认为,企业价值链是进货后勤、生产作业、采购、技术开发等9种基本活动和支持活动的特定方式联结,不同企业之间价值链的差异形成企业竞争优势。价值链是企业创造利润所进行的一系列经济活动的总称。企业的价值活动按照技术和战略可分为两大项:一是基本活动,包括服务、营销、后勤支持、生产作业、;二是支持活动,包括采购管理、研究与开发、人力资源管理、企业基础设施(见图1)。图1:波特价值链  相似文献

服务商增值战略匹配已超出单一企业的范畴,有必要进行基于价值链环境的跨企业决策。为实现基于价值链环境的增值战略匹配,以价值链均衡为优化目标,建立受当前决策变量状态约束的优化模型。针对信息不完全条件下的动态多目标优化问题,提出实证关系驱动的定性模拟进行求解。扩展传统战略匹配模型(SAM)至信息不完全的价值链环境中,抽象出优化模型描述。以增值战略匹配为研究对象,设计了问卷,利用ANP方法获取决策变量之间的关系。通过QSIM算法驱动因素间交互关系的动态演化,确定实现价值链增值战略均衡时的最佳决策变量组合。算例分析表明了该模型和算法的有效性,能为移动增值战略的实时优化决策提供支持。根据计算结果可以确定战略要素的发展优先级,从而实现资源的优化配置。  相似文献

This paper presents a framework that links strategic MIS planning and business strategy and relates it to competitive advantage and company performance. To achieve this objective, the paper first delineates the dimensions of strategic MIS planning, focusing on both content and process issues. The notion of fit within dimensions, between sets of dimensions (process and content), and between MIS planning and competitive strategy is also introduced. Next, employing the Miles-Snow typology of business strategy, the paper posits normative differences in the dimensions of strategic MIS planning along different business (or competitive) strategies. The implications of our study for both decision makers and scholars are discussed. Propositions that tie competitive strategy, strategic MIS planning, and company financial performance are then presented. The paper concludes by providing direction for future research.  相似文献

The behavior and performance of an organization are intimately tied to the mode and effectiveness of its information processing function. While there is a rapidly expanding level of research concerned with the design, development, and implementation of management information systems (MIS), relatively few approaches to the evaluation and improvement of these systems have been suggested. The current paper develops a multiple goal methodology aimed at filling this gap by evaluating and, if necessary, subsequently modifying any given set of MIS design variables considered capable of enhancing a series of operational and, perhaps, conflicting goals. The methodology is based on a series of significant findings from the MIS design literature. In particular, the procedure incorporates the tripartite of decision type/decision-maker/MIS design into the evaluation process. The methodology is user-based, being flexible with respect to the definition of performance objectives, evaluation measures, design variables, and correction strategies. A brief example applies the methodology to the evaluation of an MIS within a health services organization.  相似文献

Business and business/management schools were surveyed to determine the characteristics of management information systems (MIS) curricula. All academic degree levels–Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate–were investigated. An encouraging 82% response from 260 academic institutions queried lends credibility to findings reported. These survey results should provide insights for the development of new and/or revised MIS curricula. They also indicate opportunities for expanding enrollments. The MIS field, still in its infancy, has not yet stabilized. This is causing difficulties in planning curricula for this newly-evolving discipline. The MIS area within both the academic and business communities is undergoing constant and rapid change due to environmental and technological advancements. In order to insure curriculum relevance and properly trained personnel in this field, these areas must respond to these changes. Suggestions as to where and how this discipline should proceed must be based upon the currently existing situation.  相似文献

Growing recognition of the need for better management information system (MIS) theory and practice centers around problems with identifying the value of information and information systems in organizations. This paper addresses this issue by showing that existing theory in organizational economics and industrial organization directly relates to information problems in organizations (their nature, and their effects in terms of organization structure and performance). The paper categorizes these problems and associated theories into four distinct classes and shows that MIS research and practice can be mapped to information problems of each type. Because the economic theory pertinent to specific information problems includes the nature of the organizational response to information constraints, it also provides insight into the nature of the improvement to be realized if information constraints can be overcome. These improvements can then be interpreted as the value of the associated information systems which suggests using the resultant classification scheme to map between information problems and system value. The paper shows that this methodology provides a more appropriate level of focus than either traditional normative or business value methods, especially because many improvements have structural as well as performance consequences.  相似文献

A relative value of a management information system (MIS) is defined in this paper by a ratio u1u0, where u0 is a value of a utility function of an enterprise whose management information system is perfect, and u1 is its value when it is not perfect and may produce inaccurate or out-of-date data among correct information. Our simulation model contains beuristics which describe the operational and strategic information system of an enterprise. The environment of the enterprise may be stable or dynamic. A mathematical formula, based on simulations, is developed. This formula describes how the relative value of an MIS depends on such factors as the accuracy of an operational information system, delays in information flow, the quality of a strategic information system, a reinvestment ratio used in the enterprise, and a number of investment periods. This formula has been found suitable in an enterprise with a strategically stable environment, but not with a turbulent environment.  相似文献

This article systematically illustrates the value and role of human resource development in the implementation of the Western China development strategy. It analyses in detail some current human resource issues constraining the implementation of the Western China development strategy and those factors that constrain the sustainable development process of economic society.
