农民工社会分类的生成源于制度性的安排,一种基于城乡二元户籍分割制度的社会安排,包括先赋性的制度安排,后致性的教育水平、个人职业选择以及日常生活中的消费品味,其动力机制表现为最初的社会化和先天的类别化安排,这是群体符号边界的生成的最初动力;其次,这种社会分类形成于某种社会心理过程和心理机制,即通过社会认知系统、社会比较和自我类别化,完成再社会化或自我类别化运作,并通过行为的互动模式,进一步内化这种群体符号边界,实现这种群体符号边界的再生产;最后,社会分类是一种叙事逻辑、话语系统和符号指称进一步强化的结果,叙事逻辑、话语系统和符号指称通过社会建构和知识的再生产,达成了群体符号边界的“内固”和“强化”的过程。  相似文献

目前,1.25亿新生代农民工群体已经成为中国产业工人的主力军,但如果新生代农民工既不能融入城市,又无法退回农村,他们长期的“城乡漂移”必将成为严重的社会问题.当前,农民工阶层内部分化日益明显,剖析新生代农民工社会诉求的多元化和利益表达方式的多样性,不仅有利于揭示中国农民工问题时代变迁的主要特征及对社会稳定的影响,而且有利于提出一系列化解新生代农民工问题的可行路径与对策建议.  相似文献

我国的传销群体具有复杂性、组织严密、欺骗性、职能化特点,传销扰乱了社会主义市场经济秩序,破坏社会道德基础和诚信体系,造成个人和家庭生活伤害,引发刑事案件,扰乱社会治安秩序,同时传销群体对社会政治稳定也带来了潜在威胁,会引发群体性事件,使社会不稳定因素扩大。为此要加大宣传力度,形成抵制传销的良好社会氛围,宣传正确的价值观,完善相关法律法规,坚决取缔现存的传销组织。制定切实可行的政策,扩大就业机会,强化对出租房和外来流动人口的管理,建立基层监管防控网络,形成齐抓共管的长效机制。  相似文献

农民工是中国城市化进程中出现的一个特殊社会群体.近年来,农民工群体发生分化,从单向由农村向城市流动,转为了双向流动.长期以来,无论是在城市打工还是返乡回流的农民工,就业和生活都遇到了重重困难;农民工市民化也遇到诸多障碍.这些问题的解决,依靠农民工本身是远远不够的,目前,这一群体迫切需要有效扶助的社会公助.根据农民工群体分化的不同层次,在其自助基础上,实施积极有效的社会公助,既有极强的针对性,又可以降低中国城市化的成本,是中国农村劳动力双向流动的根本保证,对推进城市化进程、建设社会主义新农村都有重大意义.  相似文献

贯彻十七届三中全会精神,建立新型农村社会养老保险制度,需要了解目标人群--农民的群体特征对制度设计的影响.通过对黑龙江省四个市县484份问卷的调查分析,得出结论:黑龙江省农村地区对社会养老保险需求强烈,参加社会养老保险已成为列于"增加农民收入"之后.农民最想解决的现实问题;农民的个人特征(年龄、学历)、家庭特征(人均纯收入)、生产特征(承包土地面积)等群体特征的差异对农村养老保险制度的设计及实施影响显著,应该列入制度改革的考量范畴;农民养老观念已经开始由"家庭养老"向"社会养老"转变,政府机构的引导与宣传是影响农民参保意愿的重要因素.  相似文献

以SS事件为例,从价值主导型群体事件中积极参与者的社会特征及其力量的展示过程中可以得出初步结论:当前,中国价值主导型群体事件的积极参与者具有社会边缘人特征.社会边缘人的力量展示过程如下:以社会性纽带为组织后盾;通过有效动员向民众借力;寻求政治机会,使地方政府居于强者弱势地位;引领聚集者挑战地方政府权威.社会边缘人是中国价值主导型群体事件的积极参与者;其参与行动可解释为以工具性为主,情感性为辅;其动员能力强,组织化程度低,但其惊人的力量难以持久.  相似文献

Migrant workers in the Chinese construction industry have been described as ‘indenture labourers of the twenty-first Century’. Under the guise of flexible work and high salary, there exist serious problems such as lack of an employment contract, poor working conditions, and the delay of payment. The origin of these problems lies in the subcontracting production regime of the construction industry that masks its labour relationships. The system also makes the intervention of industrial social work, labour rights protection and advocacy of corporate social responsibility ineffective. Based on a case of a migrant construction worker service organization, this study provides preliminary explorations on an indigenous model called ‘transformative social work’ in China. This model includes long-term education to raise civil and class consciousness, encouraging workers to fight for their own rights, facilitating the development of workers' union, connecting the support from university student volunteers and university teachers, striving for the empowerment of migrant construction workers, and the transformation of the production regime.  相似文献

This article uses a political-economic lens to clarify the development of social group work in Taiwan. During the past 50 years, Taiwan has experienced a great economic and political transition. This article focuses on three different periods of time. Under the political repression of the 1950s and 1960s group activities were a means of social control. In the 1970s economic development evoked social changes that led to relaxed controls over civil organizations and political freedom. Community development and “Americanized” social work education marked the first step for social work with groups. During that period group work in Taiwan placed more emphasis on individual problems. In the 1980s political change brought the expansion of group work in Taiwan. An open political scene and flourishing social movements gave impetus to extension of various forms of group work in all kinds of situations. In particular social action and self-help groups played a critical role in the growth of the interests of people.  相似文献

Migration affects almost every nation, emphasizing the need to guarantee social security rights for all migrants and their families. This article focuses on the rights of workers who migrate between the countries of the European Union (EU) and the Ibero-American community. In the EU, social security systems are increasingly coordinated through Regulation No. 883/2004 and its Implementing Regulation No. 987/2009. In the Ibero-American community, coordination is sought through the Ibero-American Social Security Convention. Despite convergence between these two international instruments, coordination is still lacking between them. This article presents a comparative analysis to articulate the necessary mechanisms to guarantee coordination, to respect the social security rights of migrant workers. We focus on the cooperation and coordination between regional as well as national systems, specifically looking at the need for and aims of a rapprochement between these two major international coordination instruments to provide greater EU-Ibero-American cooperation. Finally, the importance of promoting greater international cooperation in social security policy and administration is highlighted, to engender the adequate protection of the rights as well as the free movement of migrant workers.  相似文献

With the development of the social work profession in China, the demand for Social Work graduates is growing. In order to meet the manpower need for social workers, various colleges and universities have set up training programmes for the social work profession, and the need for social work labs which are considered a required facility for professional social work education is also rapidly growing. However, because of the lack of adequately trained professional social workers, there is no consensus among social work academics as to how social work labs should be set up. Based on a literature review and empirical research, this paper summarises and analyses the experiences of how social work labs have been set up in Beijing and Wuhan, both in terms of hardware and software, to meet professional requirements.  相似文献
