Promoting Implementation of National Programs 2019年“两纲”统计监测报告发布The National Bureau of Statistics of China recently released the Statistical Monitoring Reports on the.Implementation of the National Program for Women's Development(2011-2020)in 2019,and of the National Program for Child Development(2011-2020)in 2019,respectively.Based on analyses of the statistics and materials collected by relevant departments,the bureau evaluated China's achievements in promoting the programs,especially in terms of women and children's health,education and social welfare.

Promoting Implementation of National Programs
To promote the implementation of the National Program for Women＇s Development （2011-2020） and the National Program for Children＇s Development （2011-2020） （the two new NPAs）, the Working Committee on Children and Women of Miyi County （in Southwest China＇s Sichuan Province） in recent years has established and/or improved the following nine mechanisms：

西藏江孜县启动国家级妇女儿童发展纲要示范县工作 The government of Jiangzi County, in Southwest China＇s Tibet Autonomous Region, is promoting the implementation of the National Program for Women＇s Development （2011-2020） and the National Program for Children＇s Development （2011-2020） （two new NPAs）. The county was recently designated one of the experimental counties in which the programs will be implemented.

Led by Su Fengjie, Deputy Director of the Office of the National Working Committee on Children and Women （NWCCW）, a team from NWCCW recently completed an inspection tour of Anyang （in Central China＇s Henan Province）, during which the team＇s members monitored the city＇s efforts to implement the National Program for Women＇s Development （2011-2020） and the National Program for Children＇s Development （2011-2020） （the two NPAs）.     

All of China Should Contribute to Success of Children's Program

IN February 1992 the State Council Standing Meeting discussed and endorsed the National Program of Action for Child Development (hereinafter referred to as National Program for short) in China in the 1990s which is a program of action for children. Children are the future of our motherland and the hope of our Chinese nation. The wholesome development of children has a bearing upon the future of China. Improvement of the quality of our entire nation begins with them.
