In this article, we study the newsvendor problem with endogenous setting of price and quoted lead‐time. This problem can be observed in situations where a firm orders semi‐finished product prior to the selling season and customizes the product in response to customer orders during the selling season. The total demand during the selling season and the lead‐time required for customization are uncertain. The demand for the product depends not only on the selling price but also on the quoted lead‐time. To set the quoted lead‐time, the firm has to carefully balance the benefit of increasing demand as the quoted lead‐time is reduced against the cost of increased tardiness. Our model enables the firm to determine the optimal selling price, quoted lead‐time, and order quantity simultaneously, and provides a new set of insights to managers.  相似文献

基于需求和采购价均为时变的EOQ模型,进一步考虑时变短缺量拖后率以及资金时间价值等因素对变质物品库存管理的影响,建立了相应的EOQ模型。采用Mathematica4 1对模型进行仿真寻优和主要参数的灵敏度分析,结果显示,最优解存在且库存系统的各参数对最优库存控制策略有不同程度的影响。  相似文献

本文引入供应链融资结构因素,在传统库存管理模型基础上,研究零售商在面临随机市场需求情形下考虑股权和债权等融资方式的订购策略,建立允许零售商延期支付的最优订购模型,利用最优化理论与方法得到了该模型的最优解,证明了最优解的存在性和唯一性,并分析了债权融资比例、价格成本比例系数、销售价格、订货周期、回购价格、进货价格、缺货成本、库存成本、以及融资利率等因素对最优解的影响。进一步,通过数值示例深入探讨具体市场环境下零售商的最优订购量,并进行了敏感性分析。研究发现,债权融资比例、价格成本比例系数、进货价格、订购周期、库存成本与零售商订购量存在负相关关系;缺货成本、回购价格、销售价格与零售商订购量正相关。相关研究结论可以为零售商订购行为提供科学指导,并为其库存管理提供重要决策依据。  相似文献

研究和分析了在需求不确定并且受价格影响的情况下,供应链中制造商与供应商的产品定价与能力设计的协调问题。制造商从供应商处采购用于产品生产的关键零部件,供应链面临的潜在需求服从随机分布,有效需求则受产品定价的影响。当供应商的生产能力出现约束时,制造商可以从外部其他渠道获取关键零部件,但是需要付出一个更高的采购价格。制造商确定产品的销售价格,供应商确定生产能力。分析比较了在集成供应链与独立决策的供应链中的定价与能力计划策略,提出了一种能够有效协调制造商和供应商的决策行为的补偿合约。最后,进行了数值分析,证明补偿合约的有效性。  相似文献

In this paper, a deterministic inventory model for deteriorating items with time-dependent backlogging rate is developed. The demand and deterioration rate are known, continuous, and differentiable function of price and time, respectively. Under these general assumptions, we first prove that the optimal replenishment schedule not only exists but is unique, for any given selling price. Next, we show that the total profit is a concave function of price when the replenishment schedule is given. We then provide a simple algorithm to find the optimal selling price and replenishment schedule for the proposed model. Finally, we use a numerical example to illustrate the algorithm.  相似文献

以供应具有季节性的农产品为研究对象,研究了由农户-第三方物流供应商(TPLP)-零售商组成的三级供应链协调问题。将农产品的数量和质量损耗均视为TPLP保鲜努力的内生变量,分别建立了分散与集中决策模式下的动态博弈模型。分析表明分散决策模式下供应链各成员的决策会导致产品销售量和销售价格扭曲,严重影响供应链绩效。针对三级供应链中的两个交易过程,并基于对系统中相关决策变量的变化及影响因素分析,分别设计了成本分担和收益共享协调契约,并论证了在一定条件下该组合协调机制可以显著扩大农产品的销售量,实现供应链各成员收益的帕累托改进。最后,通过算例验证了文章结论,并分析了努力水平对不同农产品质量和数量损耗的改善程度(数量/质量弹性)对农产品三级供应链决策及协调效果的影响。  相似文献

互联网平台开放、协作和分享的特点改变了传统的商业模式。如何将互联网思维与传统产业相融合,理论界和实业界正在进行理论探索和模式实践,突破线上平台商和线下渠道服务商界限以提高服务效率,解决线上平台服务和逆向回收难的瓶颈。本文针对单一线上平台商-单一线下渠道服务商的闭环供应链系统,探讨双方如何在正向供应链进行收益共享、逆向供应链进行渠道成本分担情境下的产品定价和服务优化决策。通过对比收益共享模型和收益共享-成本共担模型发现,线上平台商将部分收益分给线下服务商的同时,如果能分担线下渠道服务建设投入,将更有利于逆向回收和服务商逆向渠道服务水平的提高。最后,还通过数值分析,验证了分成分担比例对平台商和服务商决策的影响,以及对各决策变量的影响关系机理。  相似文献

In a make-to-order environment, lead time and price can play a crucial role in determining the financial success of a firm. Their importance increases when demand is sensitive to the quoted lead time and price. A model is presented which uses the quoted lead time and price as a mechanism to determine the optimal demand level. The relationships between the model parameters and their impacts on the firm's profit is also analysed. In addition, the effect of the number of job requests, and the mean processing time are examined. Based on the results presented in this paper, there is clear indication that the firm's profit is sensitive to the inventory holding rate, and that the inventory holding cost component is redundant in the presence of a tardiness cost component.  相似文献

研究了一类具有季节性需求特性的商品的联合选址-库存模型。在传统的无容量限制的固定费用设施选址问题中考虑了分销中心的运作库存和安全库存的影响,以及规模经济效应和风险分摊效应,同时考虑了季节性商品未来需求的不确定性,将订货决策作为模型的决策变量,建立了一类随机需求下以期望销售收益最大化为目标函数的联合选址-库存模型,拓展了已有的联合选址-库存模型。该模型是一个混合整数规划问题,给出了求解该问题的基于拉格朗日松弛算法的两阶段算法,最后通过随机生成四组不同规模的数值算例,得到的计算结果表明拉格朗日松弛算法可以有效地求解该问题。  相似文献

研究有限时域内对变质产品同时安排生产计划和制定定价策略的问题。有限时域被划分成同等长度的多个周期,产品以固定的生产率间歇生产,并以固定的速率发生变质。需求同时依赖于时间和产品价格,在每个周期内都允许缺货且短缺量部分延迟订购。目的是要寻求一个使有限时域内系统的平均利润最大化的生产计划和定价策略。在算例中,分别讨论了需求随时间增大和减小两种不同的需求模式,采用Box复合算法,通过数值计算求得相应的最优生产计划和定价策略。分析表明:对于成长期或销售季初的产品,系统应采用“小批量多批次”的生产方式;而对于衰退期或销售季末的产品,应采用“大批量小批次”的生产方式。此外,不同类型的产品在不同需求模式下的定价策略有所不同:对于有限时域较短或变质率较高的产品,处于衰退期或销售季末的定价要低于成长期或销售季初的定价;相反,对于有限时域相对较长或变质率较低的产品,在衰退期或销售季末的最优定价要高于在成长期或销售季初的定价。  相似文献

Our research addresses a firm that sells a product to consumers who are sensitive to both price and return policy. The operational decisions of interest are the selling price, return policy, and quantity of new product to purchase. We model a single selling season that is split into two periods where the boundary between periods is delineated by the opportunity to recover product returns and resell them. That is, returns in the first period can be recovered and sold in the second period. Returns also arise in the second period, but these may only be salvaged. We first analyze both deterministic and stochastic models, finding that the deterministic results largely carry over to the stochastic case. In addition, our results indicate that the model is quite insensitive to errors in the estimates of the parameter values, except for purchase cost and parameters related to demand. Finally, we perform an analysis on the value of various investments to improve financial performance. Results indicate that investments to reduce the recovery cost of returns or reduce returns uncertainty are minimal, while investments to increase recovery speed, reduce market uncertainty, and reduce the return rate can be quite valuable.  相似文献

The reason for considering the quick response production strategy to market demand is due to the rapid technology change, which results in decreasing market price and obsolescence. This study considers a production strategy of locating final production line in response to the changes in market demand and the continuous deterioration in stock. The demand rate is assumed to decrease exponentially with time while the price is assumed to decrease linearly with time. The purpose of this study is to derive the most economical site of final-production line that assembles products with short life cycle. The model considered in this research takes into account the sales revenue, the deteriorating cost, the carrying cost, the variable cost and the fixed cost of production. Although there is a higher labour and material cost when the production site is located near market point, the total profit increases due to quicker responsive time, smaller import tax, lower inventory and lesser deteriorating cost.  相似文献

In this study, we investigate the effects of recovery yield rate on pricing decisions in reverse supply chains. Motivated by the automotive parts remanufacturing industry, we consider an end‐of‐life product from which a particular part can be recovered and remanufactured for reuse, and the remainder of the product can be recycled for material recovery. Both the supply of end‐of‐life products and demand for remanufactured parts are price‐sensitive. Yield of the recovery process is random and depends on the acquisition price offered for the end‐of‐life products. In this setting, we develop models to determine the optimal acquisition price for the end‐of‐life products and the selling price for remanufactured parts. We also analyze the effects of yield variation to the profitability of remanufacturing, benefits of delaying pricing decisions until after yield realization, and value of perfect yield rate information.  相似文献

在由两个供应商和单个零售商构成的二级双渠道供应链系统中,分析了随机市场需求以及供应商之间同时存在价格与质量竞争的情形下的双渠道供应链协调问题。在供应链集中决策、无风险补偿及有风险补偿三种情境下,构建了基于质量和价格的风险补偿模型并求得纳什均衡解。研究结果表明:存在可行的需求风险补偿策略使得供应链达到协调水平,并且需求风险补偿策略对零售商更加有利;在需求风险补偿策略下,需求风险补偿价格与其对应批发价格正相关,与其产品质量水平负相关;价格竞争程度对零售商订货量具有负向影响作用,对供应链总利润影响作用随着竞争程度增加而减弱,质量竞争程度对零售商订货量和供应商产品质量水平具有正向影响作用,对供应链总利润影响呈倒U型关系;需求风险补偿策略能够激励零售商的订货行为,强化价格竞争程度和质量竞争程度对供应商订货量和供应链总利润的影响;在供应链系统中双渠道营销模式下的供应链总利润要优于单渠道营销模式下的供应链总利润。本文结论不仅详细剖析了风险补偿策略对双渠道供应链协调的影响关系,也理清了价格与质量竞争对各方行为策略的影响机理。  相似文献

An important characteristic of high-tech industries is decreasing component prices over time. In the personal computer industry, some component prices decline at a rate of 1% per week. This paper develops an inventory model for products experiencing continuous decrease in unit price. We develop an accurate closed-form approximate solution to the model. Our results indicate that declining prices lead to substantial decrease in the optimal cycle time and much frequent ordering. This explains the heavy emphasis on just-in-time inventory management practiced by successful companies in high-tech industries. While previous models attributed the success of just-in-time policies to reduced holding cost and improved quality, under declining prices a substantial source of savings becomes lower costs of raw materials which is significant part of cost in these industries. We illustrate the results of the model with a numerical example and perform sensitivity analysis.  相似文献

在港口低碳转型大趋势下,港口存货类质押贷款业务在实践中得到高速发展,如何在港口物流存货质押贷款理论决策中融入低碳港口约束因素、间接推动港口转型升级显得十分迫切。本研究深入探讨低碳转型下的港口质押贷款利率决策理论,提出了无风险套利原理、期权调整利差原理、低碳控制原理和质押风险控制原理。在此基础上,借助看跌期权反映客户违约风险调整价差、构建质押货物的碳排风险调整价差、采用VaR方法界定港口存货类质押率,建立了低碳港口流动性较强存货类物流质押贷款利率决策模型。重要参数敏感性分析表明:质押贷款利率与质押率呈现初始平稳、后上升、最后显著下滑,与回收率、质押物初始价格和质押物价格增长率三参数呈现初始显著下滑,最后平稳,与碳排治理成本率、融资成本率、经营成本率、无风险利率四参数呈现同方向类线性增长变化,与质押物价格波动率、质押物价值变动率两参数呈现反方向变化。最后,采用某港口实际数据,验证了模型可行性、可用性。  相似文献

We consider a monopolistic situation where the retailer aims to find the profit-maximizing selling price, and the order and backorder quantity of an item. The price and demand are assumed to be inversely related. We develop a simple optimal approach, the proportion-balancing algorithm (PBA), which utilizes the proportions of cost components to sales revenue. We demonstrate that the PBA can handle three commonly used demand functions. However, applicability of the PBA depends on how the price-demand relationship is specified. A sensitivity analysis shows that the effects of changes in cost parameters on the order and backorder quantities can be very different from those of the classical economic order quantity model with backorders.  相似文献

In the present paper, a decision model is developed for producers in the static demand market to determine the optimal price, warranty length and production rate of a product to maximize profit based on the pre-determined life cycle. The free renewal warranty policy is considered under which failed products are renewed before the end of warranty length at no cost to consumers. The expected number of renewals based on warranty length is derived for Weibull life distributed products. The objective function includes both demand and cost functions, where production cost, warranty cost and inventory cost are involved. A solution approach using the maximum principle is described, and is applied to two specific cases of markets. The first case of market considers positive discount rate, and the second case of market considers zero discount rate. The economic sensitivity analysis is conducted to evaluate the effect of model parameters on the optimal solution. Some conclusions are drawn based on the sensitivity analysis.  相似文献

近年来,随着互联网的快速发展,市场上衍生出了一些在线销售网站。考虑了一个包含电商卖家、电商平台和物流公司的在线销售系统模型,其中需求依赖于产品价格、平台和物流服务水平。研究了当物流、平台同时决策时,在线销售系统中电商卖家和平台、物流之间的不同市场能力结构问题。考虑了3种不同市场能力的分散决策模型:(1)物流-平台Stackelberg模型;(2)电商Stackelberg模型;(3)Nash模型。相关的均衡解和最优利润被得到。研究结果表明,在不同的市场能力结构下,当物流公司和平台同时决策时,即使他们的服务投入不相同,但最优收费相同。市场能力结构对在线销售成员和消费者有重要的影响。对电商而言,当市场能力较高时,会制定较低的零售价格,并获得最多的利润,同时能够提升消费者购买的积极性;当市场能力较低时,电商会制定较高的零售价格,并获得最少的利润。对平台和物流公司而言,当市场能力较高时,会制定比较高的收费,同时付出较少的努力,但并不能获得最高利润,同时会打击消费者的积极性;但是,当市场能力较低时,他们一定获得最少的利润。在Nash模型中,平台和物流公司会付出最大的努力,同时获得最大的利润,而整个在线销售系统的总利润也是最多。在物流-平台Stackelberg模型中,平台和物流公司付出的努力最少,而整个在线销售系统的总利润也最少。  相似文献
