文秘专业毕业生顶岗实习基地建设问题探讨

顶岗实习是高职院校教育教学的重要环节,也是高职教育的特色所在。文章结合文秘专业顶岗实习基地建设中存在的问题,提出扩大顶岗实习基地规模、提升顶岗实习基地质量、挖掘顶岗实习基地功能、加强校企合作广度和深度、健全顶岗实习基地管理体系和推进顶岗——就业一体化基地建设的解决对策。     

Field Instructors' Perceptions of Evidence-Based Practice in BSW Field Placement Sites

This exploratory study surveyed 17 BSW-level field instructors on their experience, beliefs, and perceived self-efficacy regarding evidence-based practice (EBP). The authors conducted focus groups concerning EBP in participants’ agencies and with BSW students under their supervision. Results indicate that although they felt positive toward EBP and reported moderate levels of perceived self-efficacy regarding EBP, implementation occurred in a piecemeal fashion, if at all. Factors identified to enhance EBP in the agencies include training, resources, supervision, matching EBP to client populations, and trust between administrators and staff members. According to our study, students’ experience with EBP in field settings could probably be facilitated by students' research readiness, collaboration between field instructors and faculty, access to university resources, and training.     

Evaluating Students’ Micro Practice Field Performance

The current study represents an effort to determine whether a universally recognized set of objectives for field-based learning in micro-level practice exists despite apparently widespread belief to the contrary among social work educators. A review of efforts over the past 50 years to conceptualize field learning and an analysis of current data on student performance criteria identified eight learning objectives for field study. These objectives reflect both traditional concepts and contemporary demands on the profession. Based on these learning objectives, the authors have proposed a method for evaluating student performance in the field.     

The Field Practicum and Transcultural Practice:

In order to operationalize transcultural practice and empowerment into a social work curriculum, a theoretical model, La Practica, is proposed. Combining competence with commitment, a field program is presented using principles of liberation education within an established administrative structure.     

Promoting Resilience Through Social Work Practice with Groups: Implications for the Practice and Field Curricula

The realities of contemporary social work practice often push social workers toward a deficit-focused orientation. The article begins with an overview of the major tenets of resiliency and adversarial growth theories and related research findings. We suggest that the group modality epitomizes the application of resiliency theory and adversarial growth to social work practice. A primary focus of this article is on articulating and illustrating the unique contribution group work makes for promoting client resilience. The article provides a theoretical and empirical framework that students, practitioners, and educators alike can use to identify, understand, and capitalize on client strengths through group work. Implications for social work education, specifically the practice and field curricula, are discussed.     

Assessing the Integrity of Community Organization and Administration Content in Field Practice

The effort to ensure that students acquire knowledge and skills in macro social work practice requires considerable attention in the face of stronger interests in micro practice on the part of students and their field instructors. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the field component at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to provide learning opportunities for the development of macro practice skills and knowledge. Over 85% of the student respondents had responsibility for at least one macro practice activity during their first field placement. Although a majority of the macro practice assignments were related to organizational interventions and very few to community interventions, the study provides guidance for improving the teamwork of faculty and field instructors in an articulated approach to field learning.     

异装Cosplay场域中青少年的性别角色认同实践

青少年时期是个体性别角色认同形成的关键时期,在现代社会,青少年在性别角色认同上逐渐表现出对传统性别观念的反抗。近年来,Cosplay越来越受青少年的欢迎,异装扮演越发普遍,甚至成为青少年自我表达的一种方式。以Cosplay这一特定场域中的异装扮演活动作为切入口,能够了解青少年异装扮演者的性别观念,解析当代青少年在性别角色认同上的实践,并在此基础上进一步探讨解构二元性别划分,实现自我性别建构与性别角色认同的可能。

Challenges to Bridging Field and Classroom Instruction: Exploring Field Instructors’ Perspectives on Macro Practice

Field education and macro practice have been highlighted as central educational domains in social work education; however, little scholarship has looked at how macro social work practice competencies have been integrated into field-based learning. This exploratory study aimed to gain perspectives from field instructors regarding macro social work and the integration of macro practice into their work with practicum students. Consistent with scholarship that has elucidated the impacts of neoliberalism on social work, including the marginalization of macro practice, emergent themes demonstrated that field instructors face barriers to incorporating macro work into their training of students. Challenges include prevalence of the medical model, time constraints, and funding limitations. Further, field instructors observed gaps among students, their university, and their organizational setting in regard to expectations for integrating macro practice into field education. Recommendations and directions for future research are discussed.

The Application of Generic Principles and Theory to the Practice of Generic Social Work in the Field

This paper was presented at the January 1972 Campus-Field Faculty Workshop at the Adelphi University School of Social Work The paper articulates how the Adelphi University School of Social Work developed its curriculum to utilize generic theories and principles in its application to social work practice (which is taught to first-year graduate social work students), and demonstrates the application of generic principles to field work practice.     

应用型本科专业校外实习基地的建设和运行研究

校外实习基地是应用型专业本科学生实践的重要场所。作者结合多年指导长沙大学机械专业校外实习的教学经验,提出了加强校外实习基地建设、运行的思路、方法,总结了近年来取得良好实施效果的实习模式。     

面向地区产业的电子信息类专业实践基地建设方式

校外实践基地是高等学校校内实验教学示范中心的必要补充,是培养电子信息类专业学生实践能力、创造能力和创新精神的重要场所,是学生了解企业走向社会的重要途径。结合河北省区域经济建设中电子信息产业的＂十二五＂规划,探索了省属高校建设校外实践基地的新模式,提出将实践基地建立在各地区的产业基地与产业园区之中,结合学生家庭住址,利用假期就近选择实践基地进行实习,从实践内容、实践方式、师资队伍等各个方面完善实践基地,并总结了省属高校电子信息类专业培养创新人才的实验实践教学经验。
