核危机下的朝韩交流与合作

朝鲜核危机爆发至今已有一年多。核危机阴影下,朝韩两国政府依然在不断地推进着南北交流合作事业,并取得了良好业绩。首先,2003年上半年朝鲜半岛南北交易额仍有大幅上升。根据韩国统一部的统计数据,2003年上半年南北交易额为26915.6万美元,与2002年同期相比增加25.2%。其中,朝鲜主要向韩国输出     

中日交流合作的新格局

在过去的2003年里,中日关系发展既平稳又曲折。2003年中日双方都举行了纪念《中日和平友好条约》签订25周年活动,在有识之士的共同努力下,两国关系总体发展顺利,这主要表现在:吴邦国委员长成功访问了日本,双方政治对话的渠道畅通,双边贸易额突破千亿美元;尽管上半年受到SARS的影响,但人员来往势头不减,友好城市已达220对;2003年两国还在突破双边范畴,推动东亚经济合作,促进经济区域化方面,迈出     

中国积极斡旋朝鲜核危机

2002年10月朝鲜核危机爆发以来,朝鲜半岛再次成为世界关注的焦点。危机爆发初期,美国和朝鲜的对立冲突一触即发,但在中国的斡旋和调停下,已经促成了多次北京会谈,目前这一危机得到了暂时缓解,并且有可能最终获得和平解决

2010年11月23日。韩国和朝鲜发生“炮击事件”,韩国延坪岛上多栋房屋起火,2名韩国士兵和2名平民死亡。由于殃及韩国平民,国际社会纷纷高调谴责朝鲜。对此,我国政府也敦促朝韩双方尽最大努力保持克制,希望行动不会再进一步升级;随后,又派出国务委员戴秉国前往韩国和朝鲜做劝和工作。

Abdulla Shahid,President of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly,visited China in late November 2021.During his visit,he participated in a virtual meeting with the All-China Women’s Federation(ACWF).The theme of the meeting was“Women’s Roles in Anti-Pandemic Efforts and Post-Pandemic Recovery.”Several outstanding women who participated in the fight against novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)and the post-pandemic recovery were invited to share their stories with Shahid.
