社会工作实验课程教学体系研究

社会工作实验课程设计教学体系对实现社会工作专业人才培养目标具有重要意义。本文分析现阶段高校开展社会工作实验课程教学面临的机遇与挑战,尤其以参与式教学模式运用为中心论题,探究社会工作专业课程设计和教学方法设计应注重的原则,使教师引导学生与校外的实践活动相衔接,同时重点强调学生在课堂教学中的主体地位,在不同专业课程的教学过程中运用参与式教学工具诸如角色扮演、小组讨论等方式,以思维和行为训练为主线,有效提高学生的社工实务能力。     

社会工作本科毕业生对专业教学的反馈研究

随着中国社会工作教育的蓬勃发展,大量社会工作毕业生已经走入工作岗位,可以从工作情境的实际需要出发对本科专业教育提供丰富的反馈意见。本研究以天津师范大学社会工作毕业生为研究对象,试图了解毕业生们就业和职业适应状况以及他们对本科教学的看法和评价,以期为今后社会工作专业教育教学改革提供较为客观和现实的指导和建议。     

服务学习:社会工作专业能力培养的过程——一次《社会行政》课程教学的实践

社会工作专业的本质属性是"助人"。因此,社会工作专业教育的目标就应以培养学生的助人能力为根本,而实践则是培养学生能力的主要途径。笔者以社会工作专业方法课《社会行政》教学过程中的一次实践为基础,系统总结"服务学习"模式运用在社会工作专业教育过程中的设计思路以及学生在此过程中的能力提升表现,并在此基础上反思了"服务学习"模式运用在社会工作专业教学过程中的注意事项。通过相关的探索和探讨,藉以促进"服务学习"模式与社会工作专业教育更加全面地契合。

A Case for Social Work Evaluation of Social Work Education

Correspondence to Imogen Taylor, Research Fellow, Department of Social Work, University of Bristol, 8 Woodland Road, Bristol BS8 1TN Summary This paper discusses the importance of evaluation of socialwork education by social work researchers, particularly giventhe increasing demands from different interest groups for socialwork courses to demonstrate effectiveness. It is noted that educational researchers are dominating thefield of educational evaluation, yet it is crucial for the survivalof social work that social work education be evaluated by socialwork researchers. Both the tools and the outcome of such evaluationwill shape the future of social work education and social workitself. Recognizing that cross fertilization of ideas between disciplinesis essential, a model for social work evaluation is proposedwhich is derived from models developed by other disciplinesand integrated with social work practice theory. The resultingresearch model draws a number of parallels between researchand practice, bringing together two groups which are often distantand distinct. The model also brings researcher and user closertogether. The model is analysed in light of its applicationto the evaluation of Enquiry and Action Learning, an innovativeapproach to social work education implemented by the Departmentof Social Work, University of Bristol. Central government funding must be available to ensure systematicand rigorous evaluation of social work education rather thanthe piecemeal research possible so far.

在国内社会工作专业实习环境不完备的背景下,N学院社会工作系以国家政策背景为依据,充分挖掘本地潜力机构,开展专业实习多年,实习课程体系已初具规模。本文的目的在于更好地总结社会工作专业实习中的形式、手段、效果,分析实习机构的适合性,为国内的社会工作专业实习提供一些有价值的线索。     

Retrospective Book Review: Teaching a Methods Course in Social Work with Groups

SUMMARY

Eight years after its publication, Teaching a Methods Course in Social Work with Groups serves as a reminder to social workers of group work's historic roots and its value as a method of practice with diverse populations. The author shares her experiences in utilizing the teaching text in her work with MSW students and students of the arts who facilitate activity-based groups in community settings. Citing examples of students' experiences in group work facilitation, the author touches on the constraints emerging group workers face in translating social work skills and values to practice. The author's retrospective review of the teaching text underscores its continued importance in the field of social group work instruction.     

Social Work as a Social Institution

This paper discusses trends in social work in the last twenty-fiveyears. Within the broad theme of social work as a social institution,more detailed attention is focused on: services for childrenand elderly people; manageralism; and social work research andevaluation. Processes of secularization, professionalism andmanageralism have weakened the impetus for social reform. Thishas sharpened dilemmas for social work in balancing benefitsfor service users and public involvement with tight state controland regulation.     

现阶段本土性社会工作之专业关系研究

社会工作助人实践中社会工作者和受助者之间的专业关系直接影响助人实践的成败。西方社会工作理论对专业关系有比较细致的研究和相对详尽的实务原则,现阶段的本土性社会工作则由于本土文化、专业发展阶段等因素的影响要求在实践中对专业关系的把握需要注意自身的特点。高度情感卷入、有条件的接纳、案主自决的适当介入和时间上的延展性构成现阶段本土社会工作实践专业关系的特点。社会工作者对这些特点的总结、理解和把握将推动社会工作事业的发展和制度化的建设。     

人本主义:社会工作的重要理论范式——浅析人本主义视角下的社会工作

自20世纪40年代后,人本主义在马斯洛、罗杰斯和萨特等人的倡导下迅速发展为社会工作四大理论范式之一。人本主义尊重当事人对自己过往经历的理解,关注人的自由、尊严和主体性价值,毫无疑问,这些都是社会工作的专业价值基础。同时,在看到人本主义的理论贡献时,也应深刻认识到它所具有的缺陷。

Reflections on a Quantitative,Group-Based Mindfulness Study with Social Work Students

Emerging research demonstrates that mindfulness is effective in reducing health care worker burnout. The aim of this quantitative pilot study was to examine the effectiveness of a mindfulness intervention on social work students. The investigation utilized a pretest/posttest design. Findings from the study demonstrated an increase in knowledge (p < .001), self-efficacy (p < .001), and beliefs (p < .005) related to mindfulness following a group-based mindfulness intervention. Reflections on the first author’s need to resist her group work instincts to test the effectiveness of the mindfulness intervention are shared.

Utilizing a Required Documentation Course to Improve the Recording Skills of Undergraduate Social Work Students

ABSTRACT

Baccalaureate social workers respond to documentation and record-keeping demands of regulatory organizations that oversee or fund social service agencies. Learning to accurately document client needs, progress, and service delivery outcomes is important in ensuring that clients are receiving effective services. Despite the importance of documentation skills, many undergraduate social work programs do not provide sufficient curriculum content on client record keeping. The authors report the results of a study that examined changes in baccalaureate social work students’ perceptions of their documentation skills after completing a required documentation course. The sample size included 101 students at pretest and 97 students completing the post-test. Statistically significant findings show students perceived an increase in knowledge in three areas of documentation: 1) formats, 2) content, and 3) writing skills. The authors discuss implications for social work education and practice.     

A Cognitive-Humanistic/Social Learning Perspective on Social Group Work Practice

The purpose of this article is to provide insight for students and educators in considering the inner world of group members and looking at what involvement with others in the group might mean in individual and collective ways. A social learning model helps explain for the student how growth and change take place. A contrast is made between an introspective/subjective and an extraspective/objective theoretical orientation. A cognitive-humanistic perspective provides some useful understandine about the subjective and intersubjective elements in human interaction in groups.     

Social Work Tomorrow: Towards a Critical Understanding of Technology in Social Work

Correspondence to Bob Sapey, Department of Social Work, University of Central Lancashire, Preston PR1 2HE Summary This paper makes use of theoretical ideas that have been developedto understand the impact of new technology on organizationsand applies them to its use within social work agencies. Thesedeveloping theories employ ideas that are familiar to socialworkers—organization theory, decision making theory, andcommunication theory. The paper therefore argues that socialworkers are in a good position to understand and influence theuse of computers within welfare agencies and do not need tobe inhibited by a lack of technological knowledge. It is furtherargued that, unless social workers do become involved in theways in which new technologies are used within organizations,they will fail to influence its impact upon their clients andmay further fail to control the way in which computers affectthe nature of social work itself in the future.     

社会工作对业主维权行动的干预探讨

业主集体拒交物业服务费已成为业内突出的社会问题.尝试引入社会工作的干预机制,反思有关研究对工具理性的过多关注,探讨沟通理性对待业主维权行动的工作态度、心理疏导、行为监控等方面的启发意义.     

社工专业与非社工专业大学生团队角色倾向的差异研究

采用贝尔宾团队角色问卷,对社工专业、非社工专业共460名学生进行调查,并根据调查结果进行差异检验和聚类分析。结果发现：社工专业学生团队角色均衡型显著少于非社工学生,对凝聚者、实干家维度的倾向性显著高于非社工专业。讨论认为社工学生的专业认同以及社工专业教育的专业方法和价值伦理教学三重路径共同塑造了学生的团队角色倾向。
