Career coaching of a marketing managerThis paper describes the career coaching of a marketing manager, who is in a conflictual work situation and forced to make a decision concerning his professional career. The goal of this coaching is to increase the client’s understanding of the opportunities and risks of two job alternatives and to develop with the client a pathway for his future career. Coaching methods are the analysis of the current situation, the determination of important strengths and weaknesses, a discussion of his career expectations and an exploration of the future. The results enabled the client to weigh up the opportunities and risks of the job alternatives and allowed him to make a clear decision concerning his future career.  相似文献

This article explores how executive search consultants stimulate executives’ consideration of career opportunities available at other employers. The study is based on a panel dataset of 3582 executives invited to a job interview by a global executive search firm from January 2005 to May 2009. The results demonstrate that past interactions between executives and the search consultants had a delayed effect on consideration of career opportunities. The results contribute to research on executive careers by identifying past relationships with search consultants as a factor affecting rejection of new career opportunities. They also shed light on the relatively understudied phenomenon of executive search firms.  相似文献

我国股份制商业银行还没有一种严格意义上的股票期权制度,也没有解决如何制定基于股票期权的最优激励约束合同的理论问题.文章对传统薪酬制度的激励机制和股票期权制度的激励机制进行了对比研究,然后利用博弈论的基本原理构造导入股票期权的商业银行经理人激励约束机制.研究表明,基于股票期权的薪酬制度优于传统固定薪酬制度和经营者年薪制;引入股票期权制度后在激励约束机制的相互制衡作用、以及银行股东和经理人在个人效用最大化条件下,可以达成最优合同.  相似文献

VaR和CVaR在国内外风险管理实践中得到了普遍应用,但监管者以概率置信水平作为其监管目标的方法对于实际投资者的风险度量而言并不是很直观,投资者更加关心的是资产目标价值能否实现的风险.将资产的目标价值以直观的方式加入到风险的定义中,提出了广义一致风险测度公理假设,并证明了广义一致风险测度也具有很好的性质.此外,看跌期权作为测度风险的有效方法,具有直观的经济含义,可以证明它满足广义一致风险测度公理假设.最后建立了看跌期权费风险测度和E-VaR/E-CVaR之间的数量关系.  相似文献

企业集团历来是银行最重要的信贷客户之一,它既可给银行带来巨大的规模效益,又可能给银行造成重大的损失。企业集团的信用风险主要集中于集团母公司,母公司的信用风险又受其子公司信用风险的影响。基于此,在结构化模型的框架下,根据复合期权和篮子期权原理,构建了企业集团母公司及其子公司违约概率之间的函数,揭示了母公司信用风险受其子公司信用风险的影响关系。其中,母公司持有子公司的股权比例作为该函数中的变量之一,可以刻画母子公司之间的关联关系。数值分析表明,母公司持有子公司的股权比例是影响母公司信用风险的重要因素。  相似文献

The present study examined the career advancement prospects of MIS and non-MIS employees, as well as the relationships of career advancement prospects with job performance evaluations, job satisfaction, career satisfaction, and organizational commitment for MIS and non-MIS professionals and managers. Participants included 134 MIS professionals and managers and 397 non-MIS professionals and managers of a large communications company. The results provided no evidence that MIS employees experience more restricted career advancement prospects than non-MIS employees. In addition, job performance evaluations generally had positive effects on career advancement prospects; career advancement prospects had a number of positive effects on job satisfaction, career satisfaction, and organizational commitment; and job satisfaction and career satisfaction had positive effects on organizational commitment. These findings are related to prior research, suggestions for future research are offered, and implications for the management of MIS employees are identified.  相似文献

通过核心企业的信用水平为中小企业获取贷款提供担保,使得整个供应链有效运行是实施供应链金融的重要意义。本文考虑分销商(核心企业)-零售商(贷款企业)组成的二级供应链,为了降低银行面临的零售商违约风险,在银行监督下,分销商与零售商引入收益共享—双向期权契约。本文计算得到了零售商的违约概率,在此基础上,深入分析了各方期望收益、零售商最优初始订货量与最优期权购买数量、分销商最优收益共享比例、银行下侧风险规避前提下可参考的收益共享比例范围。并构造了数值算例,探讨了期权执行价格、收益共享比例及银行质押率等关键参数对风险控制方面的影响。本文所得结果能够为银行及企业在供应链金融决策方面提供参考。  相似文献

由于移动银行可以提供无处不在、实时的服务而得到众多传统银行的重视和推广,但调查报告显示用户对移动银行的采纳率相当低.整合任务/技术匹配理论和技术采纳与使用统一理论,构造移动银行用户采纳行为模型,分析影响用户采纳移动银行的因素.对收集的数据采用结构方程模型USREL进行估算,研究结果显示,除努力期望外,绩效期望、任务/技术匹配度、社会影响和便利条件对用户采纳有显著作用,任务/技术匹配度显著影响绩效期望,而技术特征显著影响努力期望.因此,传统银行不仅要采取措施改进用户对移动银行的技术感知,还要根据用户的任务需求提供有针对性的服务,从而改进任务/技术匹配度,促进用户对移动银行的采纳.  相似文献

Should physicians really be polishing up their CVs or preparing to enter another line of work? In a word: No. What a recent survey makes clear is that, while managed care is driving physicians from some markets, jobs are still available in other markets traditionally underserved by physicians. This is not to suggest that the physician employment market has gone unchanged. Many physicians, particularly specialists, have taken income hits, and some specialists truly are in need of work. Primary care physicians, however, have seen their stars rise and are now in a position to work wherever they want. Physicians may no longer be able to practice within 50 miles of where they were raised or where they were trained, as has been their wont. Instead, they will have to do what other professionals have long done--go where job opportunities take them. In short, they will have to add a career strategy to their scientific mindset, and that means an aggressive job search, coupled with a strong consumer orientation.  相似文献

In this paper we consider the scheduling problem with machine cost and rejection penalties. For this problem, we are given a sequence of independent jobs, each being characterized by its processing time (size) and its penalty. No machine is initially provided, and when a job is revealed the algorithm has the option to purchase new machines. Right when a new job arrives, we have the following choices: (i) reject it, in which case we pay its penalty; (ii) non-preemptively process it on an existing machine, which contributes to the machine load; (iii) purchase a new machine, and assign it to this machine. The objective is to minimize the sum of the makespan, the cost for purchasing machines, and the total penalty of all rejected jobs. For the small job case, (where all jobs have sizes no greater than the cost for purchasing one machine, and which is the generalization of the Ski-Rental Problem) we present an optimal online algorithm with a competitive ratio of 2.  相似文献

In the past, the VPMA's role was clearly defined. So were the skills required to do the job. Initially VPMAs served an inside role in an organization as the liaison with the medical staff and the hospital administration. That role has matured and is currently evolving. Ultimately the expansion of the VPMA role will provide alternative career directions for physician executives. The wise physician executive learns from those who have knowledge--or who are in the process of acquiring it. That means keeping an eye on active managed care markets nationwide for trends that may be coming to his or her locale. The physician who does not do this kind of professional introspection and evaluation of the national market may find him- or herself professionally behind the curve.  相似文献

本文构建了职业成长对离职倾向的关系模型,实证分析了职业成长对离职倾向的作用机理。识别了职业成长与离职倾向关系中的两个重要调节变量,即职业承诺和感知机会。通过对九个城市961名企业员工的调查,采用回归分析处理数据,研究结果表明:职业成长对离职倾向具有很好的预测作用,职业成长四个因素对离职倾向均存在显著的影响;职业目标进展与职业能力发展交互作用于离职倾向;职业承诺越高的员工,他们对自身的职业能力发展、晋升速度越加关注,更可能会因为职业能力发展受限和晋升速度缓慢而产生高的离职倾向;随着员工感知机会的增加,职业成长对离职倾向的预测作用逐渐增强。  相似文献

In this study, we demonstrate the importance of assessing international business travel in the context of expatriation. Based on the Job Demands-Resources theory, we suggest that engaging in international business travel is beneficial for expatriates when certain conditions are in place and detrimental when they are not. We propose that expatriates who have adequate job resources will reap the benefits of international business travel and achieve better adjustment to living and working in the host country and have greater career satisfaction. Survey results based on a sample of 161 expatriates provide support that engaging in international business travel is positively and indirectly related to expatriates' career satisfaction through expatriate adjustment when job resources are abundant, and it has a negative indirect association when resources are low. We further find that job resources play a role in the relationship between international business travel and career satisfaction primarily when the host-country culture is similar to that of the home country.  相似文献

本文以公司参股银行为视角,在行为金融理论、企业组织理论与信贷融资理论相融合的分析框架下,构建基于异质预期的信贷配置模型,探讨了银行股权关联和银行业竞争影响民营企业融资约束的传导机理。以A股民营企业2006~2013年的数据为例,运用Heckman两阶段回归等方法,我们发现:参股银行和提高银行业竞争性均能显著缓解民营企业的融资约束,参股比例越高该效应越强,且两者在缓解融资约束方面存在替代关系。但进一步的分析显示,银行股权关联对资本配置的影响具有两面性:即银行股权关联所带来的融资优势能够减少因资金短缺导致的投资不足,但代理问题的存在也可能导致银行股权关联被部分异化,使其对于资本配置的正向作用减弱甚至被异化为利益寻租的工具。上述结论既丰富了委托代理理论与公司财务理论的相关研究成果,也有助于我们深入理解银行股权关联的"正面效果"和"负面效果"。  相似文献

The real question is: What new mental models are we going to use and as a result of the new models, what new jobs are going to be created that will ameliorate some of the surplus we've created in the old model? This study attempts to develop career development programs capable of responding to career needs at different career stages. The current implementation status of these career development programs in Taiwanese businesses is then examined, along with the level of satisfaction of R&D personnel with available career development programs. The relationship between the career development programs and job satisfaction, professional development and productivity is then examined, revealing an association between high satisfaction of R&D personnel with career development programs and high job satisfaction, professional development and productivity.  相似文献

本文针对零售商的资金约束问题,研究了风险规避的供应商如何通过设计信用契约影响零售商的融资结构。构建了包含供应商、零售商以及银行在内的供应链融资模型,给出了供应商的最优信用契约决策、零售商的最优库存决策以及银行的最优利率决策。进一步分析了供应商的风险规避程度对最优信用契约决策的影响。研究表明:当供应商的风险规避程度低于某个临界值时,供应商偏好提供全额信用,从而零售商的融资结构为单一的交易信用融资;而当供应商的风险规避程度高于该临界值时,供应商偏好提供部分信用,从而零售商的融资结构为组合融资。最后,通过数值算例验证了本文的结论。本研究一定程度上丰富了现有供应链金融的理论研究,为供应链核心企业与银行的决策提供了依据与参考。  相似文献

The option of pre-emption seems to have escaped the attention of existing literature on scheduling problems with earliness and tardiness costs. This note presents an attempt to accommodate pre-emption in such settings. The focus is on models with a common due date for all jobs under different cost structures ( job dependent versus job independent), and different objectives ( minsum and minmax). It appears that only one of these cases is not polynomially solvable: the case of minsum objective and job-dependent ( linear) cost. An exact dynamic programming algorithm is introduced for this problem, as well as an efficient heuristic, which is shown to perform extremely well in our numerical tests.  相似文献
