Background.?Saliva collection is an easy, non-invasive method to measure hormones.

Methods.?Two studies were performed. In the first, a convenience sample of 1454 males who had submitted saliva for salivary testosterone measurements were studied. In the second study, we intensively studied symptoms and measurements of total testosterone, free testosterone symptoms and measurements of total testosterone, free testosterone and bioavailable testosterone in relationship to salivary testosterone in 127 men. A secondary endpoint was to examine the relationship of salivary testosterone to hypogonadal symptoms in the ADAM and AMS questionnaires.

Results.?In the first study, we have shown that salivary testosterone, measured in 1454 males aged 20 to 89 years, declines by 47% over the lifespan. In the second study, salivary testosterone was strongly correlated with bioavailable testosterone (p < 0.000001) calculated free testosterone (p < 0.00001) and total testosterone (p < 0.002). Salivary testosterone was significantly related to hypogonadal symptoms on the St. Louis University ADAM questionnaire and the Aging Male Survey.

Conclusions.?These studies support the use of salivary testosterone as an acceptable assay for screening for hypogonadism. Salivary testosterone is not a better assay than other measures to diagnose hypogonadism.  相似文献

Abstract

The Aging Male’s Symptoms (AMS) scale and the Androgen Deficiency in the Aging Male (ADAM) questionnaire have been widely used for screening men suspected of late-onset hypogonadism (LOH). We evaluated the consistency of the two questionnaires with sex hormone levels. A total of 985 men completed the two questionnaires, as well as an analysis of the serum levels of total testosterone (TT), bioavailable testosterone (BT), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E2), prolactin (PRL) and sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG). No correlation was observed between any hormone level and the psychological or somatic section of the AMS score, whereas the sexual section was correlated with the levels of FT, LH, FSH, SHBG and BT. Significant correlations were observed between the result of the two questionnaires and these hormone levels. When LOH was defined as TT?<?300?ng/dl and FT?<?5?ng/dl, the sensitivity and specificity of the AMS scale were 54.0% and 41.2% compared with 78.7% and 14.8% for the ADAM questionnaire. Several sex hormone levels correlated with the two questionnaires, but neither of these questionnaires had sufficient sensitivity and specificity. It is necessary to provide a new questionnaire applicable to the Chinese population to screening LOH.  相似文献

Background.?It is well documented that testosterone levels decline with age, this decline is associated with symptoms which could be assessed denoting androgen deficiency. We investigated the validity of an Arabic version of the Saint Louis University androgen deficiency in ageing men (ADAM) questionnaire to screen for androgen deficiency in Saudi and non Saudi Arabic speaking men.

Methods.?It was a cross sectional study of ambulatory community-based Arabic Saudi men recruited from Volunteers in Riyadh city, Capital of Saudi Arabia, aged 18–80 years. Seven hundred thirty men agreed to fill the Arabic ADAM questionnaire, they were invited to a morning blood sample for total testosterone and sex hormone binding globulin and those who agreed to complete the whole study were only 407 men. Low serum bioavailable testosterone (BT) levels (androgen deficiency) were defined as <10th percentile of serum BT levels in young healthy Saudi men (18–30 years).

Results.?Cronbach's Alpha of 0.71 (n?=?730) showed a good internal consistency of the Arabic ADAM questionnaire. Among participants, 18.2% and 77.6% had low serum BT levels and a positive ADAM questionnaire, respectively. The prevalence of positive ADAM and low serum BT is increasing with age. The Arabic ADAM questionnaire had a high sensitivity of 86.5%, a low specificity of 24.3%, and positive predictive values (+PVs) and negative (?PVs) of 20.3% and 89%, respectively.

Conclusion.?The Arabic ADAM questionnaire has a very good sensitivity but very low specificity for screening of androgen deficiency in Saudi men, therefore biological confirmation is needed especially when clinical symptoms of androgen deficiency are present.  相似文献

In a single-blind, placebo-controlled study, the effects of a 3-month oral administration of 160 mg/day testosterone undecanoate (Andriol®) on the quality of life of men with testosterone deficiency were evaluated. The subjects included ten men with primary hypogonadism and 29 with andropause with sexual dysfunction as the most common problem. The changes in subjective symptoms were evaluated by the PNUH QoL scoring system and the St. Louis University Questionnaire for androgen deficiency in aging males (ADAM). Digital rectal examination (DRE) was performed and serum testosterone, prostate-specific antigen (PSA) and liver profile were monitored. Testosterone undecanoate treatment (n = 33) significantly improved sexual dysfunction and symptom scores of metabolic, cardiopulmonary, musculo-skeletal and gastrointestinal functions compared to baseline and to placebo (n = 6). ADAM score also significantly improved after 3 months of treatment. Serum testosterone was significantly increased compared to pretreatment levels only in the testosterone undecanoate group. In the placebo group, no significant changes compared to baseline were found for testosterone levels and QoL questionnaires. No abnormal findings were detected on DRE or laboratory findings in either group. Adverse events, such as gastrointestinal problems and fatigue, were mild and self-limiting. It is concluded that androgen supplement therapy with oral testosterone undecanoate (Andriol) restores the quality of life through improvement of general body functions in men with testosterone deficiency.  相似文献

Partial androgen deficiency or the andropause in the aging male is a complex clinical and biochemical entity that needs to be analyzed at two levels of the constituent structure: the 'deep structure' should come to light with more intensive research, while the 'surface structure' holds the attention of investigators who focus on hormone measurements in the blood to help diagnose the andropause. In this study, it is recognized that bioavailable testosterone decreases progressively during the aging process. This physiological decline may be so important, or so close to castration levels, that aged men may experience numerous symptoms of hypogonadism. The assay for bioavailable testosterone was indirectly validated with a set of equations derived from our knowledge of the law of mass action at equilibrium, as proposed by Vermeulen and colleagues in 1999. With this mathematical model, we have shown that calculated free testosterone was highly correlated with bioavailable testosterone. It is therefore concluded that the evaluation of aged men's androgenicity should rely on at least one of these free testosterone assessments (bioavailable or calculated free testosterone) for the sake of reproducibility in the construction of the 'surface structure' of the andropause in the coming years.  相似文献

Abstract

Background. Symptoms of late-onset hypogonadism (LOH) and concentrations of testosterone (T) and bioavailable testosterone (BT) were studied in relation to the data from the same men 5 years earlier.

Methods.?In 2008, 282 men, aged 60–82 years, answered a questionnaire regarding demographic data, medical history, different symptoms of LOH and the 10 questions from the ‘Androgen Decline in Aging Males (ADAM)-questionnaire’. Blood samples were analysed for concentrations of T and calculations were made for BT.

Results.?A total of 87.2% of the questionnaires were returned and analysed, and 75.2% of the responders gave blood samples. The oldest third of the men were most affected by LOH symptoms (p?<?0.05). Both T and BT concentrations decreased during the 5 years (p?<?0.05) but only the symptom ‘less strong erections’ changed significantly (p?<?0.05). Men reporting one of the four specific symptoms from the ‘ADAM-questionnaire’ for the first time in 2008 had a higher loss of T and BT than men who had unchanged or fewer symptoms than that reported in 2003.

Conclusions.?The magnitude of the decrease in concentrations is a better predictor of LOH than are the actual concentrations of T and BT. A combination of symptoms predicts LOH better than any single symptom.  相似文献

Aging in the male is accompanied by steroid hormonal decline, and men may develop symptoms associated with hypogonadism. Increased awareness of ‘andropause’ in recent years has led to greater demand for hormonal assessments, resulting in a rising burden for health economics. We conducted a cross-sectional study to define men at risk for hypogonadism, in whom further hormonal investigation should be performed.

We examined 664 blue-collar workers aged 40–60 years at their workplace and determined hormonal status and body mass index (BMI). Men with an abnormal urogenital status and those on medication that might affect endocrine status were excluded from the study. All participants completed the validated Aging Male Symptom (AMS) questionnaire and obtained scores for psychological symptoms, somatovegetative symptoms, and sexual symptoms.

Multiple logistic regression analyses revealed a significantly increased risk (represented by the odds ratio) of psychological symptoms for men with low levels of testosterone and/or bioavailable testosterone (BAT). Increased BMI as well as low testosterone levels and/or low BAT levels raised the risk of somatovegetative symptoms. Each decrease of BAT by 1?ng/ml caused an approximately 1.8-fold increase of the risk (odds ratio?=?1.832, p?=?0.005). Additional independent risk factors were increased age and low luteinizing hormone (LH) level. Men aged 55 years with BMI >?28?kg/m2 and with somatovegetative symptoms and moderate or severe psychological symptoms had a 7.2-fold increase in the risk of a BAT level <?1.5?ng/ml compared to men without these risk factors (p <?0.001). Sensitivity and specificity were 75% and 71%, respectively.

The AMS score combined with age and BMI provides an easy and convenient method to identify men with probable androgen deficiency who require hormonal assessment.  相似文献

Objective.?To investigate the age-related change of serum androgen levels in healthy men and to define a cut-off value of serum testosterone for the diagnosis of androgen deficiency in the aging male.

Method.?1080 healthy men aged 20 to ?70 years old were enrolled in Beijing, Shanghai, Xian and Chongqing. Luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), total testosterone (T), calculated free testosterone (cFT), sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), 17beta-oestradiol (E2), the T/LH ratio, and T/SHBG as a free testosterone index (FTI) were all determined.

Results.?Serum total T did not significantly decline, but the cFT, T/LH and FTI progressively decreased with aging. To determine androgen deficiency, the 10th percentile value of men <40 years was defined as the lower cut-off value for cFT, T/LH or FTI, which were 0.3 nmol/L, 2.8 nmol/IU, and 0.4 nmol/IU respectively. With the median value of cFT of men aged between 20 and 49 years as the criterion, the level of cFT was lower in 2.82% of men from 40 to 49 years, in 19.53% from 50 to 59 years, in 22.57% from 60 to 69 years, and in 33.19% of men ?70 years. Taking the above value of cFT as the cut-off point, the prevalence of androgen deficiency in men 40–49 years was 13.0%, 31.8% in men 50–59 years, 30.1% in men 60 to 69 years, and 46.7% in men >70 years.

Conclusions.?(i). While serum total T values do not decline with aging, the levels of cFT gradually decline with aging; (ii) when using the value of cFT of the 10th percentile of men aged 20 to 39 years as the cut-off point, the prevalence of androgen deficiency was <15% before the age of 50 years, and about 30% thereafter, approaching 45% after the age of 70 years; and (iii) in this study the values of T/LH paralleled those of cFT closely; therefore, T/LH could serve as a surrogate for cFT.  相似文献

Objectives. In 2004, the Ontario Society of Clinical Chemists (OSCC) held an invitational multidisciplinary workshop to establish the most reliable, cost-effective approach to the biochemical assessment of hypogonadism in men.

Methods. Specialists across Canada in clinical biochemistry, endocrinology, family medicine and urology were invited to participate in this workshop which included individual presentations and a consensus component addressing two challenge statements: 1) ‘Determinations for total testosterone (TT) are equivalent to those for bioavailable testosterone (BAT) or calculated BAT (cBAT) or free testosterone (FT) (by analogue radioimmunoassay or equilibrium dialysis) or calculated FT (cFT)’; 2) ‘There is no good evidence that borderline low testosterone concentrations in men should be treated’. The main outcomes were to identify what agreement exists in Canada, what issues were still controversial, and what research remains to be addressed.

Results. Six recommendations based on expert opinion addressed these main themes: investigate with morning total testosterone (TT) followed by repetition and reflexive testing of sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) if testosterone is 8–15 nmol/L with automatic calculation of cBAT; discontinue the use of analogue free testosterone assays; and definitive methods and standards must be available to ensure standardized results.

Conclusions. Total testosterone is a reliable marker for the initial investigation of men presenting with symptoms of hypogonadism; cBAT is a reasonable follow-up test in patients with equivocal biochemical or consistent symptomatic findings.  相似文献

Objectives A number of interactions between agerelated changes in serum levels of dehydroepiandrostendione sulfate (DHEA-S) and estradiol and symptoms of aging men have been proposed, yet data regarding this issue are scant. We therefore set up a prospective study to analyze these associations. Methods In a prospective, cross-sectional study, men aged 45-85 years were recruited. All men completed a questionnaire containing 38 items covering a number of aspects of the aging male. Questionnaires were compiled by using items from previously published and validated questionnaires. Several socioeconomic parameters were also determined. In parallel, serum levels of testosterone, free testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), DHEA-S, estradiol, sex hormone binding globulin and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) were quantified by commercially available immunoassays. Results A total of 375 men with a mean age of 59.9 ± 9.2 years (mean ± standard deviation) were analyzed. Average DHEA-S and estradiol levels of 135.8 ± 90.9 μg/dl and 29.7 ± 14.6 pg/ml, respectively, were recorded. DHEA-S serum levels were negatively correlated to patient age, sexual function score, total score and PSA. Estradiol serum levels were positively correlated to testosterone and free testosterone. None of the other scores or questions revealed a correlation with DHEA-S or estradiol serum levels. Conclusion This prospective study elucidates only small interactions between partial androgen deficiency of the aging male (PADAM)-related symptoms and serum levels of DHEA-S and estradiol. Nevertheless, the data suggest an impact of DHEA-S on sexual function.  相似文献

Background: Symptoms of the “male climacteric” are often at least in part referred to an age-dependent decline of serum androgen levels. Therefore, we evaluated the relationship of climacteric symptoms as assessed by the “Aging Males’ Symptoms” (AMS) Questionnaire with circulating androgen levels. Methods: 146 ambulatory men (age, 27–85 years) were surveyed with the AMS Questionnaire and sampled for serum values of total testosterone (tT) and sexual hormone binding globulin (SHBG). Free testosterone (fT) was calculated from tT and SHBG. A total AMS score ≥37 was considered pathological; the lower limits for tT and fT were set to 8 nmol/l and 180 pmol/l, respectively. Results: A significant deficit in tT and fT was shown in 25 (17.1%) and 34 (24.5%) men, respectively; the AMS Questionnaire showed pathological results for 66 (45.2%) men. In predicting a tT deficit, the AMS Questionnaire rendered a sensitivity of 76% and a specificity of 61.6%, only. However, multiple regression analysis revealed a significant correlation of lowered tT with a pathological somatovegetative and psychological AMS subscore (p = 0.042 and p = 0.01) and a correlation of lowered fT with a pathological sexual subscore (p = 0.039). Conclusion: In predicting hypogonadism the AMS Questionnaire in total did not render a sufficient diagnostic efficiency.  相似文献

Abstracts     
Objective: To ascertain if two commonly used health status measures could be successfully self-administered to a group of older men recruited from the community to volunteer for a clinical research project and to correlate responses to the health status questionnaire to testosterone levels. Methods: In a cross-sectional survey 93 men, age 70 or greater, responded to a random mailing to a suburban community. Sixty-eight men were eligible and 47 participated in the study. Two health status questionnaires, the Sickness Impact Profile (SIP) and the Short-form 36 (SF-36), were mailed to participants with instructions to complete the surveys on the same day and return them by mail. Blood samples were obtained for bioavailable and total testosterone measurements. Pearson correlation coefficient analysis was used to compare the responses to the SF-36 and SIP and testosterone levels. Results: Of the eligible volunteers 69% participated and were able to self-administer the SIP and the SF-36. Summation scores for the surveys were above those reported in similar age populations. Perfect scores were reported frequently in all subsets of the SIP; perfect scores were reported in 43-92% of men on various subscales. The responses to the SF-36 were also frequently perfect although perfect scores ranged from 2 to 82% on various subsets. There was moderate correlation between the results from the two surveys. There was no correlation between age, SIP or SF-36 and testosterone level. Conclusions: Healthy older men volunteering for clinical research were able to self-administer both the SIP and SF3-6. Responses to both surveys were skewed toward perfect scores; the SIP failed to reveal many men with functional deficits. Bioavailable testosterone levels did not predict perceived health in this group of men.  相似文献

Purpose. To determine the value of available questionnaires used for the diagnosis of testosterone deficiency syndromes (TDS) by correlating their ratings with a panel of hormonal determinations in a male population.

Materials and methods. Participants completed the ADAM questionnaire and underwent biochemical evaluation at the local site. Assessments determined entry into Group A (symptomatic) or Group B (non-symptomatic). After stratification, subjects provided a morning sample of blood, completed the Aging Male Survey (AMS) and the newly developed Canadian Society for the Study of the Aging Male (CSAM-Q) questionnaires. Serum aliquots were analysed at a central lab for 8 putative markers commonly associated with symptomatic testosterone deficiency associated with aging: total testosterone (T); bioavailable T (BT); dehydroepiandrosterone sulphate (DHEA-S); sex-hormone binding globulin (SHBG); luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL); thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1).

Results. 92 men were screened; of these 59 (mean age of 58 ± 11 years) completed the study, 30 (51%) scored positively (mean 61.5 years) to the ADAM while 29 (49%) did not (mean 54.1 years). For the AMS the weight of the three domains (psychological, somato-vegetative and sexual) was significantly greater in Group A (p < 0.001) than in Group B. Equally, for the CAS questionnaire, the scores for the variables energy, global performance, frequency of intercourse, mood and quality of sleep were lower in Group A than in their asymptomatic counterparts (p < 0.001). The domain of memory assessment within the CSSAM-Q was not discriminatory. ADAM and AMS are self-administered and completed within 10 minutes. CSSAM-Q is more time consuming, requires an investigator to administer, and memory domain is biased in favour of specific professional training.

No difference was found between the two groups in 6 of 8 biochemical tests. However, significant lower values (p < 0.001) were found for DHEA-S and IGF-1 in the symptomatic group as compared with the non-symptomatic cohort.

Conclusions. This study confirms that newer, more complex tools perform similarly to the simpler ADAM questionnaire. The lack of correlation between the clinical picture and the most commonly used biochemical confirmatory tests, again, clearly points to the paramount importance of the clinical evaluation. An emphasis and reliance on serum T alone hinders the clinician's ability to manage testosterone deficiency syndromes (TDS).  相似文献

Objective.?There is increasing evidence suggesting that low total testosterone concentration is associated with incident type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in men. The aim of this study was to evaluate the association between total testosterone and incident T2DM in a large population-based cohort.

Methods.?Of 2117 men at baseline, 1589 were followed up 5 years later. Low total testosterone concentration at baseline determined by <10th percentile (10-year age-strata) were used as a risk factor for incident T2DM at follow-up. To evaluate for potential non-response bias, drop out weights were used in sensitivity analysis.

Results.?From 1339 men eligible for analyses, 68 (5.1%) developed T2DM. Men with low total testosterone concentration had an increased risk of developing T2DM (odds ratio [OR] 3.4, 95% CI 1.9–6.1), even after adjustment for age, waist circumference and smoking, OR 3.0; (95% CI 1.6–5.7). Recalculated weighted models revealed almost identical estimates indicating no relevant non-response bias.

Discussion.?Our prospective findings suggest that low total testosterone concentration is associated with incident T2DM in men and might represent a biomarker that might causally be involved in the risk of T2DM. This underlines the importance of measuring total testosterone in men as the predominant male sex hormone.  相似文献

Abstract

Objective: We investigated the effects of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) on nocturia and general health among men with hypogonadism and nocturia.

Methods: From our previous EARTH study population, 64 patients with a clinical diagnosis of nocturia (two or more times per one night) and hypogonadism, comprising the TRT group (n?=?31) and controls (n?=?33), were included in this analysis. The TRT group was administered 250?mg of testosterone enanthate as an intramuscular injection every 4 weeks for 6 months. All patients responded to the following questionnaires: International Prostatic Symptoms Score (IPSS), Aging Male Symptoms (AMS) score and Short Form-36 health survey at baseline and 6-month visit. These categories were compared based on changes from baseline to the 6-month visit between TRT and control groups.

Results: At the 6-month visit, the TRT group had a significant decrease in IPSS question no. 7 and AMS question no. 4, whereas no significant changes were observed in the control group. Additionally, role limitation because of health program, vitality and mental health domains were significantly improved in the TRT group.

Conclusions: Six-month TRT may improve nocturia, sleep conditions and quality of life among men with hypogonadism and nocturia.  相似文献

Aims.?To investigate the association between endogenous testosterone levels and psychological health symptoms in men from a general population.

Methods.?Total testosterone and sex hormone-binding globulin levels were analysed and free testosterone levels was calculated in 3413 men participating in the fifth Tromsø study in 2001. Self-administered questionnaires including information about education, marital status, smoking habits and the Hopkins Symptom Checklist-10 (SCL-10, a 10-item psychological health questionnaire) were completed. The cross-sectional data were analysed with partial association and analysis of variance and covariance.

Results.?The complete SCL-10 was not associated with total or free testosterone, but symptoms of anxiety were negatively associated with both total and free testosterone (p?p?=?0.021), before and after adjusting for age, waist circumference, marital status, education and smoking. There was an even stronger association between men presumed to be testosterone deficient and symptoms of anxiety (p?Conclusions.?Men presumed being testosterone deficient had a higher symptom score, in particularly regarding anxiety, but they did not have pathological symptoms. Thus, lower testosterone levels was only associated with subthreshold symptoms of anxiety and depression.  相似文献

Objective: To assess the responses of a symptom complex related to partial androgen deficiency in the aging male (PADAM) to androgen supplementation. Subjects and methods: Eighty-six men from five hospitals in Beijing aged 50-70 years with symptoms related to PADAM received oral testosterone undecanoate for 2 months, and the effects of the therapy were evaluated. Results: After treatment, the symptom scores were significantly improved (all p < 0.001). Serum levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone were suppressed, and free testosterone and albuminbound testosterone levels were elevated. However, they were not significantly different from the pretreatment values. Waist/hip ratio and blood pressure were markedly decreased, but no changes were found in serum levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, albumin and prostate specific antigen. Conclusions: Two months of treatment with oral testosterone undecanoate clearly improved the symptoms related to PADAM. No statistical relationship was found between symptom improvement and androgen levels. Androgen therapy for 2 months was beneficial to the waist/hip ratio and blood pressure, and no harm was done to the prostate gland or lipid metabolism.  相似文献

Aim.?Symptoms of late-onset hypogonadism (LOH) are often unspecific, and the existence of a male climacteric has been much debated. In this study, we investigate aging men's thoughts about, and beliefs, in a ‘male climacteric’.

Methods.?A questionnaire was developed including background demographic data, symptoms possibly related to LOH and questions about men's thoughts and beliefs in a ‘male climacteric’. All men, 55-, 65- and 75-years old, living in Linkoping, Sweden (n?=?1885) received the questionnaire.

Results.?One thousand three hundred fifty-six (72%) questionnaires were eligible for evaluation, 65.4% of the responders had heard of a ‘male climacteric’, and 42.2% believed it existed but only 3% had sought medical advice for these symptoms. More than half believed that a ‘male climacteric’ was related to decreased libido and less strong erections. Almost half of the men thought that decreased memory and/or dystymia and anxiousness were related to a male climacteric.

Conclusions.?The majority of men have heard of a male climacteric, but only a minority had consulted a practitioner about their symptoms. More information and knowledge are needed, for the general population to better motivate men to seek medical advice and also for the health care professionals to better deal with the symptoms of LOH.  相似文献

Objective.?The aim of this study was to evaluate the association between serum levels of testosterone and free testosterone to lifestyle in aging males.

Methods.?Men between 45 and 85 years were assessed regarding body mass index (BMI), nicotine and alcohol consumption, stress level, physical and social activity, and sleeping quality by a self-administered questionnaire. In parallel, serum levels of testosterone (T), free testosterone (fT), LH, FSH, DHEA-S, E2 and SHBG were obtained.

Results.?In total, 375 men with a mean age of 59.9 years (9.2 ± SD) entered this study; 25.4% and 27.4% had hypogonadal testosterone or free testosterone serum levels, respectively. Nicotine consumption (smokers had higher levels of T and fT; p < 0.01), BMI (negative correlation to T; p < 0.01) and age (negative correlation to fT; p < 0.001) correlated with serum levels of testosterone or free testosterone. Physical and social activity, nicotine and alcohol consumption, stress level and sleep quality did not show a significant association with serum androgen levels.

Conclusion.?This prospective study of 375 men aged 45 to 85 years confirms the correlation between age, BMI and smoking with serum levels of testosterone and free testosterone, whereas the investigated variety of lifestyle factors did not show a significant association to serum androgen levels.  相似文献
