物流服务已成为B2C电子商务的重要组成部分,关注顾客的物流服务感知也日渐成为网络零售企业管理面临的新问题.本文分析了B2C电子商务环境下顾客物流服务感知以及与之相关的产品价值感知、商流过程感知和企业形象感知等因素及其这些因素与顾客满意度,顾客忠诚之间的相互关系,并在理论与文献研究的基础上建立了在线B2C顾客物流服务感知相关因素的假设模型.通过某中国大型在线零售商顾客的实际调研并结合结构方程模型的分析,实际数据验证了"在线B2C顾客企业形象感知对其物流服务感知具有显著的正面影响","在线B2C顾客物流服务感知对其网购满意度具有显著的正面影响"等假设.据此,本文分析认为网络零售商可选择两种实施路径以提升顾客满意度:其一,凭借其良好的企业形象将渠道控制能力自然延伸到物流服务领域,其二,参与供应商的产品质量管理甚至产品研发与上游供应商协作.  相似文献

为对国有商业银行和股份制商业顾客忠诚意向驱动因素进行对比研究,本文将银行类型作为调节变量引入模型。Logit Moderated回归模型结果显示,国有商业银行和股份制商业银行顾客忠诚意向的差异,主要来源于顾客对两者价值资产和关系资产的感知显著不同,而顾客感知两者品牌资产的差异在统计上不显著。在其它变量水平相同的情况下,国有商业银行比股份制商业银行为顾客提供的价值高,但股份制商业银行比国有商业银行与顾客的关系更紧密。该结论从统计上论证了国有商业银行和股份制商业银行各自维持顾客忠诚的特点,同时也为银行未来优化营销经费配置提供了理论依据。  相似文献

随着市场竞争和产品同质化的加剧,多忠诚顾客已成为现实中普遍存在的消费群体。过去有关研究都没有清晰分辨多忠诚和单一忠诚顾客,所得结论的普适性值得怀疑。本文分析了多忠诚和单一忠诚顾客在忠诚的前导和结果变量上所存在的差异,研究发现多忠诚顾客的信任、感知价值、承诺低于单一忠诚顾客;感知风险、价格敏感、口碑效应高于单一忠诚顾客;二者的满意水平没有显著差异。结论对营销者进行市场细分和顾客关系管理具有重要意义。  相似文献

本文通过构建顾客感知价值五要素模型,探索家用汽车消费过程中主要驱动要素与感知价值之间的关系。归纳了顾客感知价值及其驱动要素相关理论,从家用汽车产品质量感知、服务质量感知、品牌价值感知、绿色价值感知和价格感知五个方面构建顾客感知价值构成要素模型。通过SPSS18.0对2013年1月-2月收集的223份有效问卷进行信度、效度检验,运用AMOS17.0构建结构方程模型,并进行拟合度检验。结果显示产品质量感知、服务质量感知、品牌价值感知和绿色价值感知与顾客感知价值呈正相关关系,顾客对品牌价值、服务质量和绿色价值的感知对感知价值的影响略高于对产品质量的感知;价格感知方面:价格与汽车基本性能的匹配度、价格与同类其他品牌汽车比较的满意度、价格整体的合理性与顾客家用汽车感知价值呈正相关关系,且前两者对顾客感知价值的影响明显高于价格整体的合理性。最后,结合实证研究结果,提出提升家用汽车顾客感知价值的策略。  相似文献

以享乐型服务消费的典型业态--休闲餐厅为研究背景,从情绪和认知两个视角对服务场景与顾客的情绪反应、感知服务质量、感知服务价值和行为意向的关系进行研究.在文献回顾的基础上,建立反映各概念关系的理论模型;利用自行开发的问卷,采用调查法收集数据,应用结构方程模型进行数据分析.研究结果表明,服务场景对调动顾客的积极情绪、提高顾客的感知服务质量和感知服务价值有显著影响,积极情绪、感知服务质量和感知服务价值均会影响顾客餐后的行为意向,感知服务价值对行为意向的影响最为显著,并且在情绪反应与行为意向、感知服务质量与行为意向的关系中起中介作用.研究结果的管理含义在于,享乐型服务的管理者应充分利用服务场景改善顾客的感知质量、感知价值和重购意愿,以获得持续的竞争优势.  相似文献

在相关理论研究基础上,构建了供电行业用户满意度模型,模型数据采集于江苏省电力公司的800位客户,并采用SAS8.1统计软件包的CALIS功能模块对模型进行了验证分析。研究结果表明:用户期望对用户感知质量、感知价值和用户满意的影响不显著,故在模型中予以删除;企业形象对用户满意和用户忠诚的影响以间接为主,直接影响不显著;修正模型中5个内生隐变量R2的平均值为0.69,经综合考虑,修正后的模型有效可靠。最后,为供电行业提升客户满意度和忠诚度提出建议。  相似文献

This review study clarifies the relationships between job characteristics and work–family conflict (WFC) by differentiating among three facets of job characteristics: latent, perceived, and enacted. To date, research linking job characteristics to WFC has not distinguished the facets of job demands and job resources in this way. Such distinctions are important as a means of understanding the affective, behavioural, and cognitive processes involved in determining how and when job characteristics relate to WFC. Our review of 115 studies showed that perceived job characteristics have been most commonly explored in relation to WFC, whereas latent and enacted job characteristics have been hardly examined. While these findings may not be surprising, our contribution lies in reviewing the literature through the lens of these categories. Based on the findings, and through highlighting examples in the extant literature, we argue that understanding job characteristics in terms of both how they are perceived and enacted by workers will provide a deeper insight into the mechanisms underlying the relationship between job characteristics and WFC. In order to inform evidence-based interventions, future research must uncover the dynamic mechanisms underpinning the connection between job characteristics and WFC through a focus on enacted job facets and the cognitive, affective, and behavioural processes involved.  相似文献

A causal model explaining acceptance of gene technology was tested. It was hypothesized that trust in institutions using gene technology or using modified products has a positive impact on perceived benefit and a negative influence on perceived risk of this technology. Furthermore, perceived benefit and perceived risk determine acceptance of biotechnology. In other words, trust has an indirect influence on the acceptance of the technology. The postulated model was tested using structural equation modeling procedures and data from a random quota sample of 1001 Swiss citizens between 18 and 74 years old. Results indicated that the proposed model fits the data very well. The same causal model explains females' and males' acceptance of gene technology. Gender differences were found for the latent variables trust, perceived benefit, and acceptance of gene technology. Females indicated more trust, perceived less benefit, and demonstrated less acceptance than did males. No significant difference was observed for perceived risk. The implications of the results are discussed.  相似文献

The role of perceived risk in consumer behavior has been studied extensively by academic researchers. This paper introduces a methodology for the measurement of the effects of product features, marketing mix components, and individual differences on perceived consumer risk based on theoretical foundations in the literature. A conjoint-type model based on paired comparison judgments is estimated to provide attribute weights. A modification of a stochastic multidimensional scaling-based vector model is then used to measure and summarize individual consumer differences with respect to the impact of brand attributes and marketing mix components on latent levels of perceived consumer risk. An illustration is provided using students’ risk perceptions of sports cars.  相似文献

在分析了移动电子商务下交易成本的主要构成后,论文提出了搜寻成本、评价成本、支付成本、风险成本对消费者感知价值影响的假设,构建了移动电子商务下交易成本对消费者感知价值影响的假设模型,采用结构方程模型方法利用样本数据对假设模型进行了拟合检验。研究结果表明,风险成本、支付成本、评价成本是移动电子商务下消费者网上购买商品的主要成本,均与消费者感知价值显著负相关,其中,风险成本与消费者感知价值相关程度最高,而搜寻成本对消费者感知价值的影响并不显著。此外,购物者的风险态度与其风险成本、评价成本显著正相关,通过对评价成本、风险成本的作用间接影响消费者感知价值。最后,依据研究结果,论文提出了促进我国移动电子商务发展的建议。  相似文献

顾客重复购买模型的解释力和预测力,关键取决于构成模型的主要因素是否全面以及所确定的测量时间是否合理,而当前有代表性的以感知价值、顾客满意和转移成本三个因素建立起来的重复购买意向模型却存在着缺陷。为此,本文在明确界定测量时间的基础上,建立了一个由购后冲突、顾客满意、转移成本、重购意向、感知价值和情景期望等主要因素构成的重购行为模型,并通过耐用品(手机)和劳务(在外餐)这两类产品对该模型进行了验证。研究表明,顾客满意、购后冲突对重购意向具有显著影响;情景期望的多样性对在外餐的重购行为有明显负影响,但在手机购买中未通过检验;与此相反,感知价值对手机的重购行为有明显正影响,但在外餐中却未通过检验。这些结果既说明重购行为模型应被视为更有解释力和预测力的基本定量分析框架,又说明可能要根据产品购买特点的不同对模型做出适当修正。论文最后对这些实证结果的营销意义进行了探讨。  相似文献

Social networking is a process and practice that draws people and organizations together in an electronic medium. This article explores social interaction-based theories to suggest a social networking participation model that may help organizations understand acceptance or rejection of participation. Responses from 191 public administrators were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM), focusing on relationships between participation and five constructs: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived improvement potential (PIP), intra-organizational trust, and type of use. The study found favorable model fit statistics that support positive correlations between the latent variables examined and participation in social networking activities. The results demonstrate the potential of the survey instrument to serve as an adoption and participation model to predict and promote social networking activities as they relate to perceived performance improvement.  相似文献

董事会特征、股权结构、资本结构、公司财务、公司价值等都是不可直接观测的潜变量,为定量研究其内在关系带来了挑战。本文在分析公司治理与资本结构对上市公司价值创造能力影响机理的基础上构建结构方程模型,通过因子分析对潜变量进行计量,通过路径分析讨论潜变量之间的依赖关系,并建立上市公司价值创造能力影响因素的综合分析框架,从整体上评估董事会特征、股权结构、资本结构、公司财务等因素对上市公司价值创造能力的直接和间接影响效果。结果表明:董事会特征与股权结构对上市公司价值创造能力的直接影响都不显著,只是存在间接影响;资本结构既存在直接影响,也存在间接影响;公司财务存在直接影响;进一步,按照对上市公司价值创造能力总体影响程度大小依次排序为:资本结构、股权结构、公司财务、董事会特征。  相似文献

The objective of the present study was to test for multigroup invariance in measurement models and structural models between job characteristics, psychosocial intervening variables, health outcomes and sickness absenteeism. Four types of occupation were represented in the study: blue-collar workers ( n = 241), white-collar workers ( n = 209), elderly-care workers ( n = 338) and child-care workers ( n = 336). A first-order, six-factor multigroup confirmatory factor analysis model (i.e. measurement model) composed of two perceived job characteristics ( job autonomy and skill discretion), appraised workload, job satisfaction, stress-related ill-health and sickness absenteeism provided a good model fit. Invariance tests showed that the six-factor model fits well for all occupations. A partially recursive mediated multigroup structural model showed both similarities and differences across occupations as regards the relationships between independent latent variables ( job autonomy, skill discretion), intervening latent variables (appraised workload, job satisfaction) and dependent latent variables (stressrelated ill-health, sickness absenteeism). By comparing a generic model with occupation-specific models across occupations, this study showed that occupation-specific models were more plausible. The results indicate that it is important to examine different occupational contexts in detail to better understand how certain psychosocial factors at work influence strain in different occupations. Since job characteristics can potentially be amended, the findings have important implications for the differentiation of prevention and intervention in different occupations.  相似文献
