笔者研究了意大利现代主义早期建筑发展相对滞后的原因及其在二战后的多方面反思和实践.二战后意大利建筑师反省了僵化地照搬传统形式与符号的行为,突破了历史形式的束缚,进而探寻更深层次的文化内涵与人文主义精神.最终出现了以明星建筑师的成功作品为代表的优秀建筑实践和建筑理论.希望这项研究能对我国找寻具有传统文化特征的当代建筑之路有一定的参考价值.

青少年“阴性化”明星崇拜的多维探讨

相比一般的明星崇拜,"阴性化"明星崇拜与青少年的叛逆特征及猎奇审美结合起来,因而更加非理性。从青少年自身来说,它不仅反映了一种个体价值的社会投射与自我补偿,也是一种"自我统合危机期"的独特"审丑式审美";从社会层面来说,它不只受到中国传统阴性文化及外来流行文化的影响,更受到大众传媒时代媒介理性缺失所导致的审美偏差的影响。辩证地看,它表明青少年在审美及个性发展方面享有越来越多的自由度和选择权,但其负面效应也不言而喻。它不只是一个审美问题,也是一个关乎青少年性别认知、婚恋观念及性格塑造的问题。这需要我们多元思考,并构建立体的性别审美教育。     

大学生消费问题研究及路径引导

在消费主义思潮的影响下部分大学生在消费过程中存在冲动消费、攀比消费和盲目跟风消费这类不健康的消费思想对其身心健康发展形成一定的威胁,造成这类情况出现的主要原因是周围大环境的影响以及自身主体思想发生偏差。面对部分大学生存在问题的消费方式和消费心理需要消费者自身以及家庭、社会的共同努力帮助大学生树立正确的需要观,平衡物质与精神之间的地位,阻止其不正确行为的继续发展,从而构建文明理性的消费观。     

人工智能语境下的寒地建筑表皮智能化演进

建筑表皮作为室内外环境交互界面,是缓解室外环境不利影响、回应使用者舒适度需求的重要系统,对建筑性能有显著影响,对其的研究对于落实节能减排战略、促进生态文明城市建设有重要意义。在节能指标约束下,既有寒地建筑围护结构碳排大、造价高,对室外环境的动态波动和室内使用者需求的响应潜力不足,制约了寒地建筑绿色性能的提升幅度。随着人工智能技术的发展和人居环境品质要求的提升,寒地建筑表皮呈现出智能化演进趋势。本文旨在分析寒地建筑表皮智能化演进的产业需求和人工智能语境下的技术推力;梳理建筑表皮智能化发展脉络,解析建筑表皮智能化演进过程中的标志性理论成果和工程实践探索;进一步从"动态找形""高效传动"和"智能控制"三方面阐述寒地建筑表皮智能化演进发展中关键的科学与技术问题,拓展建筑表皮设计理论与方法体系,从而提升寒地建筑表皮智能化水平,推动建筑产业信息化转型。     

浅谈建筑与自然的和谐共生

同自然界的万千生物一样,建筑的生命在于自身结构和形态的支撑。搭建的过程,就像骨骼的生长。建筑师们开始认识自然,效仿自然,充实建筑的文化内涵。进而形成了认识实践与自然界的良性循环。由原来建筑形态效仿自然到现在运用科技保护和珍惜自然资源。如今自然环境的恶化,资源短缺,人们开始在城市建筑上实施绿色环保,达到与自然界的共同发展。无论从物质世界还是精神世界,"以人为本,和谐共生"的设计理念将成为主导。     

公用事业公有制的多种实现形式

分析了公用事业由国有独资经营向公有制多种实现形式转化必须把握好的几个方面。同时,政府应加强对公用事业的宏观控制力。     

Accuracy of the judgment of facial expression of emotions as a function of sex and level of education

The purpose of this study is to examine the recognition of facial expressions of six emotions as a function of sex and level of education (high school, college, university) of the subjects. Three hundred French-speaking citizens of Quebec had to judge which emotion was expressed in various facial stimuli presented on slides. Results show that overall, the recognition of emotions was very good. However, there were significant and strong differences between emotions and sex and levels of education did not have strong effects on the results.This research was supported by grant EQ-1717 from Fonds FCAC (Gouvernment du Quebec).

Developing understanding of the idea of communities of learners

The idea of a community of learners is based on the premise that learning occurs as people participate in shared endeavors with others, with all playing active but often asymmetrical roles in sociocultural activity. This contrasts with models of learning that are based on one‐sided notions of learning— either that it occurs through transmission of knowledge from experts or acquisition of knowledge by novices, with the learner or the others (respectively) in a passive role. In this paper, I develop the distinction between the community of learners and one‐sided approaches from the perspective of a theory of learning as participation, and use two lines of research to illustrate the transitions in perspective necessary to understand the idea of communities of learners. One line of research examines differing models of teaching and learning employed by caregivers and toddlers from Guatemalan Mayan and middle‐class European‐American families; the other line of research involves a study of how middle‐class parents make a transition from their own schooling background to participate in instruction in a public US elementary school.     

The frequency of sexual abuse and depression in a sample of street children of one of deprived districts of Tehran

The purpose of this study was to determine the frequency of sexual abuse and depression among street children who live in a deprived district of Tehran. The researchers used the K-SADS questionnaire and a clinical interview were used to evaluate depression and sexual abuse in 87 street children in Tehran. Eighteen (20.9%) of the children had been sexually abused. Depressed children were 3.2 times more likely to be sexually abused than non-depressed children. Furthermore, 26 girls (86.7%) and 27 boys (48.2%) suffered from depression. The frequency of depression demonstrated a significant association with the father's or breadwinner's history of imprisonment or unemployment. Interventional programs providing education and support should be implemented for street children.     

劳动法视域下新生代农民工权利缺失问题

中国经济崛起和城市化进程过程中农民工的贡献有目共睹,城市让生活更美好的诱惑使得中国的新老两代农民工从农村流入城市,2008年1月1日的《劳动合同法》和《劳动争议调解仲裁法》让社会看到了改善农民工权利状况的希望,然而新生代农民工的权利保护尤其是作为一名劳动者的权利保护的现状依然不如人意,没有救济的权利不是真正的权利、迟来的正义是非正义,每年岁末对于农民工权益的突击性保障并不能从根本上解决问题,把包括农民工权益保障的社会问题纳入法治框架内、通过探析新生代农民工权利阙如问题及原因进而发现从制度层面进行解决才是解决农民工权益保障问题的根本途径。     

学龄儿童健康行为研究方法述评

学龄儿童健康行为研究越来越得到重视,在未来周期性的研究中也面临着在快速发展的背景下保持较高质量、在有限的财政资源情况下持续提高、使趋势分析与修改问卷内容相适应、满足科学受众和政策受众的不同要求等挑战,因此,完善其研究方法成为当前迫切需要。     

“吸毒人员未成年子女监护问题”研讨会综述

针对吸毒人员对其未成年子女的监护不力或监护缺失的现状，深入探讨了终止、剥夺乃至转移吸毒人员监护权的问题。涉及到监护权转移实践方面的问题，与会专家提出了临时监护人，短、长期寄养家庭，机构性质的儿童之家，儿童福利院等多种监护权转移方案。对一些存有疑义的问题，则是需要系统研究、统筹规划的新课题。     

The contextualization of definitions of religion

The author insists on the need to take the social-structural context into account to evaluate the existing types of definitions of religion. Proposing a definition for the Western hemisphere, he then checks his definition against sociological studies referring to ‘new types of religiosity’ and concludes that sociologists should differentiate between meaning systems – of which religion is a sub-division – and spiritualities. In a second step, he discusses two sociological theories about religion and insists that sociologists should be more careful in using such theories by taking into consideration the type of religion the theory is concerned with. Finally, he suggests that rational choice theory and secularization theory might well be integrated and applied in a European context if we move to the level of the competing existing meaning systems.
