经济数据常存在空间相关性,忽略空间相关性会引发内生性问题,导致相应估计量有偏且不一致。空间随机前沿模型在随机前沿模型的基础上考虑了生产单元的空间相关性,更利于效率测算。然而现有空间随机前沿模型的生产函数形式单一,适用性较差,实证分析存在局限性。文章在空间随机前沿模型中引入平滑转移效应,构建了平滑转移空间随机前沿模型,该模型同时考虑了空间相关性和个体异质性,适用性较佳。为丰富估计方法,同时采用极大似然方法和贝叶斯方法估计模型,其中极大似然估计的核心在于推导对数似然函数、对数似然函数的最优化以及使用JLMS法估计技术效率,贝叶斯估计的核心在于推导未知参数的后验分布及执行MCMC抽样。数值模拟结果显示:(1)极大似然估计和贝叶斯估计的估计精度均较高,其中贝叶斯估计的估计精度略高于极大似然估计;增加样本容量,贝叶斯估计和极大似然估计的估计精度更高。(2)若忽略空间效应或者平滑转移效应,则估计精度较低。  相似文献

忽略个体效应和空间效应会严重干扰效率测算,其中忽略个体效应使得技术无效率项发生偏移,忽略空间相关性导致估计量有偏且不一致。本文基于真实固定效应随机前沿模型(引入了个体效应),引入因变量和双边误差项的空间滞后项,构建了适用性更佳的真实固定效应空间随机前沿模型。对模型进行组内变化以消除额外参数,使用贝叶斯方法(需推导未知参数的后验分布并执行MCMC抽样)估计参数和技术效率。该方法真正克服了额外参数问题,比同类方法直观、简便。数值模拟结果表明,本文方法对参数、个体截距项及技术无效率项的估计精度均较高,且增加样本容量,估计精度变优。  相似文献

一般来说,数据结构突变点的位置是未知的或突变点的存在性无法准确预知。Enders和Lee(2009,2011)[1][2]证明低频的傅里叶变换(Fourier transformation)就能较精确地处理单位根检验中的数据结构突变(异质结构突变)问题。本文在协整模型框架下,使用傅里叶变换处理协整模型确定性趋势项下的结构突变,考察了协整模型参数的收敛速度,并重新推导了不等方差检验。傅里叶近似项参数的收敛速度为: 。使用蒙特卡洛模拟表明:在缺乏结构突变的先验知识的情况下,使用低频的傅里叶变换能较好地处理协整回归中的确定性趋势的结构突变的问题,显著提高协整向量的估计效率。使用改进后的方法,重新研究了中国股市和国际股市联动关系的密切程度,实证结果更为强烈地支持:中国投资者投资于澳大利亚市场分散风险的收益显著弱于投资其他国际市场。  相似文献

 当误差项不服从独立同分布时,利用Moran’s I统计量的渐近检验,无法有效判断空间经济计量滞后模型2SLS估计残差间存在空间关系与否。本文采用两种基于残差的Bootstrap方法,诊断空间经济计量滞后模型残差中的空间相关关系。大量Monte Carlo模拟结果显示,从功效角度看,无论误差项服从独立同分布与否,与渐近检验相比,Bootstrap Moran检验都具有更好的有限样本性质,能够更有效地进行空间相关性检验。尤其是,在样本量较小和空间衔接密度较高情况下,Bootstrap Moran检验的功效显著大于渐近检验。  相似文献

本文提出一种遵循空间数据分布特征的空间分位数回归模型,并着重探讨该模型的估计方法和参数检验问题。本文构建了上述模型的一个工具变量估计法,通过数理证明建立了估计量的大样本理论,并基于估计量的渐近分布构造了模型的参数检验方法。本文还通过数值模拟方法和应用实例考察估计方法和参数检验方法的实际应用效果,数值模拟结果显示,估计方法和参数检验方法在有限样本条件下均可以达到较高的精确度和稳定性。在应用实例中,本文利用所构建的理论方法重新检验我国“资源诅咒”效应的存在性,实证结果体现了理论方法的应用价值。  相似文献

本文采用Bayes方法对空间滞后模型进行全面分析。在构建模型的贝叶斯框架时,对模型系数与误差方差分别选取正态先验分布和逆伽玛先验分布,这样以便获得参数的联合后验分布和条件后验分布。在抽样估计时,文章主要使用MCMC方法,同时还设计了一个简单随机游动Metropolis抽样器,以方便从空间权重因子系数的条件后验分布中进行抽样。最后应用所建议的方法进行数值模拟。  相似文献

 针对误差项非正态分布和不同空间布局的复杂环境,本文提出一种新的空间滞后模型的稳健LM检验统计量及其检验方法,对比现有LM检验方法,它不仅消除了空间误差效应对检验的影响,而且克服了传统检验方法会受误差项非正态分布以及不同空间布局差异的影响。同时还具有在小样本情况下表现依然良好的优点。经过蒙特卡罗模拟的结果支持上述论断。  相似文献

空间回归模型由于引入了空间地理信息而使得其参数估计变得复杂,因为主要采用最大似然法,致使一般人认为在空间回归模型参数估计中不存在最小二乘法。通过分析空间回归模型的参数估计技术,研究发现,最小二乘法和最大似然法分别用于估计空间回归模型的不同的参数,只有将两者结合起来才能快速有效地完成全部的参数估计。数理论证结果表明,空间回归模型参数最小二乘估计量是最佳线性无偏估计量。空间回归模型的回归参数可以在估计量为正态性的条件下而实施显著性检验,而空间效应参数则不可以用此方法进行检验。  相似文献

在空间数据分析中,由于空间预测在很大程度上依赖于对空间变化的现象分布的假设,因此建立空间数据分布模型是非常重要的问题.Stein(1999)指出,传统的方法利用变差函数描述插值的空间依赖性结构和基于似然方法的模型相比是相当不精确的.对于非正态分布的空间数据而言,Copula函数提供了一种可以分别指定相关结构和边缘分布而建立联合分布的可能性.文章基于Copula函数的非正态分布数据的空间插值方法,讨论模型参数的极大似然估计并运用生态环境数据进行实证研究.  相似文献

近年来运用空间计量经济模型进行实证分析的文献都普遍采用空间自回归(SAR)形式的设定,对参数的估计也多采用极大似然(MLE)的方法。在经典多元线性回归模型中,仅有被解释变量的测量误差并不会影响系数估计的一致性。本文证明对于SAR模型,即使仅当被解释变量存在测量误差时,且无论该测量误差是否与模型本身的扰动项相关,普遍采用的MLE都将是不一致的。为此,Hausman型的设定检验被推广到SAR模型中用以判别是否存在被解释变量的测量误差。当零假设被拒绝时,我们说明由Kelejian&Prucha(1998), Lee(2003)提出的二阶段最小二乘法仍然可以得到参数的一致估计。Monte Carlo模拟的结果与我们的理论预期一致。最后我们用一个估计地方环境支出外溢效应的实例说明如何运用本文所提的方法来检验应用空间自回归模型时可能存在的测量误差。  相似文献

Recently, Lee and Cha proposed two general classes of discrete bivariate distributions. They have discussed some general properties and some specific cases of their proposed distributions. In this paper we have considered one model, namely bivariate discrete Weibull distribution, which has not been considered in the literature yet. The proposed bivariate discrete Weibull distribution is a discrete analogue of the Marshall–Olkin bivariate Weibull distribution. We study various properties of the proposed distribution and discuss its interesting physical interpretations. The proposed model has four parameters, and because of that it is a very flexible distribution. The maximum likelihood estimators of the parameters cannot be obtained in closed forms, and we have proposed a very efficient nested EM algorithm which works quite well for discrete data. We have also proposed augmented Gibbs sampling procedure to compute Bayes estimates of the unknown parameters based on a very flexible set of priors. Two data sets have been analyzed to show how the proposed model and the method work in practice. We will see that the performances are quite satisfactory. Finally, we conclude the paper.  相似文献

Lewis (1972) has proposed a test for the slippage of the location parameter of k- populations when the direction of the slippage is unknown. In this paper, an extension of this test is proposed. The present article deals with the estimation of mean number of respondents who possess a rare sensitive character in presence of known and unknown proportion of a rare unrelated non-sensitive attribute by using the Poisson probability distribution in stratified random sampling as well as in stratified random double sampling. The variance of rare sensitive character is also derived under proportional and optimal allocation methods in stratified random sampling when stratum sizes are known and unknown. The properties of the suggested estimation procedures have been deeply examined. The proposed model is found to be dominant over Lee et al. [Estimation of a rare sensitive attribute in a stratified sample using Poisson distribution. Statistics. 2013;47:575–589] model. Numerical illustrations are presented to support the theoretical results. Results are analysed and suitable recommendations are put forward to the survey practitioners.  相似文献

Statistics for spatial functional data is an emerging field in statistics which combines methods of spatial statistics and functional data analysis to model spatially correlated functional data. Checking for spatial autocorrelation is an important step in the statistical analysis of spatial data. Several statistics to achieve this goal have been proposed. The test based on the Mantel statistic is widely known and used in this context. This paper proposes an application of this test to the case of spatial functional data. Although we focus particularly on geostatistical functional data, that is functional data observed in a region with spatial continuity, the test proposed can also be applied with functional data which can be measured on a discrete set of areas of a region (areal functional data) by defining properly the distance between the areas. Based on two simulation studies, we show that the proposed test has a good performance. We illustrate the methodology by applying it to an agronomic data set.  相似文献

In this paper, a change point model with the mean being constant up to some unknown point, and increasing linearly to another unknown point, then dropping back to the original level is studied. A nonparametric method based on the empirical likelihood test is proposed to detect and estimate the locations of change points. Under some mild conditions, the asymptotic null distribution of an empirical likelihood ratio test statistic is shown to have the extreme distribution. The consistency of the test is also proved. Simulations of the powers of the test indicate that it performs well under different assumptions of the data distribution. The test is applied to the aircraft arrival time data set and the Stanford heart transplant data set.  相似文献

The inverse Gaussian distribution provides a flexible model for analyzing positive, right-skewed data. The generalized variable test for equality of several inverse Gaussian means with unknown and arbitrary variances has satisfactory Type-I error rate when the number of samples (k) is small (Tian, 2006). However, the Type-I error rate tends to be inflated when k goes up. In this article, we propose a parametric bootstrap (PB) approach for this problem. Simulation results show that the proposed test performs very satisfactorily regardless of the number of samples and sample sizes. This method is illustrated by an example.  相似文献

We propose a new method to test the order between two high-dimensional mean curves. The new statistic extends the approach of Follmann (1996) to high-dimensional data by adapting the strategy of Bai and Saranadasa (1996). The proposed procedure is an alternative to the non-negative basis matrix factorization (NBMF) based test of Lee et al. (2008) for the same hypothesis, but it is much easier to implement. We derive the asymptotic mean and variance of the proposed test statistic under the null hypothesis of equal mean curves. Based on theoretical results, we put forward a permutation procedure to approximate the null distribution of the new test statistic. We compare the power of the proposed test with that of the NBMF-based test via simulations. We illustrate the approach by an application to tidal volume traces.  相似文献

空间面板数据模型由于考虑了经济变量间的空间相关性,其优势日益凸显,已成为计量经济学的热点研究领域。将空间相关性与动态模式同时扩展到面板模型中的空间动态面板模型,不仅考虑了经济变量之间的空间相关性,还考虑了时间上的滞后性,是空间面板模型的发展,增强了模型的解释力。考虑一种带固定个体效应、因变量的时间滞后项、因变量与随机误差项均存在空间自相关性的空间动态面板回归模型,提出了在个体数n和时间数T都很大,且T相对地大于n的条件下空间动态面板模型中时间滞后效应存在性的LM和LR检验方法,其检验方法包括联合检验、一维及二维的边际和条件检验;推导出这些检验在零假设下的极限分布;其极限分布均服从卡方分布。通过模拟试验研究检验统计量的小样本性质,结果显示其具有优良的统计性质。  相似文献

Testing the equal means hypothesis of a bivariate normal distribution with homoscedastic varlates when the data are incomplete is considered. If the correlational parameter, ρ, is known, the well-known theory of the general linear model is easily employed to construct the likelihood ratio test for the two sided alternative. A statistic, T, for the case of ρ unknown is proposed by direct analogy to the likelihood ratio statistic when ρ is known. The null and nonnull distribution of T is investigated by Monte Carlo techniques. It is concluded that T may be compared to the conventional t distribution for testing the null hypothesis and that this procedure results in a substantial increase in power-efficiency over the procedure based on the paired t test which ignores the incomplete data. A Monte Carlo comparison to two statistics proposed by Lin and Stivers (1974) suggests that the test based on T is more conservative than either of their statistics.  相似文献

Gupta and Kundu (Statistics 43:621–643, 2009) recently introduced a new class of weighted exponential distribution. It is observed that the proposed weighted exponential distribution is very flexible and can be used quite effectively to analyze skewed data. In this paper we propose a new bivariate distribution with the weighted exponential marginals. Different properties of this new bivariate distribution have been investigated. This new family has three unknown parameters, and it is observed that the maximum likelihood estimators of the unknown parameters can be obtained by solving a one-dimensional optimization procedure. We obtain the asymptotic distribution of the maximum likelihood estimators. Small simulation experiments have been performed to see the behavior of the maximum likelihood estimators, and one data analysis has been presented for illustrative purposes. Finally we discuss the multivariate generalization of the proposed model.  相似文献
