基于职业能力整合高职《速记基础》教学内容的思考

《速记基础》是高职院校文科类专业的一门专业基础课程，以职业能力培养为目标．课程内容影响着专业教育效果、专业培养目标和岗位能力。随着职业岗位的内涵发生变化．课程内容也被要求进行优化和更新充实。应基于职业能力整合课程教学内容，最终实现高职生职业能力和社会职业需求的零距离对接。

伊拉克战后,中东国际关系和地缘政治格局正在发生深刻变化.美国全球和中东战略的调整对阿以冲突的基本格局带来巨大冲击.作为中东热点的阿以问题面临新的地区和国际环境.美国“大中东民主计划”的出台,给中东国家带来巨大压力.阿拉伯国家面临内忧外患,对阿以冲突的关注减弱,而阿以问题对地区和国际局势的影响也趋于下降.作为阿以冲突核心的巴以和谈前景并不乐观,全面的阿以和平前景既取决于双方的和平诚意及战略调整的长期效果,也取决于国际社会在何种程度上认同并参与中东和平进程的行动.

日本青少年蛰居的现状与对策

蛰居是日本较为严重的青少年问题和社会问题之一，是一种丧失社会行为、自我封闭的消极生活状态。目前，日本青少年蛰居的现状十分严峻，已出现了数十万规模的蛰居者。蛰居的表征相似，诱因和程度却千差万剐，且长期化和高龄化趋势日益增强。随着蛰居人数的增多、时间的延长及蛰居者年龄的增长，如何援助蛰居者，帮助其回归学校或社会，成为日本面临的重要课题之一。为此，日本政府、NPO法人等民间团体积极采取针对蛰居者及其家人的援助对策。     

对中东热点问题新变化的若干思考

后世博时代长三角区域联动效应的同城化研究

世博会是全人类科技、文化、文明盛会的“重大事件”,在世博会结束后的特定时段内对举办城市、国家和地区社会经济发展将产生广泛、深刻、持久的影响与作用,尤其对周边区域的联动发展意义深远。从后世博区域联动效应的空间影响层面看,主要表现为长三角区域的同城化效应,基于区域共同利益的驱动,各相邻城市之间将通过后世博区域联动的扩散效应、放大效应、辐射效应、溢出效应等各种作用的持续影响,不断加强、加速和深化区域一体化在空间上所呈现出的“同质”或“同城”局面。因此,长三角区域应以后世博效应为契机,逐步推动同城化效应在更广更深的领域扩散。     

The State and the Associational Order of the Economy: The Institutionalization of Cartels and Trade Associations in 1931–45 Japan

The existing literature on the impact of the state on the associational order has emphasized the state's concern on the implications of the associational order to the public goods and the role of the associational order as a policy tool of the state. However, few studies have investigated what particular characters of the state shape the pattern of the associational order. Through a historical analysis, this study highlights three important factors related to the state that contributed to the the rise of the associational order in Japan during the Great Depression and World War II. First, the shift of the state preference from protecting the liberties of private enterprises toward maintaining political stability in economic crisis and controlling resource allocation in war was the ultimate driving force behind the rise of associational order. Second, the constitutional order of the Japanese state, which involves not only the organization, composition, powers, and limitation of the state's executive, legislative, and jurisdictional branches, but also the people's liberties defined by the constitution, was strongly influenced by the continental legal tradition. This structurally shaped the Japanese pattern of the associational order. Third, the institutionalized legal and economic beliefs of property rights provided ideological support to the rise of the associational order.

《卡里来和笛木乃》是一部雅俗共赏、影咱很大的阿拉伯寓言故事集。它本是古印度梵文书籍中的故事,经波斯人编纂与加工,再经波斯籍阿拉伯散文大师伊本·穆格法翻译与再创作,成书历经几个世纪。伊本·穆格法对原故事做了大量修改,增添了一些新故事。通过他的文本,《卡里来和笛木乃》最终定稿,并得以走向世界。

青年研究的学理困境及其超越

自“五四运动”以来,国内青年研究业已历经了近一个世纪,青年研究的学理化、专业化与规范化有了很大进展,学者们就青年研究学科化及青年学建设等问题进行了大量探讨。但是,纵观当前的青年研究,还不同程度地存在内卷化、碎片化与泛政治化等学理困境。超越青年研究的现有学理困境,可以考虑实现三个基本转变,即从对策性研究向解释性研究、从同一性研究向批判性研究、从结构化研究向过程性研究等的转变。     

THE PRIMACY OF THE POLITICAL AND THE TROPE OF THE ‘PEOPLE’ IN ERNESTO LACLAU'S ON POPULIST REASON

If the proliferation of new social movements thematized in Hegemony and Socialist Strategy was the key conjectural feature on the horizon of radical democratic politics in Euro-America in 1980s, the eruptions of the people in the streets and slums all over the world, and especially in the global south, is hauntingly present in the background of On Populist Reason. With the democratic imaginary now gone global, Laclau's positing of the people as the political subject par excellence and populism as the paradigmatic logic of the political acquires new pertinence. This double privileging is accompanied by a series of shifts in emphasis in the conceptual architecture of Laclau's theory of hegemony. Aside from the further radicalization two pivotal terms in Laclau's social ontology – heterogeneity and contingency – one can observe three other noticeable shifts in emphasis: First, on the plane of discursivity (or in the differential field of the meaningful) the articulatory practices are increasingly characterized in terms of their rhetoricity (i.e. the mode of braiding the rhetorical form with its function); and, furthermore, the tropological characterization of the articulatory practices progressively yields to an analysis of their performative emergence by way of ‘naming’. Second, there is a corresponding shift in the analytic interest from the discursive production of the nodal points (such as ‘free market’ or ‘law and order’) to the discursive production of empty signifiers (especially, of the ‘people’). Third, the conflictual social field is configured not only in terms of antagonisms but also in terms of dislocations.

我国校园暴力现象研究的再思考

当前,学界对校园暴力的研究主要沿用了传统的"问题—对策"范式,从研究侧重点不同可以区分为现状描述型、问题探析型和对策建构型三种研究类型。但是,由于传统的"问题—对策"范式无法从主体体验去解读校园暴力,使得相关研究具有一定局限性。从身体社会学的视角出发,不仅可以发现被传统研究范式遮蔽的议题,还可以从身体与结构互构的途径来理解校园暴力现象,为当前校园暴力研究提供了一个新的研究路径。

China’s modern image – contemporary Chinese art

Abstract

As a worldwide cultural phenomenon, contemporary art in China has not only been used as a diplomatic language but also a reflection of contemporary Chinese culture. Contemporary Chinese art, as an emerging field to display China’s global role, provides an important perspective to study China’s self-position in global relations, China’s diplomacy in exercising its soft power, contemporary Chinese culture, and the reinvention of China’s cultural/national identity in post-Mao China. Using the 2000 Shanghai Biennale and the Chinese pavilion at the 54th Venice Biennale as case studies, this article investigates how the fluid construct of Chineseness is successfully promoted and demonstrated through the government’s support of contemporary Chinese art.
