管理科学与工程学科“十四五”发展战略研究:学科界定与保障政策

我国管理科学与工程学科的发展是国家全局性科学技术发展战略的重要组成部分,能够在相关重大发展领域提供关键助力,因而需要在宏观层面上探索具有问题导向属性,并且能够充分反映时代特性和国家实际需求的管理科学与工程学科发展战略。鉴于此,以厘清该学科界定与研究意义为基础,结合相关调研结果,探索了我国管理科学与工程学科“十四五”发展战略的保障政策,以期为我国“十四五”规划多个关键战略方向的重大需求提供管理支撑和量化参考,同时助力国家自然科学基金委员会全面深化科学基金改革。     

“七步走”提高企业创新能力

第一步，对于问题的性质与答案空间幅度进行明确界定；第二步，找出问题；第三步，针对问题的不同性质进行个陆化处理；第四步，召集各方面的专家全方位、多角度地思考与分析问题；第五步，先提创意，后讨论；第六步，为每个完整的答案写—个“创意简历”；第七步，把创意转变为现实。     

影响我国管理学科发展的环境障碍分析及对策

在分析目前我国管理学科发展存在的不合理现象基础上,提出了影响我国管理学科发展的5个内外环境障碍:庸俗化障碍、学科类障碍、方法论障碍、实践性障碍和成长性障碍,并给出了概要解决对策。     

东方管理学的现状与展望——东方管理学学科建设研讨会综述

作为我国管理学科中的一个亮点,东方管理学已经成为一个比较完整的学科体系。东方管理学的核心思想、框架已经基本构筑完毕,然而学科研究的对象仍有待进一步的厘定,研究的方法有待创新,学科的国际影响力有待进一步提升。     

Foundational Challenges for Advancing the Field and Discipline of Risk Analysis

Risk analysis as a field and discipline is about concepts, principles, approaches, methods, and models for understanding, assessing, communicating, managing, and governing risk. The foundation of this field and discipline has been subject to continuous discussion since its origin some 40 years ago with the establishment of the Society for Risk Analysis and the Risk Analysis journal. This article provides a perspective on critical foundational challenges that this field and discipline faces today, for risk analysis to develop and have societal impact. Topics discussed include fundamental questions important for defining the risk field, discipline, and science; the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary features of risk analysis; the interactions and dependencies with other sciences; terminology and fundamental principles; and current developments and trends, such as the use of artificial intelligence.

组织管理学科的理论形态与创新途径

在论述成熟学科理论形态的基础上,以组织行为学为例,系统地分析了当前组织管理理论存在的问题,并提出了理论创新的途径与策略建议.研究结果表明,一门成熟的学科通常有多种不同的理论形态,揭示事物本质的理论、揭示概念间关系的理论、揭示事物演变规律的理论,以及元理论等抽象程度高的理论形态应该居于更重要的地位,但这些理论形态恰恰是当前组织管理学科比较缺乏的.     

关于重点学科建设中的激励机制

作者从项目管理理论出发,分析研究了目前高等学校重点学科建设中学校法人(委托人)和学科带头人(代理人)之间的"委托-代理"关系,研究并提出了建设高等学校重点学科的激励机制的原则、模式及运作机制.

Closed-Form Deterministic End-to-End Performance Bounds for the Generalized Processor Sharing Scheduling Discipline

The Generalized Processor Sharing (GPS) schedulingdiscipline is an important scheduling mechanism that can support both class isolation and bandwidth sharing among different service classes, thus making itan appealing choice for networks providing multiple services with Quality-of-Service guarantees. In this paper, we study a broad classof GPS networks known as Consistent Relative Session Treatment}(CRST) GPS networks and establish closed-form end-to-end performance boundsfor CRST GPS networks. This result generalizes the results of Parekhand Gallager (1994) where simple, closed-form end-to-end performancebounds are derived for a special sub-class of CRST GPS networks, theso-called Rate Proportional Processor Sharing (RPPS) GPS networks, but performance bounds for the general CRST GPS networks do not haveclosed-form. Our result is obtained through the notion of CRSTpartition, which in fact yields a broader class of CRST GPS networksthan the one originally defined in (Parekh and Gallager, 1993). Moreover,our approach is quite general. It not only applies to the deterministicanalysis of GPS networks, but can also be employed in the study of GPSnetworks in a stochastic setting.     

工商管理学科实验教学研究综述

国内最近6年发表的工商管理学科实验教学文献,显示目前国内关于工商管理学科实验教学的理论研究内容主要集中于4个方面.即工商管理学科实验教学的作用、工商管理学科实验教学的总体模式、工商管理学科实验教学的内容和工商管理学科实验教学的方法.本文对工商管理学科实验教学的发展现状做了基本估计和全面分析,并对其发展趋势进行了展望.     

“管理学在中国”——本土化学科建构几个关键问题的探讨

简要回顾了围绕"中国特色管理学"于近期发表在<管理学报>的相关文章,通过引入<组织管理研究>(MOR)的一组反思/批判性文章,充分肯定了<管理学报>办刊方针的重要意义.重点讨论了针对本土化学术探索需要审慎对待的几方面问题,涉及如何认识中国管理情境、发展新理论的必要性、学术探索中的"实然与应然"以及组织管理与文化的关系.最后,结合和谐管理本土化研究的体会谈了几点看法.

管理科学与工程学科基金项目资助和SCI论文发表情况分析

系统地统计了2003～2008年国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学部管理科学与工程学科面上项目和青年项目受资助的总体情况,分析了各个子学科类别的资助状况和发表SCI论文情况,同时分析比较了国家"十一五"与"十五"期间的资助项目情况和发表SCI论文数量情况,找出其中存在的问题并对其原因进行了分析.最后,依据国家自然科学基金"十一五"发展战略,提出今后国家自然科学基金资助策略和建议.     

国家自然科学基金资助体系中管理科学与工程学科的资助特点与发展路径

本文分析了2010-2022年国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学与工程学科资助项目的发展趋势与项目特征等资助特点,探讨了科学基金资助体系中管理科学与工程学科的发展路径;进而论证了科学基金资助体系通过项目类型设置、学科规划要求、项目管理办法等规则主导了学科发展方向、同时学者智慧以多种方式对其发挥作用并产生影响这一基本运作逻辑,并提出了作为科学基金资助体系中重要主体的学科处与学者在这一运作逻辑下如何紧密合作以实现推动学科发展的共同目标。     

Theory Development in Operations Management: Extending the Frontiers of a Mature Discipline via Qualitative Research

This invited paper discusses theory development in operations management. Many stellar researchers have made excellent contributions to theory development in our field. Operations management is a maturing discipline. Recently, theory driven empirical research has become common in top‐tier journals in our field. Impelled by this trend and due to the path dependency of research, in general, researchers have examined operations phenomena using theories from management and organizational science. How do we extend the frontiers of knowledge in our maturing discipline? How do we develop theories within the field of operations management? In examining some of the seminal ideas that have shaped our field, a common characteristic is that they relied on observational studies and conceptual reasoning. Is it time for us to stress the usefulness of qualitative research methods in our field? Could this lead to an intellectual renewal in our field and extend the frontier of a maturing discipline? This paper explores these questions and advances the notion that qualitative analysis needs to be emphasized more than it has been in recent past. This paper is meant to provoke discussion among empirical researchers in operations management.
