目前,我国尚无充足条件对心理咨询师进行某些流派的系统培训,所以认真研究咨询与治疗中起作用的共通因素尤为重要,这既可以促进咨询与治疗的实效,也为我国的心理咨询本土化做着宝贵积累.我国现阶段的心理咨询与治疗,应注重以下六点共通因素:咨询与治疗的关系、共情、解释、情绪的释放、提供新的生活态度和从事新的有效行为并得到强化.心理咨询师的人格和技术是其工作的两大支柱,如果一定要区分两者的重要程度,则人格高于或先于技术.咨询师的人格状态决定了其运用技术的心理能力,良好的咨询技术必须通过咨询师健全的人格发挥作用.有效用的心理咨询师应该认识到"病"与"非病"只是相对的概念,不能截然划分;他自身应该是一个好的容器;应该能掌握好运用技术的时机;应该能运用好反移情;应该起到榜样的作用.  相似文献

本文将学校社会工作专业手法引入到学生工作中的班级心理委员培训中,借鉴相关的工作方法,进行一些初步的探索,主要体现在培训心理委员在解决学生发展性问题时运用团体社会工作方法,培训心理委员在解决学生个别问题中运用个案社会工作方法以及培训心理委员在协调各类资源为同学服务过程中运用社区社会工作方法。实践证明,把学校社工方法应用到班级心理委员培训中,可以发挥其特有的优势。  相似文献

The rapidly growing older population necessitates the provision of more gerontological social workers. This study evaluates the social work programs that are offered by a university in Hong Kong, based on separate surveys of alumni and employers. It also examines the effects of alumni background characteristics on perceived training adequacy. The training is found to be moderately adequate in preparing the alumni for practice in aging-related jobs, but there is a need to improve the existing curricula. Implications for the improvement of the curricula and suggestions for further studies are also discussed.  相似文献

未来教育的发展亟需创建中小学教师定期访学制度.当前中小学教师培训存在同质化现象普遍、校际合作机制缺失、培训形式单一和理论培训供给过剩等问题.创建教师定期访学制度能弥补现有培训的不足,有利于突破校内较为封闭的静态学习环境,构建校际间的教师学习共同体,创新需求导向的学习模式,生成本土原创的实践性知识与理论.该制度的目标主体是中小学教师;访学周期应设为每隔6年一次,每次6个月;应给予访学双方教师一定补贴;制定有关教师访学的管理细则;建立教师在职培训的数据平台.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Good mentoring is a key variable for determining success in completing a doctoral program. The Association for Gerontology Education in Social Work (AGESW) provides leadership in the areas of gerontological social work education, research, and policy. In 2010, AGESW began offering the Pre-Dissertation Fellows Program (PDFP) to enhance social work doctoral students’ professional development and skillset for academia. The purpose of this study was to examine student participants’ perceptions of the PDFP in its role to providing mentorship and training for an academic position that encompasses research, teaching and professional service. This qualitative study examined eight cohorts (2010–2018) of the AGESW PDFP (N = 85). Participants identified a number of aspects of professional development gained, gratitude for the training, an appreciation for candid advice received, and areas of professional development they felt they were lacking within their doctoral training. Implications for doctoral education, doctoral mentorship programs, and the AGESW pre-dissertation program are discussed. Further, programs such as AGESW pre-dissertation fellowship program can serve as a model for other doctoral training initiatives to prepare students to work in academia.  相似文献

政府购买服务在我国方兴未艾,基于政府购买农民工就业培训服务有利于转变政府职能建设服务型政府,有利于促进社会组织发展,有利于提高就业培训效率与质量,有利于满足农民工多样化的就业培训需求等积极意义,我国各地政府采取了政府购买服务方式为农民工提供就业培训服务。当前的传统模式和就业培训券模式这两种政府购买农民工就业培训服务模式均存在一些问题,要切实提高政府购买就业培训服务项目的效果,需要完善政府购买农民工就业培训服务机制,创新多元主体参与政府购买农民工就业培训服务的路径,以及探索其他的政府购买农民工就业培训服务的具体路径。  相似文献

Summary This article presents the findings from a major survey of staffattitudes and caring practices in homes for the elderly in Fife.The survey was carried out in the wake of the Wagner Reportto examine the diffusion of good practice ideas among residentialstaff and to see how far these ideas are reflected in actualcaring routines. The study points to the existence of a ‘coolingeffect’ whereby adherence to good practice lessens thecloser one gets to operational reality. ABSTRACT

Traditionally, prospective resource parents must attend all preservice training in person. Although live sessions are necessary for screening applicants, instructional portions of training could be enhanced by Web-based sessions. This pilot study compares the effectiveness of online and classroom versions of one session from a widely used preservice training program. Ninety-two individuals enrolled in the program in two states were randomly assigned to a treatment group that viewed an online version of the class on child abuse and neglect or to a comparison group that took the same class in person. Written questionnaires were completed before and after the class. Significant group differences on knowledge of child maltreatment and empathy toward birth parents plus high user satisfaction were hypothesized. Analysis of covariance results showed the online training was more effective than the live training at increasing knowledge. Multivariate analysis of covariance findings on empathy were not significant but trended toward greater empathy for the online group. Feedback indicated high satisfaction with the online course. The finding that online instruction is more effective than live instruction has positive implications for practice, because Web-based training offers advantages like standardizing instruction, cutting agency and trainee costs, and providing greater flexibility.  相似文献

This article examines the role that the private day-care market plays within the range of day-care services offered by 12 local authorities for children in need. It examines how local authorities have developed their use of private day-care services generally, and goes on to discuss three models of sponsored childminding practice which were identified in the study. Although authorities have generally been innovative in developing their work with independent day-care providers, if they are to continue to purchase good quality services for children in need they need to ensure that private day-care providers receive adequate levels of training and support, and that steps are taken to address existing gaps in both private and local authority day-care services.  相似文献

Despite a growing need for geriatric social workers, there is a question as to whether MSW graduates who are gerontologically prepared actually enter the workforce to serve older adults. By tracking MSW graduates who had special training in aging, this study aims to explore their job search and career experience. Findings show that most graduates located aging-related jobs 4 months postgraduation and remained committed to the field 1 to 2 years later. The majority were working in direct service provision in clinical settings. Their salaries compare favorably with those of generic social workers. Implications for geriatric social work education are discussed.  相似文献

Social work students ( n =39) were shown 10 videotaped client situations prior to and after participating in a communication skills training course. At both times, they were asked to write proposals for helpful answers for each of these situations. Proposals made by a sample of 15 students were analyzed with regard to patterns in their answers before and after the training course. These 15 were selected by using quantitative data identifying those students who changed their level of communicated empathy during the training course and those who did not. The communication course is described. Patterns in the proposals are examined and discussed in relation to central concepts of helping; such as acknowledging, empathic communication and working alliance. Three steps in the development of skillfulness are described and suggested as more general steps in the acquisition of therapeutic competence. The validity and reliability of the study are discussed, as well as possible implications of the findings for social work education.  相似文献
