空间面板数据模型由于考虑了经济变量间的空间相关性,其优势日益凸显,已成为计量经济学的热点研究领域。将空间相关性与动态模式同时扩展到面板模型中的空间动态面板模型,不仅考虑了经济变量之间的空间相关性,还考虑了时间上的滞后性,是空间面板模型的发展,增强了模型的解释力。考虑一种带固定个体效应、因变量的时间滞后项、因变量与随机误差项均存在空间自相关性的空间动态面板回归模型,提出了在个体数n和时间数T都很大,且T相对地大于n的条件下空间动态面板模型中时间滞后效应存在性的LM和LR检验方法,其检验方法包括联合检验、一维及二维的边际和条件检验;推导出这些检验在零假设下的极限分布;其极限分布均服从卡方分布。通过模拟试验研究检验统计量的小样本性质,结果显示其具有优良的统计性质。  相似文献

对面板数据双因素误差回归模型构造了检验序列相关和随机效应的一种联合LM检验,发现该LM统计量也是检验联合假设H0:σμ^2=λ=0的Baltagi-Li LM统计量和检验假设H0:σv^2=λ=0的Breusch-Pagan-LM统计量之和。当面板数据的个体数N充分大时,该联合LM统计量的渐近分布是χ^2(3)分布;无论双因素误差面板数据回归模型的剩余误差项是AR(1)过程还是MA(1)过程,联合LM检验是相同的,即对随机效应和一阶序列相关的联合LM检验是独立于序列相关的形式。  相似文献

 本文研究了DF类面板数据单位根IPS检验势受时序数据初始值的影响,推导了DF类面板单位根IPS检验统计量在局部备择假设下的极限分布和局部渐近势函数,发现了DF类面板数据单位根IPS检验统计量局部渐近势在异质性局部备择假设下是初始条件的单调递增函数;小样本Monte Carlo模拟分析结果表明,若假设初始条件为零,DF类IPS统计量的检验势将被低估。  相似文献

面板数据由不同个体的时间序列数据汇聚而成。已有大量研究表明面板数据个体之间存在组群结构,并且普遍存在模型的异方差现象。本文借鉴组群异质性的研究成果,构建模型误差项组群结构的面板数据模型,基于模型假定条件,提出惩罚伪最大似然函数估计法(PQMLE),该方法能够同时进行结构识别和参数估计;证明了估计量具有Oracle渐近性质;蒙特卡洛模拟验证了该方法有效的样本性质;进一步应用该方法对我国股市进行Fama-French三因子模型的实证分析,验证了理论模型的应用效果。  相似文献

本文采用似然比类检验统计量进行面板单位根检验(简称为LR检验)研究,在局部备择假设成立的条件下,推导了其在无确定项、仅含截距项以及存在线性时间趋势项三种模型下所对应的渐近分布与局部渐近势函数。Monte Carlo模拟结果显示,当面板数据中含确定项(截距项或时间趋势项)时,LR检验水平比LLC和IPS检验水平更接近于给定的显著性检验水平;此外,当面板数据中包含发散个体时,经水平修正后的LR检验势要远远高于经水平修正后的LLC与IPS检验势,其中,经水平修正后的LLC与IPS检验势接近于零。  相似文献

部分线性模型是一类非常重要的半参数回归模型,由于它既含有参数部分又含有非参数部分,与常规的线性模型相比具有更强的适应性和解释能力。文章研究带有局部平稳协变量的固定效应部分线性面板数据模型的统计推断。首先提出一个两阶段估计方法得到模型中未知参数和非参数函数的估计,并证明估计量的渐近性质,然后运用不变原理构造出非参数函数的一致置信带,最后通过数值模拟研究和实例分析验证了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

本文基于超总体模型研究抽样调查中设计效应的计算问题。首先以随机效应模型为基础,明确了简单随机、二阶段、不等概率和分层抽样对应的超总体模型,进而通过所给模型推导出分层、类集、加权单因素设计效应的计算公式和多因素组合的设计效应计算公式并给出了对应估计量,公式表明:多因素同时存在的组合设计效应等于对应单因素设计效应的乘积。最后,对设计效应的理论值、估计值和真实值之间的关系进行了蒙特卡洛仿真,并利用相对偏倚、相对均方误进行了评价。本文的研究,对复杂抽样设计中正确计算、使用设计效应具有指导意义。  相似文献

考虑时间和评价主体的双重动态情形,提出了一种动态群组评价方法。首先,分别测度了评价意见的横向冲突和纵向冲突,以提高评价结论的可靠性;其次,针对存在变动的主体,基于其与未变动主体评价意见的一致程度选择“时间效应”,以实现不同时间维度的评价意见的可比;再次,通过将主体意见分解成时间效应、个体效应、基础效应和冲突效应,以进行动态集成与评价。最后,给出了应用实例,结果表明该方法具有可行性。  相似文献

In the usual credibility model, observations are made of a risk or group of risks selected from a population, and claims are assumed to be independent among different risks. However, there are some problems in practical applications and this assumption may be violated in some situations. Some credibility models allow for one source of claim dependence only, that is, across time for an individual insured risk or a group of homogeneous insured risks. Some other credibility models have been developed on a two-level common effects model that allows for two possible sources of dependence, namely, across time for the same individual risk and between risks. In this paper, we argue for the notion of modeling claim dependence on a three-level common effects model that allows for three possible sources of dependence, namely, across portfolios, across individuals and simultaneously across time within individuals. We also obtain the corresponding credibility premiums hierarchically using the projection method. Then we derive the general hierarchical structure or multi-level credibility premiums for the models with h-level of common effects.  相似文献

Researchers familiar with spatial models are aware of the challenge of choosing the level of spatial aggregation. Few studies have been published on the investigation of temporal aggregation and its impact on inferences regarding disease outcome in space–time analyses. We perform a case study for modelling individual disease outcomes using several Bayesian hierarchical spatio‐temporal models, while taking into account the possible impact of spatial and temporal aggregation. Using longitudinal breast cancer data from South East Queensland, Australia, we consider both parametric and non‐parametric formulations for temporal effects at various levels of aggregation. Two temporal smoothness priors are considered separately; each is modelled with fixed effects for the covariates and an intrinsic conditional autoregressive prior for the spatial random effects. Our case study reveals that different model formulations produce considerably different model performances. For this particular dataset, a classical parametric formulation that assumes a linear time trend produces the best fit among the five models considered. Different aggregation levels of temporal random effects were found to have little impact on model goodness‐of‐fit and estimation of fixed effects.  相似文献

We study estimation and hypothesis testing in single‐index panel data models with individual effects. Through regressing the individual effects on the covariates linearly, we convert the estimation problem in single‐index panel data models to that in partially linear single‐index models. The conversion is valid regardless of the individual effects being random or fixed. We propose an estimating equation approach, which has a desirable double robustness property. We show that our method is applicable in single‐index panel data models with heterogeneous link functions. We further design a chi‐squared test to evaluate whether the individual effects are random or fixed. We conduct simulations to demonstrate the finite sample performance of the method and conduct a data analysis to illustrate its usefulness.  相似文献

Capture–recapture experiments are commonly used to estimate the size of a closed population. However, the associated estimators of the population size are well known to be highly sensitive to misspecification of the capture probabilities. To address this, we present a general semiparametric framework for the analysis of capture–recapture experiments when the capture probability depends on individual characteristics, time effects and behavioural response. This generalizes well‐known general parametric capture–recapture models and extends previous semiparametric models in which there is no time dependence or behavioural response. The method is evaluated in simulations and applied to two real data sets.  相似文献

The paper deals with discrete-time regression models to analyze multistate—multiepisode models for event history data or failure time data collected in follow-up studies, retrospective studies, or longitudinal panels. The models are applicable if the events are not dated exactly but only a time interval is recorded. The models include individual specific parameters to account for unobserved heterogeneity. The explantory variables may be time-varying and random with distributions depending on the observed history of the process. Different estimation procedures are considered: Estimation of structural as well as individual specific parameters by maximization of a joint likelihood function, estimation of the structural parameters by maximization of a conditional likelihood function conditioning on a set of sufficient statistics for the individual specific parameters, and estimation of the structural parameters by maximization of a marginal likelihood function assuming that the individual specific parameters follow a distribution. The advantages and limitations of the different approaches are discussed.  相似文献

This article focuses on the location, time, and spatio-temporal components associated with suitably aggregated data to improve prediction of individual asset values. Such effects are introduced in the context of hierarchical models, which we find more natural than attempting to model covariance structure. Indeed, our cross-sectional database, a sample of 7,936 transactions for 49 subdivisions over a 10-year period in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, precludes covariance modeling. A wide range of models arises, each fitted using sampling-based methods because likelihood-based fitting may not be possible. Choosing among an array of nonnested models is carried out using a posterior predictive criterion. In addition, one year of data is held out for model validation. A thorough analysis of the data incorporating all of the aforementioned issues is presented.  相似文献

In longitudinal studies, an individual may potentially undergo a series of repeated recurrence events. The gap times, which are referred to as the times between successive recurrent events, are typically the outcome variables of interest. Various regression models have been developed in order to evaluate covariate effects on gap times based on recurrence event data. The proportional hazards model, additive hazards model, and the accelerated failure time model are all notable examples. Quantile regression is a useful alternative to the aforementioned models for survival analysis since it can provide great flexibility to assess covariate effects on the entire distribution of the gap time. In order to analyze recurrence gap time data, we must overcome the problem of the last gap time subjected to induced dependent censoring, when numbers of recurrent events exceed one time. In this paper, we adopt the Buckley–James-type estimation method in order to construct a weighted estimation equation for regression coefficients under the quantile model, and develop an iterative procedure to obtain the estimates. We use extensive simulation studies to evaluate the finite-sample performance of the proposed estimator. Finally, analysis of bladder cancer data is presented as an illustration of our proposed methodology.  相似文献
