Alongside the rapid development of China＇s modernization and deepening economic and political reforms, the Women＇s Legal Aid Center of the All- China Women＇s Federation （ACWF） has achieved great progress in protecting women＇s rights and interests. How？ It has been offering better services and legal aid to women. At the same time, many new problems and difficulties have emerged.     

向女性伸出法律援助之手——记“中国妇女法律援助行动”(英文)

中国法律援助基金会与全国妇联权益部、全国妇联法律帮助中心共同开展的"中国妇女法律援助行动",自2006年启动以来让近6000人受益。

本刊“情与法”、“维权信箱”栏目开办以来,接到不少咨询信件和咨询电话,反映婚姻家庭权益受到侵害的现象,其中,家庭暴力问题突出,性骚扰现象严重。据权威部门调查,有16%的女性、9.2%的男性承认被自己的配偶打过,有14.4%的男性、7.9%的女性承认打过自己的配偶。这表明,妇女是配偶间家庭暴力的主要受害者。70%以上的女性遭遇过不同形式的性骚扰,但有半数选择沉默。住房、存款、土地证书上的署名多为丈夫,其次是父亲,这表明男性在占有家庭财产方面的传统优势依然存在。这种情况为妇女在家庭中财产权利的受侵害留下了极大的隐患。此外,就业中的性别歧视、女职工权益受侵害、出嫁女没有承包土地的现象也比较严重。这些问题表明,保护妇女权益的工作任重道远。     

保障妇女权益的法律政策体系进一步完善 全国妇联权益部

过去五年中,全国妇联维权工作在服务中创新、在创新中发展、在发展中提升,取得了长足进步。权益部坚持紧跟国家立法和宏观决策过程,积极为妇女代言,推动保障妇女权益的法律政策体系进一步完善;坚持整合资源、协调联动,推动齐抓共管的社会化维权工作格局进一步健全;坚持不断创新维权工作思路,维权工作的内涵进一步丰富,外延进一步拓展;坚持倾听妇女呼声,反映妇女诉求,加强妇联维权干部队伍建设,维权服务的能力进一步提升。
