金融期货在我国仍属一种新兴的金融衍生工具,具有规避市场风险、价格发现的重要功能。但要看到的是,如果不能正确驾驭并控制金融期货市场的风险,将会带来严重的后果。金融期货市场风险有宏观层次的、中观层次的,也有微观层次的风险,本文主要从宏观层次的风险监管方面,分析以科学的态度整体规划、分步骤地有目标地进行监管,进一步发挥金融期货的重要作用,为我国资本市场的完善发挥其应有的作用。  相似文献

国外研究表明,汽油价格变化是影响城市蔓延的重要因素之一。本文以我国的北京、上海、天津和重庆等四个直辖市为例,实证检验了在直辖市层面上的汽油价格变化对城市蔓延的具体影响。研究结果表明:(1)汽油价格上升对城市蔓延具有显著的抑制作用;(2)与汽油价格密切相关的柴油价格变化对城市蔓延的影响并不显著;(3)除了汽油价格之外,公共交通、房地产投资和工业发展对城市蔓延也具有明显的影响。在此基础上,得出了一些相应的政策启示。  相似文献

应利率市场化改革和资本市场深化开放的要求,国债期货重启呼声日渐高涨,因此于2013年9月6日正式在中国金融期货交易所上市交易。国债期货作为利率市场化和资本市场重要的工具之一,能否对中国股市产生影响、产生什么样的影响尚缺乏实证研究。从国债期货的功能出发,通过资金分流和利率变化的传导机制,在经济学理论的基础上运用VAR模型进行实证研究。结果表明,国债期货的上市未对我国股票市场产生显著影响。  相似文献

随着我国城镇化的稳步推进,我国城市化发达地区出现了同城化发展的新趋势。在综述前人研究的基础上,重新定义了同城化概念内涵及其理论框架,并以广佛同城化为例,具体分析了同城化的基础、现状及存在的问题,实证检验了广佛同城化战略实施以来的要素集聚、扩散以及产业结构优化效应。研究发现:(1)同城化的实施强化了广佛在省内的经济比重,但在珠三角的份额变化不明显;(2)广州对佛山的公共服务和产业扩散效应不明显;(3)同城化对广佛两市产业结构优化具有负效应。最后提出了进一步推进广佛同城化的若干政策建议。  相似文献

与城镇化、工业化协调发展是住房市场健康、稳定发展的基础,因此对住房发展与城镇化、工业化关系的研究具有重要的现实意义和理论价值.笔者选取1995年~2014年相关数据,对住房发展、城镇化和工业化的多项指标进行走势分析,并对主要指标逐一交叉进行Granger检验、协整检验和误差修正模型估计.研究发现,城镇化进程对住房发展的推动作用较为显著,工业化对住房发展的影响主要表现为居住功能的基本需求.  相似文献

城市棚户区改造作为城市更新的重要组成部分,旨在通过改善居住条件、改变城市面貌、提升城市功能来推动经济稳定增长,是我国的一项重要民生工程。2020年末,我国棚户区改造工作基本告一段落,然而对改造项目产生的影响效应的探讨尚不充分。本文选择棚户区周边舒适物变化情况作为研究对象,以北京市为例,结合POI数据与ArcGIS缓冲区分析,并构建双重差分模型与特征价格模型,实证研究城市棚户区改造对周边舒适物多样性的影响及其经济效应。研究发现:棚户区改造可以显著提高周边舒适物多样性,舒适物多样性的提高对周边小区房价有正向溢出效应,棚户区改造不仅能够提高居民生活质量,还可以激发创新与消费活动,从而提升城市活力,促进城市经济社会发展。本文研究结论为其他城市更新相关政策的制定和优化了提供科学依据。  相似文献

In recent years, assessment methods and skills have been increasingly emphasized in the social work literature. Little information, however, has been provided about how to teach students assessment skills in a classroom setting. This article addresses that gap in the literature and presents an integrative skills assessment approach for teaching students to perform assessments. This approach is based on technical eclecticism and combines assessment methods and skills from three practice models: (1) psychosocial, (2) cognitive—behavioral, and (3) systems. Knowledge and skills about measurement, computerized assessment models and expert systems also are included in this approach to teaching assessment skills. The authors provide suggestions and tools for teaching assessment skills in a classroom, including an integrative skills assessment protocol and several techniques that may be used to teach students to gather assessment data. In teaching assessment skills, possible links may be developed with the field practicum and the classroom experience of students. In addition, the authors suggest that students benefit from the integrative skills approach. The approach is comprehensive, flexible, competency based, technological, and empirically based. However, shortcomings are that the approach is a clinical practice approach that excludes other forms of practice and that the integrative skills assessment approach does not help students develop skills for performing the rapid assessments frequently required for brief interventions.  相似文献

A core element of the sociology curriculum is the methods course, intended to teach students the value of systematic observation and analysis of the social world. However, this one-shot approach to teaching methodological skills is ineffective and not well liked by students or faculty. A more effective approach is the integration of active learning assignments and projects that teach and reinforce these skills throughout the curriculum, from the introductory course to the substantive content courses. This paper describes my experiences with this approach, outlining various activities and research projects used to teach methodological skills. Also highlighted are the outcomes reported by students and the benefits for teaching sociology courses. A discussion of the possibilities for disseminating and using the research beyond the classroom and the strengths and weaknesses of integrating research across the curriculum, as well as several teaching tips are also included.  相似文献

Applied social statistics is typically one of the most dreaded courses in a social work program. Technological advances in computer applications offer tools to lessen the pain and increase the gains associated with teaching and learning statistics. This paper reports on a modest research project resulting in a computer-based approach to teaching Applied Social Statistics. This approach makes full use of MicroCase, a statistical software package. Results of evaluative efforts which appraised the computer technology-enhanced statistics course are presented. Course format, classroom procedures, workbook and homework assignments, evaluation tools, and teaching strategies are also suggested.  相似文献

This article highlights the distinction between integration and eclecticism, arguing for an integration in teaching psychotherapy by using a meta-theory. The traditional approach of presenting a sequential range of therapy models may inadvertently advocate an eclectic approach. It begins with a brief consideration of the integration literature, elaborating a meta-theory for integration. This is followed with the presentation of a meta-theory as an integrative tool for teaching the divergent models of systems theory and self-psychology. Using this meta-theory, an example is presented which conceptualizes the presenting problems of a couple. Finally, a plan for using the integration is discussed.  相似文献

This paper presents an innovative approach to the teaching of policy skills across the two years of an Australian Social Work degree programme. It argues that placing policy back into practice and teaching the skills involved provides social work practitioners with a better capacity to effect change. Australian Catholic University, School of Social Work is located in Australia's capital city. The policy units have a clear framework within which to understand policy development and provide students with real hands‐on policy experience combining an experiential based learning approach with traditional teaching methods. The second year subject is structured around a number of policy workshops. Each workshop deals with a current policy problem and examines a different stage of policy development. It has as a consultant to the process a social worker who works as a policy practitioner providing a role model of practice in a policy area. Feedback from students has been extremely positive reporting increased confidence in policy skills and a recognition of the importance of these skills in social work. This teaching experience reinforces the need to focus on the educational considerations in teaching a subject where conceptual, theoretical and skill components are equally important if policy practice is to effect change.  相似文献
