中国异端伦理文化再探

中国异端伦理文化是一个相对独立的学术领域，它与以儒学为代表的正统伦理文化相黜而立，经历了原生、近代清形态。在中国文化走向现代化的途程中．它那片面的执着仍给人一种全面的启示。自从官方出现以后，官方用权力所推行的伦理价值观念也就产生了，它被冠之以正统的美名而发挥着自己的工具作用，维护着整个社会系统的正常运作。这种正统伦理文化在中国封建时代的代表就是儒家伦理文化，它以道德自觉、理性主义和群体本位为理论原则，建构了以“三钢五常”为核心的道德规范体系和相应的道德教育、道德修养学说，为中国的封建文明立下了汗…     

记二程对佛、道的批判和汲取——兼论对鬼神说的批判和让步

理学是封建社会后期的官方哲学。它的基本特征之一是“以儒为统”,兼采佛、道,熔三教于一炉。作为理学的主要奠基者,程颢、程颐兄弟在创立理学体系的过程中,明显地利用了大量的佛、道两家的思想资料,使其成为理学体系的有机组成部分。然而他们又认为佛老宣扬的某些观点和封建伦理有忤,任其发展对维护封建统治不利,故而他们对佛、老也有所批判,尽管这种批判多出于维护封建伦理之目的,然而其中也不乏一些有价值的见解。二

词人李煜的赤子之心

五代是个暴戾的时代，而李煜在南唐并无残暴之令、恣睢之行、杀戮之政。连一副道学面目的《新五代史》也承认“煜为人仁孝”。 在黄河和洛阳城之间，有一座并不是很起眼的山，叫北邙山。它只有三百多米高，完全谈不上雄伟，离远看更像一片大土堆。但这片大土堆却是历史上最显赫的一块坟地。令年夏天洛阳市文物管理局发了一条官方微博，说在洛阳孟津县发现了一座墓，很可能是南唐后主李煜的。

微博作为近年来新兴网络载体平台为教育改革、探索提供了新角度、新理念和新方式,对于当前大学生心理健康教育而言,积极应用微博这种平台工具进行教育探索与改革,已经成为必然。本文分析了微博对于大学生心理健康教育的重要作用,并对如何更好的发挥微博在大学生心理健康教育中的应用价值进行了分析探究,希望能为高校心理健康教育提供参考。     

Biases in Ethical Decision Making among University Faculty

Over the years, cognitive biases have been examined throughout the decision-making literature, but little work has investigated the cognitive biases operating in ethical decision making. The present effort explores a taxonomy of biases through interviews with university faculty members. Additionally, this study identifies the psychological processes giving rise to these biases in ethical decision making. Results suggest that the biases listed in the taxonomy are indeed operating in the ethical decision making of university faculty. Implications of these results are discussed.

Implementing Community Social Work from a Social Services Department: Some Issues

Summary The proposal in the Barclay Report on the role and tasks ofsocial workers for ‘community social work’ as astrategy for social services departments is assessed The writerargues that the voluntary sector has significant roles and prioritiesoutside the social services, that government priorities forencouraging the voluntary sector emphasise other areas of workand that involving voluntary groups in official initiativesmay be seen as going against the independence of some groups.The motivation of groups and individuals in the voluntary sectorwill be important, but various research and practice shows thatindividuals, informal groups and mutual aid groups may be difficultto involve in a substantial programme. The climate of opinionin the field of volunteering and the social background of clients'neighbours may provoke hostility. Experience of community worksuggests that official initiatives may lead to resistance andconflict rather than involvement, and there may be ethical problemswith compulsion.     

Development of Two Measures of Climate for Scientific Organizations

The aim of this article is to describe the development of two measures of ethical climate for scientific organizations. The first measure utilizes a traditional climate measurement approach and was developed in order to understand the various ethical and creative aspects of organizational climate, or academic departmental climate in university settings, in organizations where scientific and academic research is conducted. The second measure utilizes a biodata measurement approach, a set of career event scales applicable in university and research settings. Such a measure is intended to identify those experiences unique to scientific work that may influence research climate at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Specifically, these measures will be used to predict integrity in the early part of a scientist's career based on various situational influences that occur in scientific organizations.     

Playing,Sitting Out,and Observing the Game: An Investigation of Faculty Members’ Perspectives on Political Behavior in Ethical Decision Making

Ethical dilemmas are inherently ambiguous, complex, and ill-defined. Additionally, these dilemmas involve multiple stakeholders. These characteristics may induce political behavior as a resolution tactic. Thus, the goal of the present effort was to investigate perspectives on politics among researchers in an ethical decision-making context. A qualitative analysis of interviews with university faculty members revealed that faculty members’ perspectives on political behavior in an ethical decision-making context fall into a number of categories, including positive, negative, and realistic views of political activity. The implications of these varying perspectives on ethical decision making are discussed.     

引入情感教学法,增强高校思想道德课的实效性

为了增强高校思想道德课的实效性,本文主张引入情感教学法。文章介绍了情感教学法的涵义和教学原则以及情感源点。情感教学法增强思想道德课实效性的作用在于:首先,通过增进大学生对道德观念和道德规范的认知及其內化、陶冶大学生的道德情操、塑造大学生的道德意志行为,来增强大学生的思想道德素质;其次,情感教学法有助于促进大学生身心健康和全面发展。     

Protecting the Nation's Military May Include the Use of Investigational New Drugs

Clinician researchers have a number of roles, each of which carries specific obligations. There are times when these obligations may be in competition (up to and including conflict) with each other. Using a narrative case study that describes a group of colleagues discussing their clinical department's participation in an industry-sponsored research protocol, we illustrate a number of the obligations faced by clinician researchers, and discuss how competing interests and obligations can lead to ethical problems. The case study is followed by a discussion of the effect of university–industry relations on competing interests and obligations in both clinical research and the role of the university, and a suggested framework that could be used to determine when university involvement in commercial research is ethically acceptable.     

Perspectives on Whistleblowing: Faculty Member Viewpoints and Suggestions for Organizational Change

Given the prevalence of unethical behavior in research, whistleblowing may serve an important policing function. Despite this potential value of whistleblowing to organizations, engaging in this type of activity often has negative ramifications for those who choose to blow the whistle. Organizations may fail to provide adequate support for these individuals. In order to help inform best practices for organizations in terms of whistleblowing support infrastructure, the present effort content analyzed interviews with university faculty members regarding ethical decision making in which whistleblowing was a topic. Relevant themes in these interviews are discussed.
