组织创造力和创新对一个组织乃至整个社会的重要性毋庸置疑,而变革型领导是影响组织创造力和创新的重要因素.本文在阐明变革型领导、组织创造力和创新的概念与维度的基础上,对研究变革型领导与组织创造力和创新关系的文献进行回顾,简述变革型领导对组织创造力和创新的直接作用和间接影响,对主要的中介变量和调节变量予以分类汇总,并分析这些变量产生作用的机理,最后得出研究结论并提出未来研究方向.尽管现有文献的研究结果不甚一致,但是大多数研究结果揭示:变革型领导与组织创造力和组织创新之间既有直接关系又有间接联系,在个体、团队、组织三个层面以及组织外部环境中的诸多变量可以起到中介或调节作用. 相似文献

在企业组织中,只有建立了个人、团队和组织之间系统有效的相互学习和转化机制,才能最大限度地利用组织中各种学习资源,提升组织业绩和健康发展水平.学习的跨层面转化是当今企业学习中面临的现实问题,但并没有相应的理论模型进行系统阐述和指导.针对这一理论和实践中的问题,本文对组织中三层面学习之间的互动、转化机制进行了研究探索,从组织中的人际交流、知识文档化以及组织流程化三种基本学习方式出发,提出组织学习的跨层面转化机制模型,并辅以五个典型案例对这一跨层次组织学习模型进行进一步分析验证,以期对我国组织学习理论和实践的进一步发展起到推动作用. 相似文献

变革型领导、心理授权与员工的组织承诺:中国情景下的实证研究 总被引:39,自引:3,他引:39
已有文献主要集中于变革型领导与员工组织承诺的关系研究,而对两者间的中介变量的研究很少,在国内这一点研究几乎是空白。通过问卷调查中国境内企业972位管理人员,本文试图研究变革型领导与员工组织承诺之间的关系,尤其是研究心理授权在其中的中介作用。在初步研究的基础上,本文系统地验证了变革型领导、心理授权和组织承诺各概念的结构效度及3者间的区分效度。研究结果显示:变革型领导与员工组织承诺是正的相关关系,并且心理授权在两者间起完全中介作用。研究告诉企业领导者,不仅要通过塑造自身的变革型领导风格来提高员工对组织的承诺,而且要善于为员工营造一种心理授权的感受,提高员工的自我效能和自尊,从而提高员工的组织承诺。 相似文献

本文探讨了领导感知自我情绪智力、员工感知领导情绪智力与员工组织公民行为之间的跨层关系.并且在不同层次上讨论了领导情绪智力对员工组织认同、组织公民行为的影响,同时分析了领导情绪智力对组织公民行为的影响机制.研究通过对九家制造业企业的70个团队的领导与员工的问卷调查发现,领导感知自我情绪智力跨层调节员工感知领导情绪智力与组织公民行为、组织认同之间的关系.且在单层模型与多层模型中,组织认同都是员工感知领导情绪智力与组织公民行为之间的完全中介变量.当员工感知领导情绪智力大到某一范围时,领导感知自我情绪智力正向调节员工感知领导情绪智力与组织公民行为之间的关系.而当员工感知领导情绪智力低于某一范围时,领导感知自我情绪智力反而负向调节这一关系. 相似文献

探析变革型领导、组织认同及自我效能感对员工创新行为的影响及其作用机制,构建以组织认同为中介变量、自我效能感为调节变量的混合模型,采用随机抽样的方法进行问卷调查,运用工具软件对获取的有效问卷数据进行实证分析。研究结果表明:变革型领导、组织认同、自我效能感及员工创新行为的得分都较高;变革型领导、组织认同及自我效能感均与员工创新行为显著正相关;变革型领导不仅直接影响员工创新行为,还能通过组织认同间接影响员工创新行为;自我效能感能显著调节变革型领导对员工创新行为的影响程度。 相似文献

Organisations nowadays try to be ambidextrous, that is, to balance exploitation and exploration, at the level of the organisational unit, or even at the individual level. Recent studies found that important drivers for contextual ambidexterity are a high level of empowerment and an orientation towards continuous improvement (CI) and innovation. It is, therefore, to be expected that empowering leadership and leader commitment to CI are associated with contextual ambidexterity. However, literature about the relationships between empowering leadership, committed leadership for CI and contextual ambidexterity is scant. Based on two separate survey studies, we validated both the relationship between empowering leadership and contextual ambidexterity, and the mediating effect of committed leadership for CI in the organisational unit level and the individual level. The managerial implications of this research is that organisations that want to facilitate contextual ambidexterity should not only empower employees so that they can decide more independently on how to organise their time and make choices when they conduct exploratory activities and when they perform exploitative activities. Management must also act as committed ambassadors for CI, as CI functions as an integration mechanism to create both alignment and adaptability, and hence contextual ambidexterity. 相似文献

While leadership has been recognized as an approach to facilitating network orchestration, little is known about the mechanism through which a hub firm enhances interfirm leadership. Grounded on the theory of social identity and network orchestration, we develop a framework of the enhancement of interfirm leadership, proposing that the tendency of building leadership rests on the hub firm's ability to shape the partners' relational identity. We identify three types of role-adoption that indicate seven actions a hub firm might take to establish such an identity. We suggest that the mechanism through which leadership emerges is contingent on relationship duration, dependence asymmetry, and competition intensity. 相似文献

AbstractAlthough the concepts of relational and contractual governance in inter-organizational relationships have attracted academic and practitioner interest over the last decades, to date there have been limited comprehensive and systematic efforts to review, analyse and synthesise extant literature. We review and analyse 1,415 publications identified from a wide range of management disciplines and journals from 1990 to 2018. We deploy bibliographic and content analyses to offer a comprehensive literature analyses and synthesis and subsequently develop and position a multidimensional framework of exchange governance. The proposed framework covers existing conceptualisations of exchange governance and its diverse mechanisms, environmental dimensions influencing the use of exchange governance mechanisms and performance implications. ABSTRACTWhile the link between leadership and follower well-being is well established, less is known about the relation between leaders’ leadership behaviour and their own well-being. Particularly, a systematic integration of existing studies is missing. Based on an integrated framework summarising major theories on the leader well-being–leadership link, we quantitatively synthesised findings on the relations between different leadership behaviours and leader well-being indicators. The meta-analytical results (95 effect sizes; N?=?12,617) confirmed significant relationships of constructive and destructive leadership with leader well-being in the expected directions. Relative weight analyses on the constructive leadership behaviours showed that change-oriented and relational-oriented leadership (e.g. transformational, participative) accounted for more variance in leader well-being than task-oriented leadership (e.g. transactional). Regarding destructive leadership, active destructive leadership (e.g. abusive supervision) showed stronger negative associations with leader well-being than passive leadership (e.g. laissez-faire). Based on our integrated framework, we proposed and found support for divergent patterns of associations for different forms of well-being (positive vs. negative, short-term vs. long-term, job-related vs. general). Our study demonstrates a considerable linkage between leader well-being and leadership, supporting the adoption of leadership development programmes and organisational health interventions for leaders given their impact on employees, teams and organisations. 相似文献

The purpose of this conceptual paper is to examine the use of assessment centre (AC) methodology for addressing the ever-increasing demand for effective talent management of global leaders. Research is reviewed on the most commonly used questionnaire tools for assessing global leadership competencies, which lack the AC’s ability to provide behavioural evidence of leadership competency. A literature search is conducted to identify the extent to which scholarly research to date has examined the use of ACs to measure global leadership competencies. Based on the findings from the review of the literature, the authors recommend further exploration of a leadership AC approach as a ‘best practice’ talent management tool for measuring global leadership competencies. A framework is provided for designing ACs to evaluate and provide developmental feedback on the competencies identified as critical for successful leadership performance in an organization’s global environment. 相似文献

Relational Leadership Theory: Exploring the social processes of leadership and organizing 总被引:6,自引:3,他引:3
Relational leadership is a relatively new term in the leadership literature, and because of this, its meaning is open to interpretation. In the present article I describe two perspectives of relational leadership: an entity perspective that focuses on identifying attributes of individuals as they engage in interpersonal relationships, and a relational perspective that views leadership as a process of social construction through which certain understandings of leadership come about and are given privileged ontology. These approaches can be complementary, but their implications for study and practice are quite different. After reviewing leadership research relative to these two perspectives I offer Relational Leadership Theory (RLT) as an overarching framework for the study of leadership as a social influence process through which emergent coordination (e.g., evolving social order) and change (e.g., new approaches, values, attitudes, behaviors, ideologies) are constructed and produced. This framework addresses relationships both as an outcome of investigation (e.g., How are leadership relationships produced?) and a context for action (e.g., How do relational dynamics contribute to structuring?). RLT draws from both entity and relational ontologies and methodologies to more fully explore the relational dynamics of leadership and organizing. 相似文献

As developing excellent global leaders should be an urgent priority of companies in the global business world, there has been considerable research in this area. Despite this, there is limited research on the systematic global leadership competency structure reflecting both on its levels and dimensions and on specific competencies. The purpose of this article is to create a theory-based integrative framework that can be used to identify the competencies comprising global leadership. To accomplish this purpose, an integrative literature review was employed on competency theory and global leadership, resulting in the development of an integrative framework for global leadership competency. The framework, with three levels and four dimensions, established in this article contributes to corporations in providing a means of developing company-specific models of global leadership competency.
