Abstract： Since the founding of the Chinese Republic of China, Chinese people have overcome all various hardships to boost the socialist modern construction under the shrewd leadership of Chinese Communist Party. During this process, China has achieved much in all aspects including economy, politics and culture, the living standard of all ethnics has improved a lot, our country＇s international position and influence grows much, the unity cause gets better and the successful practice of the socialist construction greatly promotes the international communist activity. Meanwhile, this process of 60 years also makes itself valuable experience for the socialist construction.     

On the Establishment of the late Qing Dynasty＇s Sichuan Tibetan School

The enlightenment of modern education in China was in the late Qing Dynasty, and it was originated from the Tibetan schools in the area of Western Sichuan. This paper tries to provide a review of the Tibetan schools＇ establishment, development and evolution, and to explore its unique role in the social and historical process at the time.

Issues in Second Language Acquisition

Input plays an important part in the acquisition of second language.This report will just focus on Krashen＇s Input Hypothesis and Long＇s Interaction Hypothesis concerning input.First a summary will be made about the two theories,and then the writer will make a comparison between the two.This report will conclude with the writer＇s observations of how her thinking about ＇input＇ has been clarified in the process of preparing and writing this report.

Investigation on the Pronouncing Variations from Lhasa Speech to Mandarin

Abstract： Lhasa Speech and Mandarin have many similarities in syllable formation. In Mandarin using, Tibetan residents in Lhasa have some variations in initial consonants, compound vowels and tone and so on, such as points of articulation, glottal stops, opening of vowels, tones points. There are some differences between primary and middle school students, cadre and staff, business men and other crowds. The social influences mainly inelude sex, age, occupation and education.

Thomas Pikettys Methodology and Theory on Capital in the Twenty--First Century
Abstract： Thomas Piketty＇s research on capital in the 21st century mainly has made some a- nalysis on the accumulation and distribution of wealth in Europe and America in the past 250 years. His conclusion is that social inequality will intensify when the income value by capital grows faster than the value of economic growth and human capital was defeated by financial cap- ital and real estate capital. Inequality is not coincidental but an internal logic of capitalism. If the capitalism system is not changed, the meritocratic value which is capitalism faith will be under punch, and the capitalism democratic order and so--called ＂justice＂ will be threatened.     

A Solitary Pilgrimage to Awakening

In this article Kate Chopin＇s The Awakening is analyzed in psychoanalytic feminist terms,focusing on the themes of maternity versus paternity.These themes are explored in terms of Edna＇s awakening pilgrimage.The interactions with those people around her make her awakening undergo two stages： the first one is that she awakens to want a true self as a human being;the second one is that she finds that as a female she can never be herself,because she refuses to compromise to the false selves reflected in those people around her.Thus she can only complete her pilgrimage from bewilderment to awakening by suicide,which is regarded as a victory to protect herself in the article rather than a defeat.

On the Development of Tibet from the Perspective of Scientific Outlook on Development： Based on an Understanding of the Spirit of the 5th Forum on Work in Tibet Xiao Fangren （College of Politics and Law, Yan＇an ＆ Sun Xiayun University, Yan＇an, Shaanxi 716000） Abstract： Development and stability are the two major issues in Tibetan society. Development is the key to solve all the problems in Tibet and the Great-leap-forward development is the most urgent task. Therefore, implementing the spirit of the Fifth Forum on Work in Tibet is the most important practice of the Sci- entific Outlook on Development in the new era. Based on the understanding of the spirit of the 5th Forum on Work in Tibet, the author maintains that development in Tibet must rely on the people-centered development, sustainable economic and social development and the overall planning to mobilize all the favorable factors for the development. 村民自治中“指导权”与“领导权”问题初探

村级公共权力是村级民主政治系统的核心要素,其稳定运行和有效行使对村级民主政治具有重要意义。村级民主政治系统运行过程中出现的诸多现象,可以从村级公共权力角度进行解释,制约村级公共权力运行的因素势必也是制约村级民主政治系统运行的因素。当前,“指导权”和“领导权”运行过程中出现的问题成为制约村级公共权力运行的首要原因。

Tibet sPrul-sku and Bla-brang,Phyag-mdsod-pa in Qing Dynasty

Bla-brang was first used as the private residence of sPrul-sku, and was bestowed to the abbot later. Therefore, Bla-brang gradually became the organization managing monks＇ possessions, supervised by Phy- ag-mdsod-pa. During the administration of the 7th Dalai Lama, most staff in Bla-brang became government offi-cials. They were called Phyag-mdsod-pa. Because of their position and power, they were also the general title of local government.
