在犹豫直觉模糊语言集和语言尺度函数的基础上定义了均值-标准差偏好的Hamming距离,并提出了基于犹豫直觉模糊语言集距离TOPSIS和TODIM的多属性决策方法,进一步利用这两种方法对实例问题建筑商的招标方案进行排序,并讨论了偏好参数对排序结果的灵敏度分析。为验证上述方法的有效性,与已有方法对同一实例的排序结果进行了比较分析。  相似文献

扩展概率语言词集通过语言变量概率分布的调整能够转化为多种语言信息表示模型,是语言变量、不确定语言信息、扩展犹豫模糊语言词集、分布语言评估信息、概率语言词集等的一般化,具有较强的通用性和实用性,是处理不确定性信息的重要工具。鉴于此,本文针对扩展概率语言环境下的多属性群决策问题,提出基于证据推理和广义Shapley值的多属性群决策方法。首先,提出扩展概率语言词集的定义和相关基础理论。其次,将广义Shapley值和证据推理相结合用于专家信息融合,并将广义Shapley值和TODIM方法相结合用于备选方案排序。再次,提出基于灰色关联法的权重确定模型来处理专家/属性权重部分未知的情况。最后,以绿色供应商选择为例进行分析,通过对比分析验证所提方法的有效性和优越性。  相似文献

This paper develops a comprehensive algorithm for multi-expert multi-criteria decision making problems considering quantitative and qualitative criteria in forms of benefit, cost or target types. We focus on using probabilistic linguistic term sets to express the qualitative evaluations due to their excellence in expressing complex individual and collective linguistic assessments. Firstly, we develop a target-based linear normalization technique and a target-based vector normalization technique. A weight adjustment method is proposed to achieve the tradeoff between criteria after normalization. Given that the two target-based normalization techniques have different advantages, we then propose a ranking method, which consists three subordinate models, based on these two target-based normalization approaches and three aggregation techniques. Reliable results of a multi-expert multi-criteria decision making problem are determined by integrating the subordinate utility values and the ranks of alternatives. The proposed method is implemented to solve the green enterprise ranking problems and the excavation scheme selection problem for shallow buried tunnels, respectively. The advantages of the proposed method are emphasized through comparative analyses with other ranking methods.  相似文献

A great majority of methods designed for Multiple Criteria Decision Aiding (MCDA) assume that all assessment criteria are considered at the same level, however, decision problems encountered in practice often impose a hierarchical structure of criteria. The hierarchy helps to decompose complex decision problems into smaller and manageable subtasks, and thus, it is very attractive for computational efficiency and explanatory purposes. To handle the hierarchy of criteria in MCDA, a methodology called Multiple Criteria Hierarchy Process (MCHP), has been recently proposed. MCHP permits to consider preference relations with respect to a subset of criteria at any level of the hierarchy. Here, we propose to apply MCHP to the ELECTRE III ranking method adapted to handle three types of interaction effects between criteria: mutual-weakening, mutual-strengthening and antagonistic effect. We also involve in MCHP an imprecise elicitation of criteria weights, generalizing a technique called the SRF method. In order to explore the plurality of rankings obtained by the ELECTRE III method for possible sets of criteria weights, we apply the Stochastic Multiobjective Acceptability Analysis (SMAA) that permits to draw robust conclusions in terms of rankings and preference relations at each level of the hierarchy of criteria. The novelty of the whole methodology consists of a joint consideration of hierarchical assessments of alternatives performances on interacting criteria, imprecise criteria weights, and robust analysis of ranking recommendations resulting from ELECTRE III. An example regarding the multiple criteria ranking of some European universities will show how to apply the proposed methodology on a decision problem.  相似文献

本文首先回顾了模糊信息下前景理论研究的现状,发现犹豫模糊语言这一决策中常见的信息表达形式在前景理论框架中的研究被忽略,同时犹豫模糊环境下的前景决策方法具有一定的应用背景;基于此,本文考虑到决策者在实际决策过程中惯用的信息表达以及面对收益和损失时不同的风险态度,试图在犹豫模糊语言环境下构造新的前景理论决策框架,建立基于犹豫模糊语言信息的前景决策方法,并给出具体的决策步骤;最后通过算例分析展示了该方法的实际应用过程,并与犹豫模糊语言环境下的期望效用决策结果进行对比,说明了该方法更符合实际决策情景。  相似文献

针对评价信息为Pythagorean模糊不确定语言数、属性权重未知且属性间相互影响的多属性决策问题,提出一种基于灰色关联法和Heronian平均算子的决策方法。首先,提出Pythagorean模糊不确定语言Heronian平均(PFULHM)算子和Pythagorean模糊不确定语言几何Heronian平均(PFULGHM)算子,并证明其满足幂等性、单调性、有界性及可交换性。考虑到属性权重之间重要程度的差异,定义了Pythagorean模糊不确定语言加权Heronian平均(PFULWHM)算子和Pythagorean模糊不确定语言加权几何Heronian平均(PFULWGHM)算子。其次,将灰色关联法运用到Pythagorean模糊不确定语言环境中求解属性权重。最后,提出基于PFULWHM算子和PFULWGHM算子的决策方法,并通过算例分析说明本文提出方法的有效性。  相似文献

本文针对具有语言型和直觉模糊数两种评价信息的混合型多属性群决策问题,提出了一种基于TOPSIS的决策方法。首先,定义了新的函数,可将不同粒度的语言评价信息转换成直觉模糊数。其次,在直觉模糊数熵值的基础上,提出了一种新的专家权重确定模型。再次,利用IFWA算子在把个体决策矩阵集结为群体决策矩阵后,基于TOPSIS分别计算群体评价值到正理想解和负理想解的距离,从而得到方案集的排序。最后,在ERP选优问题中的应用,验证了方法的有效性。  相似文献

Multiattribute decision making (MADM) with multiple formats of information, which is called heterogeneous MADM for short, is very complex and interesting in applications. The purpose of this paper is to extend the Linear Programming Technique for Multidimensional Analysis of Preference (LINMAP) for solving heterogeneous MADM problems which involve intuitionistic fuzzy (IF) sets (IFSs), trapezoidal fuzzy numbers (TrFNs), intervals and real numbers. In this method, DM's preference is given through pair-wise comparisons of alternatives with hesitation degrees which are represented as IFSs. The IF consistency and inconsistency indices are defined on the basis of pair-wise comparisons of alternatives. Each alternative is assessed on the basis of its distance to a fuzzy ideal solution (FIS) unknown a priori. Based on the defined IF consistency and inconsistency indices, we construct a new fuzzy mathematical programming model, which is solved by the developed method of fuzzy mathematical programming with IFSs. Once the FIS and the attribute weights are obtained, we can calculate the distances of all alternatives to the FIS, which are used to determine the ranking order of the alternatives. A supplier selection example is presented to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the proposed method.  相似文献

The ELECTRE II and III methods enjoy a wide acceptance in solving multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems. Research results in this paper reveal that there are some compelling reasons to doubt the correctness of the proposed rankings when the ELECTRE II and III methods are used. In a typical test we first used these methods to determine the best alternative for a given MCDM problem. Next, we randomly replaced a non-optimal alternative by a worse one and repeated the calculations without changing any of the other data. Our computational tests revealed that sometimes the ELECTRE II and III methods might change the indication of the best alternative. We treat such phenomena as rank reversals. Although such ranking irregularities are well known for the additive variants of the AHP method, it is the very first time that they are reported to occur when the ELECTRE methods are used. These two methods are also evaluated in terms of two other ranking tests and they failed them as well. Two real-life cases are described to demonstrate the occurrence of rank reversals with the ELECTRE II and III methods. Based on the three test criteria presented in this paper, some computational experiments on randomly generated decision problems were executed to test the performance of the ELECTRE II and III methods and an examination of some real-life case studies are also discussed. The results of these examinations show that the rates of the three types of ranking irregularities were rather significant in both the simulated decision problems and the real-life cases studied in this paper.  相似文献

人们通常习惯用语言术语来表达他们的偏好,因此概率型语言术语集(Probabilistic Linguistic Term Set, PLTS)在决策过程中有着十分重要的作用。目前PLTS的研究刚刚起步,有关PLTS的相关研究没有关注到一致性度量的问题,对于PLTS的多属性群决策方法有待进一步研究。首先,给出了一种新的PLTS的集结方法,并且在已有的PLTS可能度公式的基础上,构建了PLTS的相似度量方法,在此基础上,进一步提出了基于PLTS一致性度量的多属性群决策方法。该方法在各决策者权重未知的情况下,考虑到各决策者之间的一致性。首先,定义PLTS的一致性度量公式,确定决策者权重;并根据PLTS的集结方法,集结各决策者的评价信息;最后,利用可能度公式对PLTS进行排序。通过案例分析验证了该方法的可行性和优越性。  相似文献

针对区间乘性语言偏好关系群决策问题,提出了一种基于交叉效率DEA和群体共识的群决策方法。首先,提出乘性语言偏好关系导出函数的定义,并构建产出导向的DEA模型,证明了一致性乘性语言偏好关系的DEA效率得分与排序向量之间存在比例关系。在此基础上,建立基于理想值的交叉效率DEA模型,提出乘性语言偏好关系的通用排序方法。同时,基于群体共识建立目标规划模型来计算各语言偏好关系的权重系数。最后,利用Monte Carlo随机模拟的方法对群体语言偏好空间进行统计分析,得到群决策期望排序向量及其可信度。算例分析表明本文方法能够有效的避免信息损失,具有较强的适用性和较高的可信度。  相似文献

模糊群决策分类方法广泛应用于政治、经济与社会生活各个领域,可有效避免个人知识与经验局限性所导致的决策失误。针对信息不完备的多准则群决策问题,提出基于CI-TOPSIS的梯形直觉模糊多准则群决策分类方法。首先,给出梯形直觉模糊集及广义梯形直觉模糊几何聚类算子,兼顾考虑群决策中相应依赖属性与决策者的决策偏好。其次,给出基于离散Choquet积分的TOPSIS算子(CI-TOPSIS),以此为基础,进一步给出基于CI-TOPSIS的梯形直觉模糊多准则群决策分类步骤,用于确定具有最大可信度群体一致案例比较信息集,并逐步引导决策者给出部分及全部方案的精确分类,充分考虑模糊决策环境下决策者偏好与案例比较信息的级别关系。最后,通过一个投资决策实例对所提出的多准则分类方法进行验证。实例分析表明:该方法克服了决策过程中信息的遗漏,充分保留了决策过程中信息的完备性,更适用于直觉模糊群决策环境下的决策实践,是一种非常有效和科学的方法,可应用推广到更多决策领域。本文所得结论,对于有效解决多人多投资方案的群决策问题,具有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献

研究了属性权重完全未知、属性值和对方案的偏好值以不确定语言变量形式给出的不确定语言多属性决策问题。首先,引入不确定语言变量的运算法则,以及不确定语言变量之间比较的可能度公式,给出了不确定语言变量间的距离的概念。针对属性权重完全未知的情形,给出了求解权重的公式。然后,利用不确定语言加权平均算子,对不确定语言决策信息进行加权集成,并利用可能度公式构造可能度矩阵(互补判断矩阵),继而利用互补判断矩阵排序公式对决策方案进行排序和择优。最后进行了实例分析。  相似文献

Many real-world decision problems involve conflicting systems of criteria, uncertainty and imprecise information. Some also involve a group of decision makers (DMs) where a reduction of different individual preferences on a given set to a single collective preference is required. Multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) is a widely used decision methodology that can improve the quality of group multiple criteria decisions by making the process more explicit, rational and efficient. One family of MCDA models uses what is known as “outranking relations” to rank a set of actions. The Electre method and its derivatives are prominent outranking methods in MCDA. In this study, we propose an alternative fuzzy outranking method by extending the Electre I method to take into account the uncertain, imprecise and linguistic assessments provided by a group of DMs. The contribution of this paper is fivefold: (1) we address the gap in the Electre literature for problems involving conflicting systems of criteria, uncertainty and imprecise information; (2) we extend the Electre I method to take into account the uncertain, imprecise and linguistic assessments; (3) we define outranking relations by pairwise comparisons and use decision graphs to determine which action is preferable, incomparable or indifferent in the fuzzy environment; (4) we show that contrary to the TOPSIS rankings, the Electre approach reveals more useful information including the incomparability among the actions; and (5) we provide a numerical example to elucidate the details of the proposed method.  相似文献

针对具有多粒度区间语言评价信息的多属性群决策问题,提出一种基于区间二元语义信息处理和离差最大化的群决策方法。该方法首先针对由基本语言评价集表示的区间二元语义信息,采用了多粒度区间语言评价信息一致化的方法;然后对属性权重信息完全未知的情形建立基于离差最大化的目标规划模型,得到一个求解属性权重的公式,从而获得相应的属性权重;再利用区间二元语义的集结算子对评价信息进行加权集成,通过区间二元语义信息的可能度公式对集成结果进行排序和择优;最后由实例分析说明该方法的有效性和可行性。  相似文献

针对如何从多个候选R&D联盟成员中选择最理想的R&D项目合作成员问题,提出了一种操作性较强的选择方法。首先通过静态博弈得到了候选R&D联盟成员进行某R&D项目合作时竞标价格的可行区间,在考虑专家采用模糊多粒度语言(fuzzy multi-granularity term sets,FMGTS)进行期望获利度评价的状况下,运用基本语言转换函数将评价信息进行集结,据此确定候选R&D联盟成员的期望获利度和优化的竞标价格。在给出价格满意度与工期满意度公式的基础上,利用效用值法将基于不同满意度下的排名决策信息进行一致化处理,最后采用互补判断矩阵中的排序公式来选择理想的R&D项目合作成员。  相似文献
