26年,他扎根基层司法行政岗位,铁肩担道义,公平存心中,春风化雨,情满百姓,成功调处矛盾纠纷1730起,及时制止突发事件、群体性事件280起;26年,他想群众之所想,急群众之所急,为维护群众的权益,车舟劳顿,星夜兼程,足迹踏遍祖国的大江南北,为农民工挽回经济损失3000多万元;26年,他多次站在荣誉的领奖台,先后获得全国模范人民调解员、全省优秀共产党员等荣誉称号,荣记个人一等功1次、个人三等功2次,当地党委政府称之为和谐卫士,老百姓亲切地称呼他乡村判官……     

柿子的100天

我喜欢吃水果,尤其对柿子情有独钟.每年秋天,我总会买回整袋的柿子,整整齐齐摆放到阳台上,每天专门捡软的吃,那种又甜又软的感觉,真是美滋滋呀. 母亲家住平房,有一处小小的院落.那年春天,父亲去赶集,带回来了一棵柿子树苗,种在了墙角,母亲笑着说:"等这棵树结了柿子,让丫头吃个够."可是,第一年,这棵树只开花,根本没有结果.第二年,却又只结了一个果实,没等到成熟,就被风吹落了.     

情愿不自由

正他爱她,因为爱,所以有些紧张,还有担心。她在他眼里,是那么单纯,像一张白纸,一不小心,就会被一些思想、一些坏因素左右,会被污染。他喜欢带着她去应酬,自豪地向朋友和同事介绍她。那时,他一脸自豪。可是,如果她独自去参加一些聚会,或者没有告诉他一声,就自作主张外出,甚至不打电话,不告之行踪,回来,就会看到那

在外开会,和一个朋友同室居住,她很讲究:服装搭配,鞋帽搭配,浓淡妆搭配,发型手包搭配……夜起的时候,看到她的样子与白天差别甚大,仰面朝天,鼾声微起,轻微磨牙,嘴角边流着涎水,此大腿压着彼大腿,偶尔还放个屁……这个时候,是最经不起推敲的时候,也是最松弛的时候,虽然难看,但是真实。而且,不要人看——不要别人看,除了与自己同床共枕的     

嫁给那个为你犯傻的男人

相亲归来,她忍不住对QQ群里的姐妹说,不行,那人似乎有点傻。她还记得,初次和那人见而,是个风和日丽的日子。按照家乡风俗,各自的亲友团,在介绍人安排下在一小餐馆见面,亲友团"群聊",她和他,被安排单独"私聊"。她硬着头皮,努力掩饰脸红的感觉,跟在那人身后,在隔壁房间坐下。太过陌生,空气里全是尴尬,她选择低头不语,对方问一句,她答一句,偷眼看表,才过了10分钟而已,怎么感觉像一个世纪那么漫长?

“维权女侠”李亚兰:从打工妹到大律师,帮弱势姐妹擎起法律之剑

不堪家暴省城闯天下,打工妹靠自学摇身变律师 1989年12月的一天,北国重镇哈尔滨街头,冷风如刀,呵气成冰.一个面容憔悴的女子走出车站,看着来去匆匆的人流,一时有些茫然. 这位女子便是李亚兰,时年26岁,来自黑龙江东部的一个小山村.因为兄妹多,家里穷,她读到初二便辍了学,跟着父母在田里劳作.李亚兰骨子里有股不屈从命运的犟劲儿,虽然不得不在家务农,却总不忘看书学习.有一次,李亚兰又在劳动间隙看起了书,一个邻居讥笑她:庄稼人就得有庄稼人的样子,干着活儿还看闲书,难道丑小鸭将来还能变成白天鹅?李亚兰看了邻居一眼,未作辩解,心里却暗暗发誓:“谁说庄稼人一辈子就只能是庄稼人,我就是要跟命运斗一斗!”     

张沛文:爱美爱到一百岁

104岁的张沛文老太太最爱美,双手上红艳艳的指甲,光彩照人。她伸出双手得意洋洋地说,怎么样?够美的吧!张沛文爱红指甲爱得近乎完美,每天总要自我欣赏,发现有一点儿掉色,就要及时补上。张沛文说,涂了红指甲盖儿,人就显得年轻,说着,她指了指女儿的手:她不听我的话,不涂红指盖儿,就老得快,我才18,     

小城故事

倏然,这扇被情感尘封几何的智慧之门终于打开。他明白了,所有的季节都将飘零,人又何必愁肠百结呢?让过去的全部过去,从此不再提起。春别一九七七年三月,草长莺飞,乍暖还寒。花儿含苞欲放,柳丝迎风摇曳,梢尖轻点水面,漾起泛泛涟漪。这撩人的春色,注定是个孕育的季节,一切都在萌芽阶段。她,一个12岁的小姑娘,一张白白净净的瓜子脸,挂着一对微笑时才浅出的梨窝。一双大眼睛,闪烁着淡定的眼神,不温不火。今天,她背着用红线锈着"为人民服务"的军书包,牵着弟弟的小手,跟在漂亮的妈妈身后,搭载汽车,又换乘火车,直到消失在冰天雪地银装素裹的茫茫北国,与在军旅中的爸爸团聚(随军)。     

公用事业公有制的多种实现形式

分析了公用事业由国有独资经营向公有制多种实现形式转化必须把握好的几个方面。同时,政府应加强对公用事业的宏观控制力。     

Accuracy of the judgment of facial expression of emotions as a function of sex and level of education

The purpose of this study is to examine the recognition of facial expressions of six emotions as a function of sex and level of education (high school, college, university) of the subjects. Three hundred French-speaking citizens of Quebec had to judge which emotion was expressed in various facial stimuli presented on slides. Results show that overall, the recognition of emotions was very good. However, there were significant and strong differences between emotions and sex and levels of education did not have strong effects on the results.This research was supported by grant EQ-1717 from Fonds FCAC (Gouvernment du Quebec).

Developing understanding of the idea of communities of learners

The idea of a community of learners is based on the premise that learning occurs as people participate in shared endeavors with others, with all playing active but often asymmetrical roles in sociocultural activity. This contrasts with models of learning that are based on one‐sided notions of learning— either that it occurs through transmission of knowledge from experts or acquisition of knowledge by novices, with the learner or the others (respectively) in a passive role. In this paper, I develop the distinction between the community of learners and one‐sided approaches from the perspective of a theory of learning as participation, and use two lines of research to illustrate the transitions in perspective necessary to understand the idea of communities of learners. One line of research examines differing models of teaching and learning employed by caregivers and toddlers from Guatemalan Mayan and middle‐class European‐American families; the other line of research involves a study of how middle‐class parents make a transition from their own schooling background to participate in instruction in a public US elementary school.     

劳动法视域下新生代农民工权利缺失问题

中国经济崛起和城市化进程过程中农民工的贡献有目共睹,城市让生活更美好的诱惑使得中国的新老两代农民工从农村流入城市,2008年1月1日的《劳动合同法》和《劳动争议调解仲裁法》让社会看到了改善农民工权利状况的希望,然而新生代农民工的权利保护尤其是作为一名劳动者的权利保护的现状依然不如人意,没有救济的权利不是真正的权利、迟来的正义是非正义,每年岁末对于农民工权益的突击性保障并不能从根本上解决问题,把包括农民工权益保障的社会问题纳入法治框架内、通过探析新生代农民工权利阙如问题及原因进而发现从制度层面进行解决才是解决农民工权益保障问题的根本途径。     

The frequency of sexual abuse and depression in a sample of street children of one of deprived districts of Tehran

The purpose of this study was to determine the frequency of sexual abuse and depression among street children who live in a deprived district of Tehran. The researchers used the K-SADS questionnaire and a clinical interview were used to evaluate depression and sexual abuse in 87 street children in Tehran. Eighteen (20.9%) of the children had been sexually abused. Depressed children were 3.2 times more likely to be sexually abused than non-depressed children. Furthermore, 26 girls (86.7%) and 27 boys (48.2%) suffered from depression. The frequency of depression demonstrated a significant association with the father's or breadwinner's history of imprisonment or unemployment. Interventional programs providing education and support should be implemented for street children.     

学龄儿童健康行为研究方法述评

学龄儿童健康行为研究越来越得到重视,在未来周期性的研究中也面临着在快速发展的背景下保持较高质量、在有限的财政资源情况下持续提高、使趋势分析与修改问卷内容相适应、满足科学受众和政策受众的不同要求等挑战,因此,完善其研究方法成为当前迫切需要。     

Mobility of students and attractiveness of universities. The case of Sapienza University of Rome

Human mobility is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon. While labour migration has been widely and deeply investigated – through theoretical and empirical analysis – other forms of mobility have received much less attention. Students' mobility is a peculiar form of temporary movement that can be considered as neither migration nor tourism. It is rapidly growing: in the period 1975–2005 the number of tertiary education students abroad increased fourfold, from 0.61 million to 2.73 million, following the trend of the internationalization of economy and globalization of culture. In 2009 almost 3.7 million tertiary students were enrolled outside their country of origin, an increase of more than 6% from the previous year.

In this paper we analyse the international mobility of university students, using a unique data set built through surveys conducted at the Sapienza University of Rome. The data collected cover a rich array of information on students' characteristics and backgrounds, provenance places, family conditions, individual aspirations, and job preferences. The empirical analysis of those data offers an opportunity for understanding a relevant part of mobility decisions of (prospective) highly qualified workers. The Sapienza University, moreover, is at present the largest university in Europe for number of students and a pole of attraction for both European and non-European students. This allows us to enlarge our analysis at a global level.     

“吸毒人员未成年子女监护问题”研讨会综述

针对吸毒人员对其未成年子女的监护不力或监护缺失的现状，深入探讨了终止、剥夺乃至转移吸毒人员监护权的问题。涉及到监护权转移实践方面的问题，与会专家提出了临时监护人，短、长期寄养家庭，机构性质的儿童之家，儿童福利院等多种监护权转移方案。对一些存有疑义的问题，则是需要系统研究、统筹规划的新课题。
