Dear Women of China,
The article, Young Couple Chooses to Leave Big City, Live in the Countryside, published in the May 2014 edition, was interesting. Sometimes, I wish to leave this big city （Shanghai） too, because living here is really stressful. We live only once. The most important thing is to live happily.

When I read your opinion column, ＂Are All Parents Toublemakers？＂ it made me realize that I had similar problems with my daughter. I am always concerned about her success and if she will make it in the big, wide world. 1 think any parent feels the same about their child, no matter where they＇re from. Yet, there are times when I think, ＂Is this really what I want for my child？ Is this really what my child wants for herself？＂     

爱尚俱乐部

十六岁那年，在栀子花开的季节我认识了峰。沉默的我每当与峰聊天的时候总爱笑。那时的我真的很快乐。好友说我也许是喜欢上了峰，能吗？一丝笑意从我嘴角边轻轻划过……

Dear Women of China I was glad to see your March issue focus on International Women＇s Day. It＇s an important event and I hope it will last 100 years more. As a man who supports women＇s rights and the chance at equal opportunities for all, I think the first step toward a gender-equal society is caring about the hardships women face. It＇s sad when I sometimes see friends of mine know about these issues, but are more interested in checking out sports. I hope International Women＇s Day continues to remind us, and urge us, to care about the female half of the human population.

我与《中外书摘》

自《中外书摘》创刊以来,我每月就视它为主读刊物之一。虽不敢说一期都没落过,但绝大部分期刊是读过的,并有不少与“中外书摘”相关的趣事发生过。

到这一期,《老年世界》总期恰好410,和2010年同一个黾数。新年伊始,万象更新,细心的读者一定会发现,《老年世界》也有了些许新的变化。

结缘《老年世界》

编辑同志：2009年10月中旬的一天上午,老伴在购物回家途中捡到一份过期的《老年世界》。平时不爱看报的她一到家就戴起老花镜仔细阅读起来,花了一个多小时才把《老年世界》粗略看完。阅后高兴不已,滔滔不绝地向我介绍着杂志上的精彩内容。     

回眸，留下最多的是感动——献给所有本刊的作者
