通过对广东农户民间借贷行为实地调查的问卷进行数据分析,了解农村民间借贷中的资金供求关系,发现存在的融资约束问题,进而对融资约束环境下民间借贷资金利率定价过程进行实证分析;着重考察农村民间借贷利率受公共信息和私人信息影响的程度,从借款人和贷款人的角度分别建立定价模型进行经验分析。结果显示,定价模型在F检验1%水平上显著,其他模型具有R2的统计显著性;反映借款用途的变量在10%水平上显著,其他变量均在5%水平上显著。这说明该市场利率能够反映公共信息的影响,借款人和贷款人的利率定价也反映了各自私人信息中相关风险和财务能力因素的影响,得到的经验结论主要是:第一,农村民间借贷市场是自主交易的金融市场;第二,其利率定价过程基本市场化。  相似文献

Many statistical agencies, survey organizations, and research centers collect data that suffer from item nonresponse and erroneous or inconsistent values. These data may be required to satisfy linear constraints, for example, bounds on individual variables and inequalities for ratios or sums of variables. Often these constraints are designed to identify faulty values, which then are blanked and imputed. The data also may exhibit complex distributional features, including nonlinear relationships and highly nonnormal distributions. We present a fully Bayesian, joint model for modeling or imputing data with missing/blanked values under linear constraints that (i) automatically incorporates the constraints in inferences and imputations, and (ii) uses a flexible Dirichlet process mixture of multivariate normal distributions to reflect complex distributional features. Our strategy for estimation is to augment the observed data with draws from a hypothetical population in which the constraints are not present, thereby taking advantage of computationally expedient methods for fitting mixture models. Missing/blanked items are sampled from their posterior distribution using the Hit-and-Run sampler, which guarantees that all imputations satisfy the constraints. We illustrate the approach using manufacturing data from Colombia, examining the potential to preserve joint distributions and a regression from the plant productivity literature. We consider nonlinear and heteroscedastic autoregressive models whose residuals are martingale increments with conditional distributions that fulfil certain constraints. We treat two classes of constraints: residuals depending on the past through some function of the past observations only, and residuals that are invariant under some finite group of transformations. We determine the efficient influence function for estimators of the autoregressive parameter in such models, calculate variance bounds, discuss information gains, and suggest how to construct efficient estimators. Without constraints, efficient estimators can be given by weighted least squares estimators. With the constraints considered here, efficient estimators are obtained differently, as one-step improvements of some initial estimator, similarly as in autoregressive models with independent increments.  相似文献

The problem of sampling random variables with overlapping pdfs subject to inequality constraints is addressed. Often, the values of physical variables in an engineering model are interrelated. This mutual dependence imposes inequality constraints on the random variables representing these parameters. Ignoring the interdependencies and sampling the variables independently can lead to inconsistency/bias. We propose an algorithm to generate samples of constrained random variables that are characterized by typical continuous probability distributions and are subject to different kinds of inequality constraints. The sampling procedure is illustrated for various representative cases and one realistic application to simulation of structural natural frequencies.  相似文献

To model an hypothesis of double monotone dependence between two ordinal categorical variables A and B usually a set of symmetric odds ratios defined on the joint probability function is subject to linear inequality constraints. Conversely in this paper two sets of asymmetric odds ratios defined, respectively, on the conditional distributions of A given B and on the conditional distributions of B given A are subject to linear inequality constraints. If the joint probabilities are parameterized by a saturated log-linear model, these constraints are nonlinear inequality constraints on the log-linear parameters. The problem here considered is a non-standard one both for the presence of nonlinear inequality constraints and for the fact that the number of these constraints is greater than the number of the parameters of the saturated log-linear model.This work has been supported by the COFIN 2002 project, references 2002133957_002, 2002133957_004. A Bayesian method for regression under several types of constraints is proposed. The constraints can be range-restricted and include shape restrictions, constraints on the value of the regression function, smoothness conditions and combinations of these types of constraints. The support of the prior distribution is included in the set of piecewise linear functions. It is shown that the proposed prior can be arbitrarily close to the distribution induced by the addition of a polynomial plus an (m−1)-fold integrated Brownian motion. Hence, despite its piecewise linearity, the regression function behaves (approximately) like an m−1 times continuously differentiable random function. Furthermore, thanks to the piecewise linear property, many combinations of constraints can easily be considered. The regression function is estimated by the posterior mode computed by a simulated annealing algorithm. The constraints on the shape and the values of the regression function are taken into account thanks to the proposal distribution, while the smoothness condition is handled by the acceptation step. Simulations from the posterior distribution are obtained by a Gibbs sampling algorithm.  相似文献

Multivariate temporal disaggregation deals with the historical reconstruction and nowcasting of economic variables subject to temporal and contemporaneous aggregation constraints. The problem involves a system of time series that are related not only by a dynamic model but also by accounting constraints. The paper introduces two fundamental (and realistic) models that implement the multivariate best linear unbiased estimation approach that has potential application to the temporal disaggregation of the national accounts series. The multivariate regression model with random walk disturbances is most suitable to deal with the chained linked volumes (as the nature of the national accounts time series suggests); however, in this case the accounting constraints are not binding and the discrepancy has to be modeled by either a trend-stationary or an integrated process. The tiny, compared with other driving disturbances, size of the discrepancy prevents maximum-likelihood estimation to be carried out, and the parameters have to be estimated separately. The multivariate disaggregation with integrated random walk disturbances is suitable for the national accounts aggregates expressed at current prices, in which case the accounting constraints are binding.  相似文献

Generating correlated binary data with specified marginal probabilities and correlation structure is often needed and useful in simulation studies to investigate the finite sample performance of statistical methods. Conditional linear family provides a powerful and flexible tool to generate correlated matched-pair binary data including the physician–patients and clustered match-pair data. To ensure the validity of the data generation process, constraints for parameters of the conditional linear family are needed. For the correlated matched-pair binary data with an exchangeable-type correlation structure, we derive the explicit expressions to check these constraints and it provides an efficient and convenient computational tool in validating the data generation process. The results are applied to check the constraints for two typical correlated matched-pair binary data.  相似文献

We develope an M-estimator for partially linear models in which the nonparametric component is subject to various shape constraints. Bernstein polynomials are used to approximate the unknown nonparametric function, and shape constraints are imposed on the coefficients. Asymptotic normality of regression parameters and the optimal rate of convergence of the shape-restricted nonparametric function estimator are established under very mild conditions. Some simulation studies and a real data analysis are conducted to evaluate the finite sample performance of the proposed method.  相似文献

本文探讨融资约束下公司现金策略与投资策略的内生联动性并引入对冲需求的思想,对公司现金持有量促进投资支出的对冲作用进行考察。研究结果表明,公司面临融资约束时通过变动现金策略以避免投资计划的改变,这种联动性导致公司现金策略变化而投资策略不常变动,公司因此具有较高的现金-现金流敏感度且现金-现金流敏感度比投资-现金流敏感度更能够有效反映公司融资约束。我们还发现,现金持有量促进投资的对冲作用受到市场的认同,投资者赋予公司现金策略和投资策略更高的价值评估。  相似文献

Constructing pair-copula using the minimum information approach is an appropriate and flexible way to survey the dependency structure between variables of interest. Minimum information pair-copula method approximates multivariate copula by applying some constraints between desired variables that are elicited from the data itself or experts’ judgment. In minimum information pair-copula, selecting basis constraints is a challenge. In this article, we apply genetic algorithms as a heuristic way to select basis constraints to optimize approximated pair-copula. The results gained show that our method optimizes model selection criteria and lead to better pair-copula approximation. Finally, we apply our proposed method to approximate pair-copula density in real dataset.  相似文献

Maximum likelihood estimation under constraints for estimation in the Wishart class of distributions, is considered. It provides a unified approach to estimation in a variety of problems concerning covariance matrices. Virtually all covariance structures can be translated to constraints on the covariances. This includes covariance matrices with given structure such as linearly patterned covariance matrices, covariance matrices with zeros, independent covariance matrices and structurally dependent covariance matrices. The methodology followed in this paper provides a useful and simple approach to directly obtain the exact maximum likelihood estimates. These maximum likelihood estimates are obtained via an estimation procedure for the exponential class using constraints.  相似文献

Tn optimal experimental design theory there are well-known situations, in which additional constraints are implied to the design set. These constraints destroy in general the simplex structure of the set of feasible points of the design set. Thus the available iteration procedures for the unrestricted case are no longer applicable.

In this paper a penalty approach is suggested which transforms the restricted problem to the unrestricted case and allows the application of well-known algorithms such as the Fedorov-Wynn-type or the projected gradient procedure.  相似文献

From the literature three types of predictors for factor scores are available. These are characterized by the constraints: linear, linear conditionally unbiased, and linear correlation preserving. Each of these constraints generates a class of predictors. Best predictors are defined in terms of Lowner's partial matrix order applied to matrices of mean square error of prediction. It is shown that within the first two classes a best predictor exists and that it does not exist in the third.  相似文献

Two-phase regression models with inequality constraints on the regression coefficients and with a small number of measurements is considered. A new test based on the likelihood ratio in linear model with inequality constraints for the presence of a change-point is proposed. Numerical approximations to the powers against various alternatives are given and compared with the powers of the likelihood ratio test in the two-phase regression models without inequality constraints, the backwards CUSUM test, and the k-linear-r-ahead recursive residuals tests. Performance of related likelihood based estimators of the change-point is briefly studied in a Monte Carlo experiment.  相似文献

In a Gauss–Markov Model (GMM) with fixed constraints, all the relevant estimators perfectly satisfy these constraints. As soon as they become stochastic, most estimators are allowed to satisfy them only approximately, thereby leaving room for nonvanishing residuals to describe the deviation from the prior information.

Sometimes, however, linear estimators may be preferred that are able to perfectly reproduce the prior information in form of stochastic constraints, including their variances and covariances. As typical example may be considered the case where a geodetic network ought to be densified without changing the higher-order point coordinates that are usually introduced together with their variances and (some) covariances. Traditional estimators are based on the “Helmert” or “S-transformation,” respectively an adaptation of the fixed-constraints Least-Squares estimator.

Here we show that neither approach generates the optimal reproducing estimator, which will be presented in detail and compared with the other reproducing estimators in terms of their MSE-risks.  相似文献

In this article maximum likelihood techniques for estimating consumer demand functions when budget constraints are piecewise linear are exposited and surveyed. Consumer demand functions are formally derived under such constraints, and it is shown that the functions are themselves nonlinear as a result. The econometric problems in estimating such functions are exposited, and the importance of the stochastic specification is stressed, in particular the specification of both unobserved heterogeneity of preferences and measurement error. Econometric issues in estimation and testing are discussed, and the results of the studies that have been conducted to date are surveyed.  相似文献

Least squares regression models are often used to analyze unbalanced fixed effect data sets with u unique cells defined by design or by post-hoc stratification. Constraints exist among the regression coefficients if there are more coefficients than cells. Models with fewer linearly independent regression coefficients than cells or with empty cells impose constraints on estimated cell means. An easy method of determining constraints among the estimated cell means and among the estimated regression coefficients for any model is developed and illustrated using a small data set.  相似文献
