智能住区小区自动抄表系统的设计与实现

介绍LonWorks总线电力线数据传输远程自动抄表系统在智能化住宅小区建设中的应用,对远程抄表系统的方案、系统的组成、硬件的配置、软件设计、工作原理、功能以及由自动抄表模块构成的智能小区抄表系统的结构和功能进行论述。

介绍国内外自动抄表系统的发展,指出我国应发展“集中式”自动抄表,并提供几种适用的现场总线技术。     

无线智能集中抄表系统的应用

为改善传统的人工入室抄表所存在的种种弊端,实现户外自动抄表是一种行之有效的办法。该文介绍了无线户外智能抄表系统的工作原理、组成配置、单独和集中两种抄表方式及实地测试情况。系统测试中,抄表数据准确率达到100％;户外开关燃气表内置阀门试验,阀门动作正常。     

自动抄表系统技术新进展

介绍欧、美等国在自动抄表(AMR)技术方面的最新发展,如:美国Itron公司在1998年推出了“CellNet网络抄表系统(NMR)”; 英、法、德、意等西欧诸国也在制订21世纪发展AMR技术的计划。在我国,采用“远程抄表”的呼声日益增长,但路在何方,却值得我们认真思考和探索,笔者对此提出了一些看法和建议。

Excel自带的VBA语言具有很强的数据批量处理能力．本人将VBA技术应用于批量自动生成每一门课程的学生成绩表，极大地提高了工作效率，具有较强的实用性。     

一个税表上的国际竞争

我今年刚刚填完税表。象我这样的工薪阶层在美国缴税,主要是通过工资单税(payroll tax)来完成:事先把家庭人口等数据填写清楚,领工资时,税自动扣除。等到每年四月十五日,再根据家庭收入,人口和开支等等数据结帐,多退少补。以我目前的情况,每年能退回一千美元左右的税款,所以填报税表就很重要。

如何用Excel 2003制作电子评分表

学院举办校园歌手大赛,20位歌手参赛,10位评委参与评判,需要制作记分表,记录每位评委对每一选手的评分并现场计算成绩并进行排序,选出前3名为获奖歌手。传统的统计方法是由操作者手工完成,既烦琐且效率低。笔者使用Excel 2003制作电子表格,使用公式和函数功能实现自动统计评分的功能。     

Overcoming Inertia: Do Automated Saving and Investing Strategies Work?

Many workers do not take advantage of savings opportunities provided to them at their workplace, nor do they always make wise investment decisions regarding employer plans. Various automated strategies have been implemented by employers with the objective of increasing retirement plan participation and, hence, the financial security of workers. Automatic strategies work by proactively arranging some type of action (e.g., plan enrollment) to occur unless people specifically opt out. This article examines and synthesizes previous empirical research about five automatic savings and investing strategies: (a) automatic retirement savings plan enrollment, (b) automatic contribution increases, (c) automatic portfolio rebalancing, (d) automatic rollovers, and (e) automatic investment plans. Advantages and disadvantages of each strategy are discussed, along with implications for financial educators.     

基于组态软件和可编程逻辑控制器的活毒废水处理自动监控系统

目的在满足活毒废水处理系统连续、安全、稳定的前提下,实现处理系统的自动监控。方法采用集工业控制计算机、通用监控系统（MCGS）组态软件、可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）于一体的自动监控技术。结果自动监控系统图形表现和数据处理能力及抗干扰能力强,实现了数据的集中管理、自动控制、故障检测等多方面功能。结论基于组态软件和PLC的活毒废水处理自动监控系统,具有可靠性高、维护简单等特点,为活毒废水处理系统运行的连续性、稳定性和安全性提供了保证。     

Automatic Sex-Liking and Sex-Failure Associations in Men With Sexual Dysfunction

Current models of sexual functioning imply an important role for both automatic and controlled appraisals. Accordingly, it can be hypothesized that erectile dysfunction may be due to the automatic activation of negative appraisals at the prospect of sexual intercourse. However, previous research showed that men with sexual dysfunction exhibited relatively strong automatic sex-positive instead of sex-negative associations. This study tested the robustness of this unexpected finding and, additionally, examined the hypothesis that perhaps more specific sex-failure versus sex-success associations are relevant in explaining sexual dysfunction and distress. Male urological patients (N = 70), varying in level of sexual functioning and distress, performed two Single-Target Implicit Association Tests (ST-IATs) to assess automatic associations of visual erotic stimuli with attributes representing affective valence (“liking”; positive versus negative) and sexual success versus sexual failure. Consistent with the earlier findings, the lower the scores on sexual functioning, the stronger the automatic sex-positive associations. This association was independent of explicit associations and most prominent in the younger age group. Automatic sex-positive and sex-failure associations showed independent relationships with sexual distress. The relationship between sexual distress and sex-failure associations is consistent with the view that automatic associations with failure may contribute to sexual distress.

听说自主学习系统使用管理方式的探究

通过问卷调查的方式,针对听说自主学习系统管理和使用方面进行了解研究,发现其中存在的问题,分析这些问题的原因并提出了解决问题的对策,以便提高听说自主学习系统的利用率,达到培养学生自主学习能力和提高学生听说能力的目的.     

THE DUAL‐PROCESS DRIFT DIFFUSION MODEL: EVIDENCE FROM RESPONSE TIMES

We introduce a model of response time and choice that borrows from two distinct psychological traditions. As in dual‐process models, rapid (automatic) decisions are qualitatively different from considered decisions. As in the drift diffusion model, delayed (considered) decisions occur when confidence hits a threshold level. We conduct a simple experiment in which our hybrid model matches key properties of the data. As our model predicts, decision times are bimodal, automatic decisions are of far lower quality than considered decisions, and automatic decisions are more prevalent when prior information improves, thereby raising their quality. Great powers in global tax governance: a comparison of the US role in the CRS and BEPS

The G20 and the OECD recently claimed two successes in global tax governance: adopting automatic exchange of banking information in 2014, and the 2015 BEPS project on taxation of multinational companies. While the former signifies an essential step forward in reducing tax evasion, the BEPS outcomes were criticized for merely patching up flawed taxation principles based on the arms’-length standard. The emergence of global automatic exchange of information is often ascribed to the US who unilaterally enforced its own FATCA automatic information-exchange standard, while no comparable action happened during BEPS. This article investigates the US position on the BEPS outcomes and if a similar unilateral action would have led to more far-reaching cooperation concerning BEPS. By examining the distributional consequences of cooperation in both processes, we conclude that US power in tax governance in both issues is more limited than generally assumed and insufficient to explain global cooperation.     

Automatic processes and the appraisal of sexual stimuli: Toward an information processing model of sexual arousal

A model of sexual arousal is presented that highlights the interaction between automatic and controlled cognitive processes and proposes that different levels of cognitive processing can differentially affect subjective and physiological sexual arousal. In addition, two studies are presented in which the role of automatic processes was explored using a priming paradigm. Subjects were sexually functional men. In the first study an effect of priming was found on penile erection. Unexpectedly, responses were lower in sexual than in neutral trials. In the second study support was found, using a behavioral measure (decision time), for the notion that the meaning of sexual stimuli can be perceived in a fast, automatic manner. Priming was most successful at lower levels of stimulus accessibility. The model and experimental approach presented in this article render starting points for new research on response discordance, gender differences in the processing of sexual stimuli, and inhibition of sexual response.     

Behavioral finance and retirement plan contributions: how participants behave, and prescriptive solutions

Behavioral research has made important, relevant contributions to retirement saving and investing. This work has cast a new light on participant behavior and its underpinnings: By and large, individuals are inert--with good intentions, poor follow-through, and bounded rationality. Loss aversion and decision-making biases often lead to unfortunate outcomes, including a poorly funded retirement. Further, behavioral economists have demonstrated that education and communication programs alone may not be effective in changing behavior. Instead, with their behavioral insights, they have offered new retirement plan design alternatives and empirically tested their efficacy in overcoming identified suboptimal behavior. These efforts are helping to pave a path of least resistance that should lead to greater retirement security. The Pension Protection Act of 2006 appears to support these alternatives by providing incentives to plan sponsors that implement automatic features such as automatic enrollment and deferral rate escalation. It also allows plan sponsors to choose more aggressive investment defaults. Perhaps implicit in this support is some advice to sponsors to accept participant behavior and to think more about changing their own by embracing automatic plan features.
