The paper presents an operationalised model for responsible decision making in corporate context. The starting point is Kenneth E. Goodpaster's conception of moral responsibility. Basic empirical findings of decision psychology are used to arrive at a robust model of making responsible decisions. In the proposed model decision alternatives are simultaneously evaluated from different value perspectives. Responsible decision making is defined as finding the least worst alternative in the multidimensional decision space of deontological, goal-achievement, and stakeholder values. Some character traits of the responsible decision maker are also provided. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

针对属性值为直觉梯形模糊数,决策者间和属性间存在相互关联的多属性群决策问题,引入模糊测度和Choquet积分的概念,在直觉梯形模糊数的运算法则基础上构建了诱导型广义直觉梯形模糊choquet积分平均(IG-ITFCA)算子和诱导型广义直觉梯形模糊choquet积分几何(IG-ITFCG)算子,探讨上述算子的若干性质及一些特例,进而提出了基于诱导型广义直觉梯形模糊Choquet积分算子和多准则妥协优化解(VIKOR)的直觉梯形模糊多属性群决策方法。实例分析验证该方法的有效性和合理性。  相似文献

本文针对群决策中专家权重及指标权重难以确定的问题,提出一种在权重信息完全未知情况下的基于证据距离和模糊熵权变换的多属性群决策方法,其核心在于如何仅通过决策矩阵客观地确定决策者权重及指标权重。通过信息熵和证据距离确定专家权重,并利用模糊变换原理,将专家权重向量与指标熵权矩阵合成,得到统一的群体决策指标权重;最后使用线性加权法集成所有专家对备选方案的评价信息,得到整个方案集的排序。实验结果及相关讨论表明,该方法概念清晰,计算量适中,具有较强的客观性,而且易于机器实现,是一种可行、有效的多属性群决策方法。最后将该方法推广到属性值由精确数、语言值、区间数、直觉模糊数等多种形式构成的混合型多属性群决策中。  相似文献

在犹豫直觉模糊语言集和语言尺度函数的基础上定义了均值-标准差偏好的Hamming距离,并提出了基于犹豫直觉模糊语言集距离TOPSIS和TODIM的多属性决策方法,进一步利用这两种方法对实例问题建筑商的招标方案进行排序,并讨论了偏好参数对排序结果的灵敏度分析。为验证上述方法的有效性,与已有方法对同一实例的排序结果进行了比较分析。  相似文献

针对区间乘性语言偏好关系群决策问题,提出了一种基于交叉效率DEA和群体共识的群决策方法。首先,提出乘性语言偏好关系导出函数的定义,并构建产出导向的DEA模型,证明了一致性乘性语言偏好关系的DEA效率得分与排序向量之间存在比例关系。在此基础上,建立基于理想值的交叉效率DEA模型,提出乘性语言偏好关系的通用排序方法。同时,基于群体共识建立目标规划模型来计算各语言偏好关系的权重系数。最后,利用Monte Carlo随机模拟的方法对群体语言偏好空间进行统计分析,得到群决策期望排序向量及其可信度。算例分析表明本文方法能够有效的避免信息损失,具有较强的适用性和较高的可信度。  相似文献

This paper studies the group decision making problem with linguistic preference relations. We first study the consensus measure between the individual preference relations and the collective (group) preference relation by defining the concept of degree of similarity between two linguistic values and two linguistic preference relations. Then we propose a concept of the acceptance consensus threshold value for group decision making with linguistic preference information. We show that the consensus between individual preference relations and the collective (group) preference relation is greater than the weighted similarity degree of a given individual preference relation with respect to other individual preference relations in group decision making with linguistic preference relations. The results will help in the analysis of crucial issues of conflict and agreement among preferences of decision-makers, which affect the consensus of group decision making with linguistic preference relations. Theoretical foundations are then established for the proposed method. Finally, the proposed method is applied to evaluate the degree of consensus of individual overall preference values with respect to the collective overall preference values for multi-attribute group decision making with linguistic information. The main contribution of this paper is twofold. One is to present a new way to measure the consensus between the individual preference relations and the collective (group) preference relation in group decision making with linguistic preference information. Another is to provide an effective approach to evaluating individual overall preference values with respect to the collective overall preference values in multi-attribute group decision making with linguistic information.  相似文献

This paper contributes to the debate on the role of real options theory in business strategy and organizational decision‐making. It analyses and critiques the decision‐making and performance implications of real options within the management theories of the (multinational) firm, reviews and categorizes the organizational, strategic and operational facets of real options management in large business settings. It also presents the views of scholars and practitioners regarding the incorporation and validity of real options in strategy, international management and business processes 1 . The focus is particularly on the decision‐making and performance attributes of the real options logic concerning strategic investments, governance modes and multinational operations management. 直觉模糊集(IFS)理论是描述广泛模糊事物的重要工具。为减小决策过程中个体偏好值与群体偏好值的差异,协调个体与群体间矛盾,提升决策结果的执行效率,本文提出最小化最大妥协度(Minimize maximum compromise)的决策准则。给出直觉模糊环境下的,个体偏好值的集结算法及决策方法,并分别考虑了有无共识条件、有无决策主体权重的三类决策情景。最后给出算例,验证本文方法的有效性,结果表明,相较于I-IFOWG算子,本文方法能够有效降低群体决策中个体的妥协程度。  相似文献

Empirical studies of decision making seldom consider the intelligence gathering activities required for decision making. In an attempt to fill this void, this study set out to identify and assess some of the key steps in gathering intelligence, considering the difficulty of the decision and available resources. The study found performance gapping and premising to be crucial activities and explored how each is carried out. A variety of premising and gapping tactics were uncovered, with some having better success than others. These tactics were found to influence the search approach selected to uncover alternatives and the success of the resulting decision. The best results were noted when search efforts are guided by needs documented with a quantitative performance gap; and when formal search or negotiation is used to identify alternatives. These findings hold for decisions that have high and low difficulty and for those with high and low resource support. The implications of these findings for decision makers and decision making are discussed.  相似文献

Although considerable work has been done on the measurement of religious values and beliefs, little is understood about their effect on managerial values and decision making. This paper reports on theoretical work by the authors identifying Christian religious beliefs that might affect managerial decision making; it also reports the results of empirical work validating five scales of religious beliefs that might affect managerial decision making. There is a sense of frustration among physicians involved in the decision and policy making processes within health care institutions. Because the endpoint is reached at glacial speed, too much time, money, and opportunity is lost. The decision making process can be repetitious and tedious because of unnecessary steps. By eliminating certain tactics and strategies employed by upper-level management in many health care institutions, the decision making process becomes more effective. This article focuses on the medical staff's role in the decision making process; explains why tactics to involve the medical staff are ineffective and why eliminating the medical staff from certain aspects of the process does not jeopardize the institution; and concludes that the hospital board and its delegates should be autonomous in the decision making process.  相似文献

针对语言评价信息不完全的多属性群决策问题,提出了一种基于D-S理论的新决策方法。该方法首先对多个决策者给出不完全的语言评价信息进行分析,得到不同属性下各焦元的基本概率分配函数值,然后通过Dempster-Shafer合成法则对其值进行合成,计算决策方案的信度函数和似真函数值,并据此对所有决策方案进行排序。最后,通过一个算例验证该方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

Recurrent decision making by a lower-level manager can be viewed as a sequential decision process in which time and uncertainty are limiting factors. Under these conditions, the manager must determine how to best utilize his decision making time consistent with his own particular set of decision values. A dynamic programming model was devised to determine the optimal (consistent) allocation of decision time among five different types of problems for a sequence of simulated recurrent decision situations. Fifty-one lower-level managers were interviewed about their use of decision time and decision procedures. The model was validated by comparing model assumptions and results with the findings from the interviews. The model was used to determine the effects of variations in the levels of time available and uncertainty upon the optimal allocation of decision time.  相似文献

An important application of expert systems technology is to provide support for nonstructured decision making. Usually, nonstructured decision making is characterized by heavy reliance on heuristic knowledge, which is very difficult to articulate or document, and therefore traditional knowledge acquisition approaches are not very successful. The quality and effectiveness of an expert system supporting unstructured decision making is affected when traditional knowledge acquisition approaches are used. To alleviate this problem a model is proposed that combines inductive inference and neural network computing, and an example is presented that illustrates the potential of this model in unstructured decision support.  相似文献

In this paper results from parallel large scale studies of strategic decision making in Sweden and the United Kingdom are reported. Swedish decision makers are found to employ a decision making style which emphasizes negotiation within a restricted group. This style, which involves considerable information search, leads to very long decision times. Strategic decisions in Britain are made among groups which include fewer strongly committed participants. Delays are common and often serious, but do not lengthen the process unduly. Decision styles in both countries include contrasting tendencies which produce a dynamic tension in the decision arena.  相似文献
