一、主要功能要求1.用户注册收集用户的信息,以方便统计用户报考中职校的情况,这是实现在线留言,预报考、预录取功能的前提。2.在线留言注册用户有权发言,游客仅能够浏览留言板内容。此功能的建设,主要是为了方便考生与招生工作人员的对话。为杜绝用户不负责任的留言,管理员有权删帖。     

The World Bank's Use of Country Systems for Procurement: A Good Idea Gone Bad?

The World Bank's newest country‐systems policy, adopted in 2008, allows borrowers to use their national systems to conduct procurement and manage finances for Bank‐funded projects. In principle, it will incentivise institutional reform, increase local ownership, and facilitate donor harmonisation. In practice, its content and the handling of stakeholder input seem to indicate that the Bank's dominant desire has been to preserve its market share. This article demonstrates (i) how deficiencies in the policy may reverse the Bank's work on governance and undercut aid efficiency, and (ii) how its handling of public consultations on the policy ignored the Bank's best practices. It concludes with steps for improving the policy, including re‐opening dialogue with key stakeholders.     

The Rise of Kenyan Supermarkets and the Evolution of their Horticulture Product Procurement Systems

Supermarkets are rapidly penetrating urban food retail in Kenya and spreading well beyond their initially tiny market niche among the urban middle class into the food markets of lower‐income groups. Having penetrated processed and staple food markets much earlier and faster than fresh foods, they have recently begun to make inroads into the fresh fruits and vegetables category. Supermarkets in Kenya already buy about half the volume of produce exported, and thus represent a significant new ‘dynamic market’ opportunity for farmers. The important changes in their procurement systems bring significant opportunities and challenges for small farmers, and have implications for agricultural diversification and rural development programmes and policies.     

Continuing/Life Care Facilities and the Continuum of Care

The proliferation of continuing/life care facilities in the United States in recent years holds the promise of providing retirees with a full continuum of care. This survey of continuing/life care facilities in the state of Florida was undertaken to ascertain if they indeed were providing the services necessary to fulfill this promise. The results indicate that only a small percentage of continuing/life care facilities offer all the services the authors believe necessary for a full continuum of care, with shelter care being the least frequently offered service.     

Rapunzel & the Pumpkin-Eater: Marital Systems of Agoraphobic Women*

A fairy tale character and a nursery rhyme are used to dramatize the marital systems of women with agoraphobia. This systems perspective emphasizes that the disorder is more than an individual or intrapsychic one, that it is an interpersonal or marital adjustment and that the phobic symptoms of the wife also provide a defence for her husband. Rapunzel characterizes an agoraphobic woman with severe dependency and separation problems. Her husband may be a Rescuing Prince — protective of her and denying of his own problems; or, a Pumpkin-Eater — sexually inadequate and withdrawn. The marriages involve unconscious transactions promising mutual protection. Finally, some aspects of psychotherapy, both individual and conjoint are examined.

The Application of Leon Pastalan' s Theories on Environments for Seniors to Research on Facilities for Children

Abstract

Although his primary contribution to design research has been in the field of housing for the elderly, many aspects of the work of Leon Pastalan have had a significant impact on research in other specializations. Researchers focusing on healthcare environments for children and their families, for example, have been influenced by his methodological and theoretical approaches. These approaches include the utilization of user-focused design tools, the recognition of the importance of qualitative methodology, an emphasis on applied research, and the incorporation of cross-disciplinary themes. This paper elaborates on the relationship between Dr. Pastalan's theories and studies on children's environments, and discusses the relevance of this comparison to housing for the elderly.     

Women,Economic Development,and HIV/AIDS: Transforming Systems of Care for Sustainable Change

ABSTRACT

In this concept article, the authors utilize Maslow's Hierarchy to define and discuss a proposed conceptual treatment framework that includes economic development efforts with examples of successes that have been demonstrated in the literature. The authors posit that HIV/AIDS treatment practitioners should not overlook the interconnectedness and interdependency of economic equilibrium and public health and suggest that the creation of treatment plans based on multi-dimensional interdisciplinary approaches are necessary to achieve maximum benefit for care and resource dollars.
