A Review of Tibet History： from 1950 to 1959

Abstract： Based on historical facts and understanding of the spirit of 18th CPC National Congress, the present paper states that democratic reform in Tibet began from 1951, and ended in 1965. The ＂17-Article Agreement＂ in 1951 claims the peaceful liberation of Tibet. From then on, Tibet stepped on Socialism and millions of slave started their new lives.

The Influence of Confucianism on the World’s Diverse Culture

Confucianism plays an important role in the w orld’s diverse culture.Since C onfucianism w as spread from Asia to Europe,it has communicated,integrated and innovated w ith W estern culture,and even had a major impact on the European Enlightenment M ovement of ideas.T here is no doubt that it is important to interpret the cross-cultural values of C onfucianism and to explore its influence on the development of contemporary society.C onfucianism is an open ideological system,w hich needs us to treat it w ith an open mind.O nly by constantly absorbing the essence of the cultures from all over the w orld,enhancing civilization and exchanges betw een countries,seeking common ground w hile reserving differences,can w e uphold C hinese culture and make great contribution to the progress and development of the w hole human civilization.

The academic community now increasingly appeals for and researches on optimizing Culture Industry Legislation in China,but scholars are debating on some important issues. Abstract： Since the founding of the Chinese Republic of China, Chinese people have overcome all various hardships to boost the socialist modern construction under the shrewd leadership of Chinese Communist Party. During this process, China has achieved much in all aspects including economy, politics and culture, the living standard of all ethnics has improved a lot, our country＇s international position and influence grows much, the unity cause gets better and the successful practice of the socialist construction greatly promotes the international communist activity. Meanwhile, this process of 60 years also makes itself valuable experience for the socialist construction.

Prospect Analysis of the Application of the Jury System in Our Country

Can the jury system replace the system of people’s assessors and find a way out of the jury system dilemma in our country? The author gives an affirmative answer that the jury system should be established as soon as possible in our country in order to give full play to the efficacy and value of judicial democracy and supervision. This paper tries to analyze from the following three aspects. Firstly, it analyzes the differences and advantages and disadvantages of two jury patterns including the jury system and the mixed court system; then,based on the statement of development and existing problems of the mixed court system in our country,it analyzes the feasibility of application of the jury system in our country combining with national conditions; finally, social effect of the introduction of the jury system is evaluated,which affects the situation as a whole domino.

Among the traditional Chinese classic novels, the traces of Tibet exist in legendary stories of Tang until novels in Zhanghui style of Ming and Qing. This phenomenon is caused by frequency of minorities, confidentiality level of imperial courts and their policies on Tibet, and the developmental features of novels as a literary form. This paper, even though constrained by the lack of sufficient evidences, is beneficial to display the cultural exchanges between Chinese minority groups in hundreds of years.     

藏区民间宗教信仰的地方组织及其社会性

Based on some materials from field-work, this paper mainly analyzed the sociality, organiza- tionality of Tibetan folk religion and its activity location in Tibetan area, holding that these folk organizations and people＇s activity location have influence of some degree to folk religious life and social life, being an imnortant adiustable oower in people＇s belief.

According to the spirit of strengthening the protection of human rights in the whole world that promoted by the Charter of the United Nations and Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UN General Assembly Meeting passed two international covenants on human rights in December 1966.     

Similarities in Terms of Humor in Characterization as Seen in Sunshine Sketches of a Little Town andThe Adventures of Huckleberry Finn

This thesis attempts to investigate the humor in characterization in two novels,Sunshine Sketches of a Little Town by a Canadian writer Stephen Leacock and The Adventures ofHuckleberry Finn by an American writer Mark Twain.Through comparison of characterization inthese two great works,the lively and funny appearances,psychological development and humorousconducts of the characters come to life.It does help readers have a thorough understanding of thehumor created by these two masters of realism in the worldwide literature.

Approaches to Legalize Higher Education Administration System in China

The higher education administration system in China has been a central theme in the reform and development of our country’s higher education. In the past two decades,deviation from reform goals, absence of reform participants, vagueness of reform approaches and other problems have occurred despite the significant effects gained through constant innovations in the reform under the guidance of government policies. For the purpose of better reforming the higher education administration system, the concept of ruling by law, or that of managing the university by law, should be applied. The key is to rationalize the relationship between government and higher institutions as well as to fully exercise the autonomous management of universities and colleges in order to achieve an overall reform of higher education administration system that is conducted from within and without.     

Issues in Second Language Acquisition

Thomas Pikettys Methodology and Theory on Capital in the Twenty--First Century
Abstract： Thomas Piketty＇s research on capital in the 21st century mainly has made some a- nalysis on the accumulation and distribution of wealth in Europe and America in the past 250 years. His conclusion is that social inequality will intensify when the income value by capital grows faster than the value of economic growth and human capital was defeated by financial cap- ital and real estate capital. Inequality is not coincidental but an internal logic of capitalism. If the capitalism system is not changed, the meritocratic value which is capitalism faith will be under punch, and the capitalism democratic order and so--called ＂justice＂ will be threatened.
