发现“边政学”:学术与时势之间的民国边政研究——评汪洪亮《民国时期的边政与边政学》

汪洪亮《民国时期的边政与边政学》一书将边政学还原于近代民族危机、国家重建的历史背景之下,将边政学的兴起置于中国边疆史地研究从传统向现代的学术转型这一学术语境中加以考察,首次相对完整地重建了近代中国边政学产生、发展及演变的历史事实,概述了民国边政学的学术面貌与特征,构建了民国边政学的发展谱系。这不仅有助于从历史的脉络、学术史的层面重新认识中国近代边疆史地研究,而且在边疆政治地位再度升温的当下,亦不无深刻之意义。当然,是书较着力于"边政学"的"今生",尤其是边政学与时局的关联,而对其"前世"着墨较少,从而未能很好地回答边政学究竟是清季以来的边疆史地研究的现代转换多一点,还是西学中直接移植并运用于中国本土的再造多一些。此外,"边政学"的学科独立性也是值得再深入考究的问题。     

西方民族学之传入中国

民族学作为独立学科是19世纪后半期才正式形成的。20世纪初,西方民族学各流派结合社会学学说陆续传入我国。初期主要是介绍各流派的著作和观点。三十年代以后,我国民族学者开始结合西方民族学理论着重研究我国的少数民族。西方民族学通过翻译,早在1903年就传入我国。但当时是以“民种学”、“人种学”、“人类学”之名出现的。直到1926年,蔡元培发表了《说民族学》一文,才第一次使用“民族学”一词。以后蔡氏又写了《社会学与民族学之关系》、《民族学上之进化观》,逐渐引起我国学术界的重视。《说民族学》一文较系统地介绍了民族学的字源,     

《民族学刊》创刊词

创办民族学专业性学术期刊是西南民族大学多年来的愿望。在国家民族事务委员会的大力支持下,通过西南民族大学校党委的积极努力,以及相关部门的配合,经新闻出版署批准,2010年《民族学刊》正式创刊了。我们在查询民族学期刊的发展历程,寻找历史上的民族学期刊时,发现了20世纪30年代出版的中国/历史上第一个民族学专业学术期刊——《民族学研究集刊》。1936年辑刊出版了第一辑,发表工黄文山、卫惠林、凌纯声、杨堃、吴文藻、马长寿等著名民族学家的13篇大作,代表了当时中国民族学领域最高水准,具有里程碑意义,其中第一辑的封面题字骨力刚劲、清秀凝练、气韵天成,颇具中国文化的内涵,深深吸引了我们。《民族学刊》     

民族图形在民族学类期刊封面的应用研究

民族学类的期刊封面借鉴民族图形元素融入现代设计的表现形式越来越展现出特有的艺术魅力和传播力。本文以中国少数民族的藏族、羌族、彝族及其他少数民族图形以及《西藏民族大学学报(哲学社会科学版)》《中南民族大学学报(人文社会科学版)》《广西民族研究》《民族学刊》等几个特色鲜明的民族学类期刊封面的民族图形为例进行对比及相关性研究。民族图形元素在现代民族学类的期刊封面设计中的具体应用,其深刻的艺术价值和文化价值以及图形语言的传播形式,有利于进一步探究民族图形元素在现代民族学类的期刊封面设计中再利用、再创造的可能性以及其价值和意义,也为现代民族学类的期刊封面设计的研究和发展提供一些思考和设计路径。     

民国民族学中的藏学——马长寿的嘉绒研究

20世纪三四十年代,一批优秀的本土学者对我国西南民族地区的社会历史、宗教习俗、政治制度、经济文化作了详细而深入的民族学民族史研究,为我国的民族学民族史奠定了非常深厚的基础,推动了民族学民族史的发展,马长寿先生就是其中之一。马先生毕生奔波于西南民族地区,完成了诸多具有开拓性和创新性的著作。故此,本文拟着重就马长寿在1943年及1944年先后发表于《民族学研究集刊》的两篇文章（《嘉戎民族社会史》[1]《缽教源流》[2]）作一简单的评述,进而探讨民国时期民族学研究中的藏学及其研究视角。     

《民族学刊》2014~2018年影响因子比较分析——基于《中国学术期刊影响因子年报（人文社会科学）》数据

《民族学刊》于2010年6月创刊,相继入选“复印报刊资料重要转载来源期刊”“北大核心期刊”“人文社科核心期刊”和“CSSCI来源期刊”,表明了《民族学刊》在学界和期刊界的学术影响,其期刊的影响因子值得研究和探讨。本文基于《中国学术期刊影响因子年报（人文社会科学）》公布的影响因子、各类计量指标和人文社科类影响因子、被引频次及可被引文献量等数据,对《民族学刊》的相应数据与C95民族学类期刊在期刊影响力指数、影响因子均值及量效指数均值、各类计量指标均值和人文社科类影响因子、被引频次及可被引文献量均值等方面进行统计对比,分析《民族学刊》2014~2018年五年间的影响因子数据在民族学类期刊位置及其学术影响。

民族学者的责任

幸福的时代现在要谈的《民族学者的责任》这个题目,如果在二十年前,恐怕不会提出。当时的民族学者们,可以心安理得、毫无顾虑地进行研究,因而选择民族学为职业的人也很多。他们离开自己的社会,到一个性质完全不同的社会里去,抛开一切现实生活的干扰,专心致志地对当地民族进行调查研究。那时,无论从理论上还是从实际上,民族学都是必须进行研究的学科。从理论上来说,自十六世纪起,就已经有了一些给后来的民族学研究奠基的人。法国的拉勃雷、孟代涅等思     

中国民族学在西北的发展——读谷苞《民族研究文选》的启迪

谷苞先生是生于西北、长于西北、长期工作于西北的唯一的老一辈民族学专家。新近由新疆人民出版社出版的《民族研究文选》(下简称《文选》),收集了谷先生自新中国成立以来的重要文章。《文选》不仅充分表明谷先生在马克思主义民族学的理论和实践方面取得了重大成就,而且展示了中国民族学在西北发展的足迹,并为中国民族学在西北的进一步发展提出了许多值得十分重视的问题。     

从法制角度探析"兴边富民行动"

"兴边富民行动"是国家民委根据党中央的精神,为配合西部大开发战略而发起的一项配套工程.这是一个实实在在的促进生产力、真正使边疆各民族群众得到实惠的富民强国的行动.本文通过探析兴边富民与法规保障的关系,提出要逐步建立起一套保障"兴边富民行动"的法律和法规,做到"以法治边",才能实现各民族的繁荣发展.

近代外国人笔下的川边社会经济状况述论

近代外国人留下了大量关于川边社会经济状况的实地考察资料和文著,翔实甚至“琐碎”地记载了大量关于川边社会经济、宗教、民俗、地理、历史等方面的资料。本文结合相关中外文献资料,主要从茶叶贸易、货币问题、乌拉制、社会经济生活四个方面,梳理近代外国人笔下的川边社会经济状况。近代外国人涌入川边,其主要的战略目标不外乎入藏与打通印缅一扬子江流域,同时,这一战略还源于经济上的考量。因此,近代入川边游历考察的外国人,无论在知识探索、地理考察、社会经济考察等方面,其背后无不充斥着其各自国家利益的角逐。对近代到川边实地游历的外国人著述加以考察,我们可以明显看出上述“战略轨迹”,以及川边社会经济生活从汉区到“边地”过渡之特点。

关于"人类学"与"民族学"的关系问题

关于"人类学"和"民族学"这两个学科名称的关系问题,学术界有不同的理解,国内有关部门的分类也较为混乱.本文认为,"民族学"这一学科的形成以1839年巴黎民族学会的成立为标志.早期的"民族学"学科是广义的,既研究文化,也研究体质.19世纪下半叶后,"民族学"由广义变为狭义,主要研究文化.而"人类学"这一学科名称在早期则是狭义的,主要研究体质.后来"人类学"由狭义变为广义,既研究体质,也研究文化.在当代中国,"民族学"又有广义和狭义之分,广义的"民族学"是具有中国特色的学科,狭义的"民族学"与"文化人类学"和"社会人类学"基本相同.把广义的"民族学"与"人类学"并列为一个一级学科,比较符合学科发展的历史和当前中国的现实.     

Numerical Simulation on Effects of Different Film Cooling Holes on Plate

为了研究不同孔型对平板气膜冷却的影响,针对圆形,扇形,水滴形,收敛缝形四种气膜出流孔型的流动和传热特性进行了数值模拟。研究结果表明,圆形孔、扇形孔和水滴形孔气膜出口下游出现从中心向上抬升的反向旋转涡对,将主流燃气卷吸进来;收敛缝形孔在侧向的扩张型面使得气膜出流在展向的覆盖更为均匀,这有效地阻止了高温气体的侵入;在相同吹风比下,收敛缝形孔在气膜出口附近区域的平均绝热冷却效率则明显要高于其余三种孔,随着吹风比的增大,这种差距越发明显;孔型对对流换热系数增强比的影响区域仅局限在邻近气膜孔出口大约7倍气膜孔径的范围内。 
