论几种调查统计方法的结合

搜集统计资料,是整个统计工作中很重要的基础工作。搜集统计资料的方法,特别是引进国外的统计方法应当结合中国的实际,做到洋为中用,而且要把多种调查统计方法结合起来,才能搜集到准确、全面、系统的统计资料,以满足分析研究国民经济和社会发展情况的需要。我们设想以全面统计与抽样调查相结合为基础,把各种调查统计方法结合起来,使之互相配套形成体系,建立起比较完善的调查统计方法制度。本文试图从理论上和实践上论述这个问题。

普查称谓应该规范

在我国 ,全国性的大型普查已经进行过多次 ,对普查名称的叫法基本上是如下认知的 :国家范围的 ,把“全国”二字放在“第n次”的后面 ,称作“第n次全国×××普查” ;地方范围的 ,则把“某某省、地、县”的地方名称放在“第n次”的前面 ,称作“某某省、地、县第n次全国×××普查”。以第五次全国人口普查为例 ,国家范围的称作“第五次全国人口普查” ;省级范围的 ,以山东省为例 ,称作“山东省第五次全国人口普查” ;市 (地 )、县级范围的 ,分别以菏泽市、巨野县为例 ,分别称作“菏泽市第五次全国人口普查”和“巨野县第五次全国人口普查”。…

Variations of the boxplot are suggested, in which the sides of the box are used to convey information about the density of the values in a batch. The ease of computation by hand of the original boxplot had to be sacrificed, as the variations are computer-intensive. Still, the plots were implemented on a desktop personal computer (Apple Macintosh), in a way designed to keep their ease of computation by computer. The result is a dynamic display of densities and summaries.

"This paper presents the perspective of a major user of both decennial and economic [U.S.] census data. It illustrates how these data are used as a framework for commercial marketing research surveys that measure television audiences and sales of consumer goods through retail stores, drawing on Nielsen's own experience in data collection and evaluation. It reviews Nielsen's analyses of census data quality based, in part, on actual field evaluation of census results. Finally, it suggests ways that data quality might be evaluated and improved to enhance the usefulness of these census programs."
