统计数据质量改进的博弈论研究

中国政府统计数据质量是国内外广泛关注的问题,更是长期困扰政府和统计界的难题.在西方绝大多数国家,统计是独立的、不受政府干预.在中国,政府统计数据的生成过程(或称"生产过程")内外却存在着不可忽视的利益差异或冲突,博弈论研究的就是决策主体的行为发生直接相互作用时的决策以及这种决策的均衡问题.本文利用博弈理论研究统计生产博弈,一是建立模型,对利益冲突如何影响数据质量做出说明,二是由博弈条件、规则和结论引伸出统计改革与管理的博弈认识.     

统计数据失真蔓延的进化博弈论分析

针对目前统计数据失真普遍的现象，本文建立了基于有限理性假设的区域数据协调博弈模型，分析了数据生成过程中横向利益相关者的博弈对统计数据质量的影响，并提出相应的思考与管理对策。     

一个基于进化博弈的产业演化模型及其拓展

产业结构选择及其高级化问题是传统产业经济学的研究重点,利用统计数据进行计量分析是该问题的通行处理方法。文章试图突破这种分析范式,拟运用进化博弈均衡理论及演化经济学来建构产业的演化模型。为此,以进化博弈均衡为理论基础,分析产业演化特征及其机理,并在此基础上,构建基于企业互动的稳态产业系统,最终形成对企业组织变革及知识存量于该稳态系统的量化模型。     

统计数据质量可靠性的博弈分析

统计数据质量的可靠性是决定国家政策制度制定的成功的关键.但在现实中统计数据出现各种不可靠现象,如统计数据不全面、不准确和造假等,其主要原因是统计制度的设计未能构成纳什均衡.文章从博弈视角对统计对象之间、统计部门与统计对象之间、国家统计部门与地方统计部门之间、国家统计部门与外派机构进行了探讨,并为稳定制度的构建提出了一些建议.     

虚拟组织的相关均衡博弈研究

本文分析了虚拟组织组建前后相关企业的博弈现象。对虚拟组织建立了一般相关均衡博弈模型,模型揭示了相关均衡博弈理论对虚拟组织组建和运行的作用。通过对一个虚拟组织算例的分析推导,解释了虚拟组织相关均衡的产生及占优战略选择。     

差异化双寡头博弈均衡的经济效率分析

寡头垄断市场中的厂商间的行为博弈直接影响经济效率。文章分析了差异化双寡头产量博弈与价格博弈达到均衡状态下的经济效率大小关系。通过厂商利润最大化模型的建立与求解,发现差异化双寡头的价格博弈均衡相比于产量博弈均衡为低价格高产出,即价格博弈均衡的经济效率大于产量博弈均衡的经济效率。     

基于期权博弈的项目评价思路

期权博弈模型可以划分为离散型和连续型两种类型。以期权博弈模型的均衡策略分析为基础,可以构建一种既考虑项目不确定性,也考虑主体相互作用的项目期权博弈评价模式。相比于连续型期权模型而言,离散型期权博弈模型分析方法具有相对简明的分析框架,可以弱化期权博弈模型及其均衡分析的复杂性对于项目价值评价的影响。     

生态工业链构建中企业和政府间的动态博弈

本文构建了一个两阶段动态博弈模型来分析生态链构建中企业和政府间的博弈。用逆向归纳法求出该动态博弈的子博弈精炼纳什均衡,并对均衡结果进行了分析。针对分析结果提出对政府行为的建议,以促使生态工业链构建的顺利进行。     

我国绿色农业发展的博弈分析

绿色农业作为一种现代农业发展的主导模式,它的发展速度和质量的好坏,直接影响着传统农业向现代农业转变的趋向和效果;文章运用行为博弈论等工具,基于四点假设建立政府与农民是否选择从事绿色农业博弈模型,得到博弈模型的均衡解.     

政府统计数据失真的博弈分析

近段时间以来,政府统计数据失真现象已引起国家党政领导、社会各界甚至国际舆论的普遍关注。本文通过构造经典博弈模型,分析了各调查对象之间、调查者与调查对象之间的博弈行为,提出了政府统计数据失真的原因及治理对策。     

统计模型应用的学术规范研究

在中国社会科学领域研究中,统计模型泛化过程中的误用、滥用现象日益严重,模型应用中的种种失范行为违背了学术精神。统计模型应遵守的学术规范包括:模型的建立和调整要有理论依据,合理的模型是主观与客观的统一;实证分析中应重视数据质量以免错用滥用统计数据,建模中要避免命题不可证伪,陷入"数字游戏"误区等。通过学术规范彰显的学术精神应体现在对模型方法做出有价值有意义的创新或是根据模型结果论证新的命题。当前,中国应制定有关统计学的学术规范,并完善期刊的审稿制度来解决统计模型的学术失范问题。     

Can You Really Learn Basic Probability by Playing a Sports Board Game?

This article considers the use of sports board games to introduce or illustrate a wide variety of probability concepts to introductory statistics students in an integrated manner. We demonstrate the use of a single game (Strat-O-Matic® Baseball) to introduce probability distributions, sample spaces, the laws of addition and multiplication of probabilities, independence, mutual exclusivity, randomization and independence, conditional probability, and Bayes' Theorem. Empirical and anecdotal evidence suggests that student comprehension and retention are enhanced by use of examples constructed from the simple and interesting contexts provided by a sports board game.     

我国加入WTO后的技术进出口统计问题

 我国加入WTO后，为适应全球化的竞争环境，增强政府的宏观调控能力与服务功能，科技统计工作要从两个方面调整和加强，一是提高科技统计指标的国际化水平，即进一步与国际接轨；二是提高科技统计工作的公共服务水平，即增强政府对企业和社会公众的服务功能，增强科技统计对经济与社会发展的支持功能。近年来，随着经济全球化的发展和跨国公司的全球化战略竞争，推动国际技术流动持续增长，电子商务的发展使国际技术转移的方式也发生了许多变化。由于世界经济增长大幅度下降，中国成为跨国公司投资热点，跨国公司在我国建立区域总部和研究开发基地将使中国成为新的世界技术转移中心。国际技术转移发展对我国产业和外贸发展将产生深远影响，密切关注和分析我国技术进出口发展动态，提高技术进出口公司统计工作的国际化水平和公共服务水平，是我国加入WTP后加强政府宏观管理与服务职能的重要基础性工作。     

面板数据模型的截面相关检验研究

 相关系数的绝对值形式可以很好的避免Pesaran（2004）的CD统计量中异向相关性相互抵消的情况,相应得到一个新的检验面板数据模型扰动项截面相关的统计量。蒙特卡洛模拟显示,无论是在因子模型下还是在空间移动平均模型下,新提出的统计量水平扭曲(size distortion)检验和功效(power)检验表现较好。通过模拟还发现当存在序列相关的扰动项时,先将扰动项进行去序列相关处理可以有效地避免序列相关导致的水平扭曲,并且不会降低统计量的功效。     

Properties of Bayes Factors Based on Test Statistics

Abstract.  This article examines the consistency, interpretation and application of Bayes factors constructed from standard test statistics. Primary conclusions are that Bayes factors based on multinomial and normal test statistics are consistent for suitable choices of the hyperparameters used to specify alternative hypotheses, and that such constructions can be extended to obtain consistent Bayes factors based on likelihood ratio statistics. A connection between Bayes factors based on likelihood ratio statistics and the Bayesian information criterion is exposed, as is a connection between Bayes factors based on F statistics and parametric Bayes factors based on normal-inverse gamma models. Similarly, Bayes factors based on chi-squared statistics for multinomial data are shown to provide accurate approximations to Bayes factors based on multinomial/Dirichlet models. An illustration of how the simple form of these Bayes factors can be exploited to generate easily interpretable summaries of the experimental 'weight of evidence' is provided.     

Probabilistic Modeling—From Physics to Computing Science

It is important in computing science to estimate the number of data blocks needed to answer a query. Three different answers to this problem emerged respectively in 1975, 1977, and 1982. This article investigates the basic differences of the three models and observes that the same differences were shared a long time ago by the physicists who used different models for the behavior of elementary particles to obtain the Maxwell-Boltzmann statistics, the Bose-Einstein statistics, and the Fermi-Dirac statistics.     

On the skewness of extreme order statistics from heterogeneous samples

The effect of heterogeneity on order statistics has attracted much attention in recent decades. In this paper, we study the skewness of extreme order statistics from heterogeneous samples in the scale models according to star ordering. It is shown that, without any restriction on the scale parameters, the skewness of extreme order statistics from heterogeneous samples is larger than that from homogeneous samples. We further extend this study to the multiple-outlier scale models. Some examples and applications are highlighted as well.     

联合均值与方差模型的统计诊断

研究了联合均值与方差模型,考虑了基于数据删除模型的参数估计和统计诊断,比较删除模型与未删除模型相应统计量之间的差异。首次提出了基于联合均值与方差模型的诊断统计量和局部影响分析。通过模拟研究和实例分析,给出了不同的诊断统计量来判别异常点或强影响点,研究表明提出的理论和方法是有用和有效的。     

Rényi Statistics in Directed Families of Exponential Experiments*

Rényi statistics are considered in a directed family of general exponential models. These statistics are defined as Rényi distances between estimated and hypothetical model. An asymptotically quadratic approximation to the Rényi statistics is established, leading to similar asymptotic distribution results as established in the literature for the likelihood ratio statistics. Some arguments in favour of the Rényi statistics are discussed, and a numerical comparison of the Rényi goodness-of-fit tests with the likelihood ratio test is presented.
