Consideration of Constructing Theoretical Framework of Regional Soft Power SystemZHU Kong-lai ,QI Qing-liang ,GUO Chun-yan University of Jinan, a. School of Administration of UJN, Jinan 2.50022, China） Regional economic development has seen the increasingly important influence of regional soft power these years. However,China＇ s academic community put more emphasis on regional hard power while neglecting re- gional soft power. This paper briefly introduces the significance of constructing theoretical framework of the re- gional soft power, and then analyzes two theoretical foundation of regional soft power：theory of soft power and theory of regional competence. The paper defines the concept and connotation of soft power, explores the path of regional soft power improving and presumes constructing a three-level assessing system which forms the foundational framework of soft power theory. All of this is done on the basis of researching into global soft power theory and analyzing five constructing elements including regional culture, public service, personnel quality, regional communication and regional figure.

The parent- child relationship is not only harmonious rural social ethics construction, but-also the foundation of rural endowment and even rural culture relationship construction important issues. The rural north -China in parental relationship to exist generally ＂relay＂ to, while ＂feedback＂ severity shortage, this is in some extent promote social development and at the same time caused heavy country ethics crisis, even affecting the whole village culture, the construction of the new socialist countryside propulsion. Therefore, the new era, we must strengthen the guidance and society, on the one hand, increase the intervention traditional filial piety culture propaganda, leading the harmony, fair parenthood building; on the other hand, speed up the construction of social security system, to fill in parent - child relationship caused by the rapid transition of endowment blank, so as to promote the healthy development of the whole society.     

Research on Xinhai Revolution and Social Change of Shandong Province： for the 100th Anniversary of Xinhai Revolution

Xinhai Revolution, breaking out in the year of 1911, overthrew the tyranny of Qing Dynasty, set up Republic of China and meanwhile it enhanced the consciousness of democracy and the concept of republic and democratic. Since then China has transit preliminarily from traditional society to modern one, which was led to a modern-society-developing orbit and was proved to be a great era-significant national democratic revolution. Xinhai Revolution strengthened the social change of China and greatly influenced politics, economy, culture, education, media, regional cities, civil life and social space in Shandong to pave for modernization. Although met with many difficulties, the society in Shandong was filled with many turning points and headed for the way of developing Shandong during the period of Republic of China.

Abstracts and Key Words of Major Articles Wang Guowei and Gong Zizhen PENG Yu-ping （Department of Chinese, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510275） Abstract： The poems and Ci of Gong Zizhen are unique in style. Besides, situated in the Chinese transitional stage, the internal world that his works carried and the historical responsibilities his works assumed co-existed paradoxically. The six volume Gongding＇an quanji edited by Wang Guowei was thus logically influential on Wang＇s literature and academic practice. This paper has Gong Zizhen＇s influence on Wang Guowei as the basic thread, with the large number of uses of ＂renjian＂ （human world） by both, and exposes their likely common derivation and the differences between them. There is strongly theoretical co-relatlon between Gong Zizhen＇ s zunqing （respect of emotion） and the natural expression of the real scenes and real feelings stressed in Wang Guowei＇s Jingjieshuo （theory of state）. ＂Wan＂（~） illustrated by Gong Zizhen was actually the basic principle on which Wang Guowei interpreted the works of Qu Yuan. In the process in which Wang Guowei absorbed some of the thoughts of Gong Zizhen, Wu Changshou, who edited Ding＇an wenji （Anthology of Ding＇an） and compiled Ding＇an xiansheng nianpu （Chronicle of Mr. Ding＇an）, played an important role. From Wang Guowei, some of the influence of Gong Zizhen on the creation of poetry and poetic thoughts in the 20th century can be seen.
