随着网络的快速发展以及Internet的普及,网络信息化不断加深,大学传统的课堂教学已经远远不能满足学生的学习需求,如何快速、合理,有效的将专业知识呈现在学生面前,学生如何能够在有需求时可以找到很好的相关资料,由此而推出大学生自主交流学习平台,帮助老师能够在课外之余传送资料,分享经验,并解答学生疑惑;并给予学生能够有效获取知识的途径,在需要知识的时候,能够有地可寻,在有疑惑的时候,多一个与老师交流的平台。合理的利用网络资源,能够很好的为我们服务,让教师的教学不再依靠单单的课堂,让学生能够更自由自在的学习。  相似文献

数字电路是中等职业学校电子技术应用专业的基础核心课程.在传统教学中,学生在学习相关的理论知识后,再进行实验的验证,学习过程枯燥、学习难度大,这种方式难以调动学生主动学习的积极性.近年来,笔者积极探索电类专业基础课程的改革,在课程整合和教学模式、方法、手段上进行大胆实践,充分运用信息化教学手段辅助教学,将数字电路整合为数字电路分析与制作,采用"教、学、做"一体化的教学模式进行教学.在"教、学、做"一体化的教学模式中,实践教学是教学的重要组成部分.教师开展实践教学需要宽敞的实践场所、充足的实训设备和仪器仪表.因此,开发三维虚拟仿真技术开发教学软件,建设三维虚拟仿真实践教学平台,能够在很大程度上解决实践场所和设备不足的问题,克服传统实践教学空间和时间的限制,同时能大幅降低实训教学的费用.  相似文献

随着计算机的的普及深入,计算机已应用到各个领域,特别是在学校的教学活动中,无论是计算机专业还是非计算机专业,几乎都要使用到计算机进行教学。目前我校计算机室安装的多媒体教学网络系统(即电子教室)教学软件,已突破了传统单机多媒体教学中的一些局限性,使教学过程更容易控制,教学互动更加完善,对机房计算机的管理也更加方便,实现了“一对多”、“一对一”的教学模式。实践证明,使用电子教室软件进行教学不但让教师的教学变得生动、形象,还使学生的学习变得有趣、易懂,大大提高了教学效率,收到了非常好的教学效果。  相似文献

Computer-assisted learning is now well established in many universities and offers a number of virtues that should commend it to social work educators. It offers a unique and valuable way of achieving certain learning outcomes that are of particular value in social work education. This paper presents one attempt to develop its potential by integrating Web-based tutorials into teaching social work law. It is suggested that Web-based learning has a unique and specific contribution to offer in enhancing student learning, but it does need to be carefully planned and integrated into teaching. Resistance to this form of learning needs to be anticipated; and the reasons for it considered for they may partly explain why the use of computer-assisted learning in social work education has, so far, been fairly limited. Nevertheless the 'added value' of Web-based learning is considerable so long as it is not regarded as some kind of cheap or 'soft' teaching option.  相似文献

This article adopts a feminist perspective to examine masculine work culture in the development of free/libre open source software. The authors draw on a case study of the ‘Heidi bug’ discovered during the development of the Mozilla Firefox web browser to examine how ‘gendered talk’ was (en)‐acted to facilitate ‘bricolage’ in an online work environment. Such gendered talks contain cultural references familiar to male developers. Though seemingly innocuous, such acts could be seen as a performance of gender that simply reflects the hegemonic heterosexual masculine culture manifested in an online virtual work space. The virtual work space therefore can be exclusive to those who shared the cultural references. Although it may not necessarily be ignorance or insensitivity of male developers, a more gender‐balanced, women‐friendly and inclusive workplace certainly would benefit from a more diverse environment. This article highlights the gendered aspect of software development through examining the language use and mainstream ‘bricolage’ practice, and establishes a compelling ground for enlarging the talent pool to include more women and integrating gender ethics (e.g., raising awareness of sensitive language and design approaches) into computer ethics education.  相似文献

A school in Los Angeles County reports absences down by 30 percent and disciplinary actions down by 10 percent. A town near Fresno reports having 99 percent of their new kindergartners ready to start school on the first day of class because their immunization and school readiness outreach was so thorough. A school in San Diego reports youth tobacco use down from 15 percent to 3 percent, absences down by 10 percent, and detentions down by over 50 percent. Schools in Humboldt report a 30 percent improvement in math scores and a 40 percent improvement in reading scores. Young adults report that the assistance they received as teens through their school's Healthy Start program saved their lives and enabled them to be successful parents today. These are results from one of California's most successful education mandates-SB620 1991-California's Healthy Start.  相似文献

Interest in Web-based interventions to curtail hazardous drinking has increased in recent years. Emerging research findings suggest that Web-based interventions may help reduce alcohol abuse, especially among college students and women. At the same time, it may be difficult for marginalized individuals and those in rural areas to access the Internet. Nurses are encouraged to help clients evaluate alcohol intervention Web sites to identify the best treatment options. Additional research is recommended to determine the efficacy of online alcohol treatment services.  相似文献

The present study aims to evaluate the quality of web-based information on gambling and to investigate potential content quality indicators. The following key words: gambling, pathological gambling, excessive gambling, gambling problem and gambling addiction were entered into two popular search engines: Google and Yahoo. Websites were assessed with a standardized proforma designed to rate sites on the basis of “accountability”, “presentation”, “interactivity”, “readability” and “content quality”. “Health on the Net” (HON) quality label, and DISCERN scale scores aiding people without content expertise to assess quality of written health publication were used to verify their efficiency as quality indicators. Of the 200 links identified, 75 websites were included. The results of the study indicate low scores on each of the measures. A composite global score appeared as a good content quality indicator. While gambling-related education websites for patients are common, their global quality is poor. There is a need for useful evidence-based information about gambling on the web. As the phenomenon has greatly increased, it could be relevant for Internet sites to improve their content by using global score as a quality indicator.  相似文献

The authors describe the initiation and use of a Web-based triage system in a college health setting. During the first 4 months of implementation, the system recorded 1,290 encounters. More women accessed the system (70%); the average age was 21.8 years. The Web-based triage system advised the majority of students to seek care within 24 hours; however, it recommended self-care management in 22.7% of encounters. Sore throat was the most frequent chief complaint (14.2%). A subset of 59 students received treatment at student health services after requesting an appointment via e-mail. The authors used kappa statistics to compare congruence between chief complaint and 24/7 WebMed classification (kappa = .94), between chief complaint and student health center diagnosis (kappa = .91), and between 24/7 WebMed classification and student health center diagnosis (kappa = .89). Initial evaluation showed high use and good accuracy of Web-based triage. This service provides education and advice to students about their health care concerns.  相似文献
