The Style of study is the attitude towards scientific theories, in essence, is the theory which link with practice. Philosophy and social science research must adhere to the scientific study style of integrating theory with practice ,which is not only the need for theoretical innovation, but also for the precondition of theoretical innovation. For these reasons, philosophy and social sciences should seriously change their work style, establish a good style of study, and improve the style of the article.

＂The European War＂ and Modernization of China

The dispute between Universal Modernity and Multiple Modernities is the most critical among all of them created by Modenity. The dispute of Modernity often publicizes the tendency of General Modernity in the form of Activism During the Transitional Periods （1895--1925）. Meanwhile, Multiple Modernities, in most cases, are regarded as conservatism or reactionism. The research into ＂European War（ 1914--1918） ＂ is able to bet- ter understand the ideological significance, reconsidering the ideologies in ＂Eastern Miscellany＂ and ＂New Youth＂ periods.

Currently, the most important question of the Chinese agriculture scales is the ecomomies of scale of agricultual land. By analyzing the experience of the reform of agricultural land of Japan and Taiwan, we believes that by levying the land use tax will increase the cost of farming. And this will achieve the goal of economies of scale by reducing the proportion of househoids which inefficient and only engaged in agricul- ture in part time. At the same time, through the other supporting measures such as improvement of financial investment in rural public support system , the tax revenue restitutes agriculture, especially for the supply of the public goods in countryside. This mode will promote the development of agriculture and farmers, and prevent the repeat of ＂Huang Zongxi Vicious Circle＂

Study on Legal Problems of Becoming a Shareholder of Rural Land Contractual Management Right in the Farmers＇ Specialized Cooperatives
--A Case of Zhejiang Province

The circulation of rural land contractual management fight has been a hot spot in rural land issues even ＂Three Rural Issues＂ research in the academic circle. The farmers＇specialized cooperatives which adopt the system of becoming a shareholder receive more attention. We choose Zhejiang province as an example, on the basis of the analysis of legal obstacles encountered in the running process of contributing land contractual management right as capital into farmers＂ specialized cooperatives, we puts forward the reform proposals concerning how to perfect the legal system of the circulation which is relevant to the running mechanism of farmers＇ specialized cooperatives.
