迄今为止,上海是全国唯一实行私人小汽车牌照拍卖方式来控制中心城区交通流量的城市。随着私人小汽车需求量的急剧增加,限量投放的上海牌照成为稀缺资源,拍卖中标价格大幅上涨。持续上升的中标价格不但增加了这项制度继续有效实施的困难和阻碍,也引发了新的不公平问题,即拍卖中标价格若无限制上涨会限制中低收入者购车用车的权利。因此,有必要在控制机动车数量、缓解城市交通拥堵这个大目标的前提下,进一步完善私车牌照拍卖方式,消除不良副作用,有效配置稀缺资源。  相似文献

大城市停车换乘系统总体发展相对滞后,与轨道交通和机动车发展水平不匹配。通过系统剖析P+R停车场在规划、建设、运营各层面存在的问题,借鉴国外城市的先进经验,从城市和交通协调的角度出发对停车换乘系统发展理念进行了思考,从规建管全链条提出了发展优化建议,以促进城市停车换乘系统良性发展,优化城市出行结构。其中优化建议包括强化停车专项规划刚性指导,结合城市空间结构动态优化布局,用地选址要考虑换乘便利性,结合轨道站点综合开发建设,通过信息化建设和差别化保障换乘专用性。  相似文献

城市中心区地下空间处于岩石封闭系统中,地下建筑与地面建筑在设计及表达上具有较大差异。通过对地面建筑及城市设计方法的类比,基于凯文·林奇所提出的城市设计五要素,研究城市中心区地下—地面"双层"城市设计方法,旨在消除地下街的迷途感并增强地下空间开发的系统性。提出地下空间城市设计需要与地面城市相对应,包括"区域:空间的分区主题设计","节点:地下空间节点创造","标志:地下空间高潮点及中心","边界:地下空间界面设计","路径:导向系统及导视系统"五个方面,并形成地下、地面立体对应关系,构建完整的"双层"城市空间系统,为整个城市系统服务。  相似文献

随着我国经济的发展、人均GDP的快速增长,私人小汽车数量的增长势头迅猛,远远超过了交通基础设施的建设速度,在多个城市已超出了城市的交通承载能力,许多大城市出现了交通拥堵现象,且有越来越严重的趋势,各地政府采取了多种缓解拥堵的方法,如对私人小汽车限行、限购,大力建设公共交通,对缓解交通拥堵有一定作用,但并未从根本上扭转交通拥堵的局面.近年出现的共享经济在交通出行领域的杰出代表共享单车和共享汽车,迅速进驻全国大中城市,对城市交通管理产生了重大影响,对缓解交通拥堵起到了一定的积极作用,也出现了一些问题,需要政府的管理智慧和企业自身的自律发展共同推动新兴业态的发展,使城市交通向着可持续发展的方向前进.  相似文献

在当代高密度城市中心区,缓解人车冲突和构建宜步行空间备受关注。文章选取陆家嘴金融区作为案例,通过小陆家嘴的空间发展梳理、空间结构分析和空间现状调研,指出中心区空间存在空间格局机动化,主轴切割城市空间,以及公共空间节点与步行系统脱离等问题。同时采用图解和空间句法等方法,对比研究TOD模式、巴黎德方斯、维也纳多瑙新城、伦敦金丝雀码头等一组基于公交化和步行化理念开发的城市中心区,提出优化中心区步行空间的主要内容在于构建宜步行的交通结构,提升公共交通对步行者的支持和塑造能激发城市生活的公共空间。基于此,提出包括立体化交通策略、站厅核策略、可见即可达的步行空间主节点策略等适用于当代城市中心区空间重塑的措施,为后续中心区建设和改造提供思路。  相似文献

Abstract

Objective: To identify differences in neighborhood environment and their association with physical activity (PA) levels of on-campus compared with off-campus students. Participants: Participants were 822 undergraduate students at a mid-sized mid-Atlantic university. Methods: Students completed the Neighborhood Environment Walkability Scale–Abbreviated and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire in October 2013. Results: Lower residential density, traffic safety, and crime scores and higher land-use mix diversity, aesthetics, and lack of parking scores were reported among on-campus residents. On-campus residents reported higher levels of active transportation PA, leisure PA, and total PA. Land-use mix diversity, aesthetics, and lack of cul-de-sacs were associated with physical activity level. Conclusion: The on-campus and off-campus environments differ in ways that may impact the ability of undergraduate students to be physically active. Strategies to promote continued active transportation and leisure PA are discussed.  相似文献

This study offers an interpretation of driving signs used in interpersonal communication. Questionnaires were administered in a university setting to faculty members to assess the manner in which “parking” is used. Religious affiliations of the respondents are related to social identities, and the results suggest that religion serves as a direct influence on motorists who park off the road to communicate with other drivers. The findings further suggest that within the specific cultural milieu described, parking connotes respect for family members.  相似文献

Traffic corridors have been recognized as floristically rich with endangered and rare species included. The aim of this study is to treat traffic corridors as habitats and estimate their importance for diversity of vascular plants on municipal level. The material is derived from the comprehensive studies of urban floras in the cities of Vantaa, Kerava and Järvenpää during the 1990s in southern Finland. The material consists of over 190,000 species records (704–771 species). The material was divided in two groups: the ones with occurrences in traffic corridors (TC) and the others with no occurrences (NTC). The percentage of the traffic corridor plants of the total flora is almost the same in all the three cities: two thirds in traffic corridors and one third not in traffic corridors. The explanation may be the general floristic similarity of the cities. The two groups differ ecologically from each other. The association of plants with traffic corridors varies according to the ecology of the species. About 100 plants have more than 50% of their occurrences in traffic corridors. In Järvenpää, a group of four Carex-species was intensively mapped. 46 occurrences out of 50 were found in traffic corridors. A case study showed the difficulties in management of endangered species on a roadside site. The usual extensive management techniques were not sustainable for the survival of the species. Instead, a much more intensive management was needed.  相似文献

The objective of this study is to investigate the relevance of consumer and business sentiment surveys in forecasting international telecommunications traffic. The components of telecommunications data used in the study relate to total telephone traffic outgoing from Australia and its social and business telephone sub-categories. Three sentiment surveys are considered: one consumer survey conducted by the University of Melbourne, and two business surveys, each conducted by a business association and major bank. The above data series are available on a quarterly basis from the first quarter of 1973. The approach employed consists of the application of transfer function modelling techniques to the traffic and various indexes measuring consumer and business sentiment. A major finding of this study is that sentiment series are correlated with international telephone traffic, and that in all but one case, the relationship can be modelled by some form of transfer function. The forecasts of the estimated models satisfactorily incorporate directional swings in the traffic.  相似文献
