倏然,这扇被情感尘封几何的智慧之门终于打开。他明白了,所有的季节都将飘零,人又何必愁肠百结呢?让过去的全部过去,从此不再提起。春别一九七七年三月,草长莺飞,乍暖还寒。花儿含苞欲放,柳丝迎风摇曳,梢尖轻点水面,漾起泛泛涟漪。这撩人的春色,注定是个孕育的季节,一切都在萌芽阶段。她,一个12岁的小姑娘,一张白白净净的瓜子脸,挂着一对微笑时才浅出的梨窝。一双大眼睛,闪烁着淡定的眼神,不温不火。今天,她背着用红线锈着"为人民服务"的军书包,牵着弟弟的小手,跟在漂亮的妈妈身后,搭载汽车,又换乘火车,直到消失在冰天雪地银装素裹的茫茫北国,与在军旅中的爸爸团聚(随军)。     

男人的最后一跃

男人醒来的时候,感觉不大对劲。他的头很疼,很沉,迷迷瞪瞪。厨房里传来嘶嘶的声音,轻微,却连成一线,不断钻凿他的脑子。男人想去看,站起来,又一头栽倒。仿佛那是别人的躯体,他的神经,已经不能控制。     

爱上你是很久很久之前的事

他不知道她是否知道他的存在,只是知道,每天见到她,他就像害了寒热病一样,又是哆嗦,又是欢喜。一个人的北漂2006年,江西南昌19岁的漂亮女孩缪柯背上行李,成了京城北漂一族。缪柯从小天生丽质,一直被家庭培养学习舞蹈、钢琴、绘画,艺术熏陶之下,电影成了她的终极梦想。但17岁起两年艺术类招考,她都没有被录取,冲动之下的小女生,瞒着家人,独自一人上了进京的火车。北漂的日子很辛苦,她住过地下室,最穷时口袋里只有十块钱,当过根本就赚不到钱的模特,也受过一些人的"潜规则"诱惑,但是,她心中的那个电影梦,一直支撑着她不受诱     

红军一送长天外白月干载染风来

老爸走了,一个十三岁的红小鬼,一个九十三岁的老红军,老爸走了,带着瓦窑堡的星辰,和鄂尔多斯的枪声,一路风尘……我看见,一九三五年的秋天,你拉着红军的手说,我要当兵,红军拿着长枪和你比个儿,你却指着手枪说,这个我行!于是你成为通信员、警卫员,带着命令、跟着首长,在黄土高原上穿行。你常挂在嘴边,并引以为豪的首长：张达志、贺晋年、吴岱峰,还有高增培和两个字的高平。我看见,在鄂尔多斯的岁月,你骑着战马驰骋飞奔,为躲避敌人飞机的扫射,腿肚子都跑得转了筋,你曾骄傲地缴获敌人的战马和心爱的勃朗宁。后来,在一次剿匪的战斗中,你受了最重的伤,碎弹片终生留在腿中,还有固定股骨的钢钉。     

乌镇的梦:一半海水,一半火焰

吃火锅,喝小酒,幸福路上一起走

公司里哪些人不要得罪,哪些人容易相处,告诉我哪里有地雷,哪里有陷阱。他虽然是一个司机,却像个侦察兵一样,洞悉这里发生的一切。下夜班了,走出办公楼,略感凉意,秋天又来了。时间过得真快,转眼又是一年。想起我刚来这座城市,一个人下火车,看着周围陌生的人群川流不息。我拖着疲惫的身体,找到一处只能容身的小旅馆,然后急急忙忙打理一番,强打起精神去见我的面试官。当时我怀着一份文学梦,大学毕业后不久来到这座南方城市,没有考虑过会遇到怎样的困难坎坷,对未来,是那么的乐观开朗。回想这些年,经历了很多事情,有很多的不如意不顺心,也有很多的收获和快乐,我逐渐成长起来。寂寞的时光离不开他人的陪伴,让我不至于太过孤单,我总会想到他,那个一脸胡茬的大哥哥。我习惯叫他"大胡

几位风度翩翩的成功男士,在电视上侃侃而谈他们的读书及奋斗史,彼此有相似的童年,幼时家境贫寒,衣食无着,一位男士说:小时过年,母亲只能买一小块五花肉,剁成肉泥熬粥喝,粘在菜板上的肉渣,母亲总仔细地细刮一遍也扫进锅内,那时饥饿像魔鬼一样纠缠着,捧碗肉粥,米的清香,肉的油香,闻得我脑子一片空白,嘴里的唾沫像开了闸一样向外涌……     

过分呵护惹的祸

朋友送我一棵他从山里挖来的茶花,他告诉我说,这是一棵生长在陡峭悬崖上的茶花.山风呼啸在耳畔,踩在只容脚踏上去的山窝上,两手紧紧地抓住唯一能抓住的杂草灌木,走一步,移动一下脚,步步惊心,五百米的高度足足用了30分钟.攀爬上去后回头往下一望,让人不寒而栗.土质贫瘠,是那种典型缺少肥力的黄土,水分很少,又在山的背阴处,花了很大的一番周折才挖来的,非常不容易,要我好好栽培.这种环境下挖来的茶花,开出来的花具有一种自然的野趣,不同于花圃里人工培育出来的茶花.

翻开博客,回味着自己学习速录这一年来的点点滴滴。字里行间,曾惊喜,曾困惑,曾淡淡枯涩伴着不经意的丝丝甘甜,犹如Maximilian的《Miss underwater》,缓缓的情绪,柔柔的嗓音和浓浓的浪漫情怀。学习速录,是发端于一次偶然的机遇。2009年5月,是我进公司的第二个月,作为新人,空闲的时间比较多,为此,好心的人事部经理给我一本书和一个黑匣子,她建议我有空的时候看看。那是一本非常不起眼的书,蓝皮儿的,从封面上看,购买的年限已     

土耳其与伊朗关系演变的内外因素分析

作为中东地区两个主要大国,土耳其和伊朗的关系长期以来因为伊斯兰世界领导权、地缘政治影响、少数民族动乱、政治模式差异等一系列因素,处于一种结构性矛盾之中。近年来,随着中东地区政治环境的变化,再加上其自身内部政治变革、经济困境和政治伊斯兰思潮等因素的作用,两国关系出现了明显改善。土伊关系的改善对于平衡美国势力对中东地区的干预和维护地区和平稳定具有重要的积极作用。但由于结构性矛盾难以克服,两国关系的未来发展依然取决于该地区内外环境的变化。     

“上下分合轨迹”:社区空间的生产——关于南苑肿瘤医院的抗争故事

本文聚焦于南苑①围绕广安肿瘤医院的抗争故事,将该事件置于城市空间重构与生产的结构性情境下,分析社区空间的生产机制。文章指出,自上而下的空间规划权力在执行过程中隐蔽在市场化的话语体系下,以程序合法性及产权的话语获得垄断地位;而自下而上的抗争以规则、权利等意识为主导,通过"间隙运用"的策略生产出社会空间,但最终服从于空间的霸权体系。作者分析了空间霸权的战略、空间抗争的战术特点,以及上下分合轨迹,将其统合成为社区空间的生产过程。笔者认为,社区空间应该趋向对社会主义空间的生产,才能更好地实现空间正义。     

高等职业教育机械专业实践教学探讨

根据高等职业教育培养目标,加强创新实践教学,培养优秀的高层次技能型人才是高等职业教育办出特色的重要内容。对于高职机械专业的实践教学,文章提出了创新实践教学的基本要求、注重技能培养的课程体系、明确产学结合建设校内外实习基地的重要性以及加强对高职机械专业实践教学的投入与管理等思路。     

伊拉克"后重建时期"的库尔德分离主义新危机

随着美军2011年撤退期限临近,伊拉克即将进入一个没有美军直接干预的"后重建"时代。与此同时,伊拉克库尔德人的分离主义危机也再次出现。究其原因,主要是美国政府干预下伊拉克建立的"合作性民主"制度缺乏内在凝聚力,伊拉克阿拉伯民族主义者强调中央集权和反对联邦制宪法的倾向威胁到库尔德人的自治,伊拉克国内不同种族和宗教派别之间因核心利益差异而导致的各种冲突难以和解,还有库尔德斯坦自治以来与周围国家地缘政治关系的有利改变。这些因素都为库尔德人争取独立提供了重要契机,从而使得伊拉克库尔德分离主义危机再次成为国际社会关注的焦点。     

Video primacy—A further look

This paper reviews the literature on the complex question of the relative importance of the verbal, visual and vocal channels in various types of judgments. It is noted that a wide variety of methodologies are used in such research with studies differing in terms of the type of stimuli used (varying on the dimension of stylised to naturally occurring), the task required of the subjects (particularly varying on the cognitive-affective dimension) and the method used to assess the relative importance of the channels. An attempt is made to assess the important variables which affect the way the various channels are used by decoders, including whether deception is involved or expected, whether the message is discrepant, the particular judgment being made and the dimension on which the stimulus varies, the sex of the encoder and the decoder and the relationship between them, and the age of the decoder. The possibility of other related variables also acting as moderators is discussed.     

Mapping of noise impact provoked by the execution of foundation piles at high rise building sites

The objective of this work is to map, in a limited area inside and outside of the worksite, the environmental impact generated by sound pollution coming from the driving of foundation piles for high rise buildings, as well as to observe and check if the noise levels produced by the emitting source are tolerable in the urban environment. The methodology of the work includes a survey of technical references about the subject; measurement of noises surrounding the worksite during the foundation phase for four distinct buildings, with different types of piles: prefabricated piles, continuous helical displacement piles , traditional compaction piles and Terra Probe compaction piles. A grid of points was built due to the time of driving and after that the measurements of environmental noises were performed emitted by the execution of each type of pile using a sound level meter. The interpretation of the measurements and their impacts on the neighborhood of the building were performed using the computational tool Suffer for creating noise level contours. The X and Y axes of the grid represent the distances in meters of the area studied and the Z axis represents the noise measured in dB. The contours developed represent the mapping of the noise at the worksites and their surroundings. The mapping of the urban impact of noise, the measurement of its dimensions, and the examination of its propagation around the building are important subsides to adequate individual and collective protection procedures. Seventy one points were measured at four building sites with different types of piles, and the results showed that at only three points was the noise within the limits of the Municipal Law of Recife of 70 dB, which proves the relevance of the research. Finally, the comparative analysis between the four types of piles shows that the continuous helical displacement pile emits the lowest noise level among the four pile types studied.

《中华人民共和国残疾人保障法》(以下简称《残疾人保障法》)实施三十年来,为促进残疾人事业发展和维护残疾人权益发挥了至关重要的作用.本文简要回顾了《残疾人保障法》起草和修改时的背景情况、主要争议和创新内容以及法律通过后产生的深远影响,从全国人大常委会执法检查和司法机关法律适用角度分析了《残疾人保障法》的贯彻实施情况,提出了全面依法治国背景下促进《残疾人保障法》进一步完善和实施的具体建议,期冀能够对我国残疾人事业法治建设有所裨益.     

Vision and Mission of Sociology: Learning from the Russian Historical Experience

The present study demonstrates that the path of the “organic public sociology” (proposed by Michael Burowoy in his famous call of the 2004) as the dominating mode of sociological practice in the national context can be menacing with the serious pitfalls manifested in broad historical perspective. We reveal the four pitfalls basing on the analysis of the Russian experience through the last 150 years. First, the over-politicization and ideological biasness of sociological activities; second, the “personal sacrifice” of sociologist as a romanticized practice, potentially harmful for the discipline; third, the difficulties of the professional sociology institutionalization; fourth, the deprivation of the policy sociology development. Analyzing the history of Russian sociology in the context of the current international discussions, we give particular reference to the idea of the “Scientized Environment Supporting Actorhood” elaborated by John Meyer. We suggest the mode of communication between sociology and society, which, in our view, could be helpful for improving their interactions in various local, national and global contexts in the XXIst century. This mode escapes the political emphasis and ideological claims but rather concentrates on the more fundamental ethical issues. It also tries to overcome the limitations of the contemporary professional mainstream (instead of idealizing it). Finally, it presents itself to the publics in the understandable way, while remaining properly scientifically validated (however, avoiding the exaggerated accent on the statistical procedures and fitishization of the natural science’ principles (“numerology” and “quantofrenia”)). The public activities of the prominent sociologist Pitirim Sorokin in the American period of his career are a good example of this approach to the interactions with society.     

Relationships between rural inhabitants and their landscapes in areas of intensive agricultural use: A case study in Quebec (Canada)

An understanding of the relationships between local populations and the landscape is crucial for reintroducing the multifunctional character of landscapes in areas of intensive agricultural use. This study proposes to identify and compare the relationships that local populations, both farmers and non-farmers, maintain with their landscapes in areas of intensive agricultural use based on a detailed case study in Quebec, Canada. It relies on the dialectical conceptual model of individual–landscape interactions and introduces the notion of “community of relationships to the landscape” to compare populations. Following semi-structured interviews, we performed an analysis of the links between the attributes of the valued landscape, the motives for having those values and the practices tied to those values. This led to distinguish between four main types of relationships with the landscape: the hedonistic relationship, the emotional relationship, the utilitarian relationship, and the relationship with the social environment. Then, on the basis of the relative weight of each relationship and the interactions between the multiple relationships that local inhabitants have with the landscape, four communities of relationships to the landscape were identified, most including both farmers and non-farmers. Beyond the apparent uniformity of the landscapes in areas characterized by intensive agriculture, the results highlight the diversity of the local populations and confirm the heuristic significance of the notion of community of relationships to the landscape. Finally, our analysis of the differences with regard to values and visions between the communities suggests that the vitality of these rural areas can only be ensured by recognizing, maintaining and possibly increasing the current diversity of communities.     

Fighting in the Dark: Ideology and State Formation in Post‐Colonial Burma

Extant major approaches to states and revolutions privilege the role of state practices and the character of war‐making in shaping modern state‐making in the Third World. Bringing the role of ideology into this analytical landscape of state‐making, this paper advances an alternative claim that ideological practices shape modern state structures and practices as well as the dynamics of political contention between the state and the revolutions. First, I argue that that intra‐movement ideological dynamics within the nationalist movement can have a profound impact on the structure and practices of the state. Using the writings of the party leaders, memoirs and official publications of the Burmese communist party, I maintain that subtle and specific ideological differences amongst the Burmese leftist movements generated organizational splits and internecine conflicts in the nationalist struggle, which exerted profound influences on the structures and practices of the Burmese state Secondly, relative ideological positions of the state and the revolutionary movements play an important role in shaping the dynamics of contention between the state and revolution. For example, an intimate web of ideological affinity between the nascent Burmese state and the Burmese leftist movements shaped the context and content of political contention between the state and these movements in the post‐colonial Burma. To address these issues empirically, the first part of the paper examines the formation and cementation of organizational linkages amongst Burmese leftist nationalists during the anti‐colonial struggle. The second part of the paper addresses specific and subtle ways in which ideological character and practices of the Burmese state and the Burmese Communist party shaped state practices and state structures in modern Burma as well as the dynamics of political contention between the state and the revolutionary movements.
