熵是对系统无序度的表征,熵理论应用到企业管理这一特定领域之后,被称之为“管理熵”。本文界定了企业正熵和负熵的概念。提出了企业管理熵研究的逻辑结构;建立了企业的正熵流指标体系和负熵流指标体系;运用熵值法原理推导了企业管理正、负熵的计算公式。对Brusselator模型中的变量进行转义,建立了企业管理熵Brusselator模型,提出了企业成为耗散结构的判据。最后选取AAA企业为研究对象,通过问卷调查获得了企业管理熵模型的基础数据,进行实证分析。  相似文献

本文旨在突破交易成本理论的约束,应用企业网络理论并结合企业集群协同创造价值的特点,来揭示企业集群上下游的成本协同管理需要考虑的问题.依据所揭示的问题和已有的研究成果,我们提出了集群成本协同管理的协同效应假设,应用问卷调查收集数据和统计分析方法证实了所提出的假设,得到如下的结论:在企业集群中,成本协同管理的认同度和上游企业的配合程度越高,核心企业的作用越大,集群成本协同管理效应就越大;同时,研究也支持了企业网络理论的协同管理机制可保障增加协同效应.本文对成本管理理论的主要贡献是提出和证实了集群协同成本管理的协同效应假说,同时也为企业管理者如何利用集群的协同管理来创造企业价值提供了理论依据.  相似文献

建立产品开发的数学模型并采用多智能体模拟方法对复杂产品开发与组织设计的协同性进行了定量分析.首先,对产品和项目从复杂度和开发的时间压力进行了二维建模;然后对不同类型的组织设计所共同关注的组织要素进行识别和建模;通过一组模拟实验进一步对产品开发与组织设计之间的匹配和一致性关系进行了定量化研究,并总结出复杂产品开发与组织设计的协同关系.研究结果表明,组织应针对产品开发的不同特征对各组织要素进行与之相匹配的设计,产品开发与组织设计的良好的协同性是确保组织取得产品开发高绩效的重要因素,并从微观水平上给出复杂产品开发与基于项目的组织设计的协同方案.  相似文献

根据制造行业供应链的特点,建立了供应链合作关系对协同运作,以及合作关系和协同对供应链运作绩效的影响假设模型,其中,供应链合作关系以沟通、信任、承诺、适应、相互依赖和合作6个因素作为度量因素;供应链协同以信息共享、同步决策和激励联盟作为研究维度;供应链绩效主要考察配送、库存成本和柔性3个方面的情况.运用结构方程模型的研究方法,对163例国内制造企业供应链进行数据收集、分析和处理,结果表明,供应链合作关系对协同运作有很强的正性影响作用;同时,供应链合作关系、协同对供应链运作绩效也有明显正性影响.  相似文献

为解决我国企业技术创新高投入低产出的问题,本文提出了同时实施与技术创新具有互补性的组织创新的必要性。以组织创新与技术创新内部复杂相关关系作为研究对象,深入分析了不同企业生命周期阶段组织创新与技术创新协同的不同导向关系。构建企业出生、成长、成熟与蜕变阶段的组织创新要素与技术创新要素协同模型,并应用129家企业的问卷调研数据对理论模型进行验证。研究将有助于管理者深入理解企业不同生命阶段的创新行为,并据此科学地实施组织创新与技术创新来延长企业的生命周期。  相似文献

True synergy, as an organizational design, is uncommon in medical groups. This article addresses the experiences of a medical group that practiced an extreme form of synergy--the total equality of its physicians--since its inception almost 30 years ago. Synergy is the close coordination of the efforts and resources of individuals working together so that the performance of the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Why use synergy in organizational design? By flattening the hierarchical levels, synergy addresses key issues of power (control, resource allocation, planning) and money (salary, bonuses, benefits), treating all physicians as equal partners. It also ensures access to the highest-quality candidates because the lure of equality, ownership, and permanence is so powerful. Synergy in medical groups works best where there is: A clearly stated mission and vision statement, as well as specific goals and objectives; careful selection of associates; a small group of between seven and nine members; a short-term duration of ten years or less; and a certain simplicity, whereby the group avoids risk-prone ventures or projects that distract it from its original mission and vision.  相似文献

Limits to the action of strategic adaptation derive essentially from the temporal and dimensional complexity of the system of the firm. Consequently, a ‘temporal/organizational area decision-making matrix’ has been developed and decisions classified accordingly. Problem-solving approaches adopted in facing complexity and uncertainty appear to be based mainly on the criterion of simplification and on that which ensues of decomposition. Measures currently applied in the process of simplification are examined, including utilization of models. Extra-rational or even irrational elements intervene in the process of strategic adaptation, caused primarily by complexity and by the social-heuristic nature of planning. Basic areas in which extra-rational elements (such as personal opinions, imagination and intuition) play an essential role are singled out and appropriate organizational mechanisms are identified which could assist in attaining the maximum synergic effect from the combined application of rational and extra-rational contributions to planning.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to develop a collaborative learning and communication model for higher education. On a university campus there are various psycho-social and organizational barriers to collaboration inside and outside of the classrooms. Scholars have stated that teachers rarely talk with each other about their teaching, there is little multi-disciplinary research and studies have shown that there is little or no collaboration in meetings and forums outside of university classrooms. So, what are the barriers to collaborative communication and learning and how can these barriers be removed through collaborative strategies? These are the questions that this study explored. Through the understanding of the psycho-social and organizational barriers to collaboration, strategies began to unfold and a new model for collaborative learning and communication was developed. This model reflects a high synergy, totally integrated social and cognitive system for individual and organizational transformation.  相似文献

The health care industry in Taiwan has faced many challenges in recent years. To tackle those challenges, many hospitals in Taiwan began using management techniques used in other industries. As a result, quality management has become important within Taiwan's health care industry. This study provides a perspective on how this health care industry, by developing both quality control circle (QCC) practices and organizational learning techniques, responded to those challenges. In this study, the authors conducted a comprehensive review of studies published between 1995 and 2007 in Taiwan. The review focused on the quality management, QCC, organizational learning and health care organization aspects reported in previous studies. The results revealed the existence of a link between organizational learning and QCC activities. In addition, the reviewed QCC activities facilitated organizational learning and contributed to health care quality improvements in the studied hospitals. Finally, QCC practices in hospitals facilitated dissemination of organizational learning concepts in those hospitals.  相似文献

Scholars of public organizations have long been interested in understanding how organizational structures shape organizational performance. This is an important question because if links between structure and performance exist, then manipulating organizational structures may lead to improvements in organizational performance. This study examines how one structural attribute, span of control, shapes performance in a large set of public organizations. Specifically, our focus is on how structure shapes performance when task difficulty varies. We hypothesize that structural attributes such as spans of control have limited effects on performance when organizations address very easy or very difficult tasks. When organizations address moderately difficult tasks, the impact of structure on performance should be greatest. Our analysis of 678 school districts in Texas covering the years 1994 to 1997 reveals that span of control variables have the greatest impact on student performance under moderately difficult task scenarios.  相似文献

Big data analytics (BDA) is beneficial for organizations, yet implementing BDA to leverage profitability is fundamental challenge confronting practitioners. Although prior research has explored the impact that BDA has on business growth, there is a lack of research that explains the full complexity of BDA implementations. Examination of how and under what conditions BDA achieves organizational performance from a holistic perspective is absent from the existing literature. Extending the theoretical perspective from the traditional views (e.g. resource‐based theory) to configuration theory, the authors have developed a conceptual model of BDA success that aims to investigate how BDA capabilities interact with complementary organizational resources and organizational capabilities in multiple configuration solutions leading to higher quality of care in healthcare organizations. To test this model, the authors use fuzzy‐set qualitative comparative analysis to analyse multi‐source data acquired from a survey and databases maintained by the Centres for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The findings suggest that BDA, when given alone, is not sufficient in achieving the outcome, but is a synergy effect in which BDA capabilities and analytical personnel's skills together with organizational resources and capabilities as supportive role can improve average excess readmission rates and patient satisfaction in healthcare organizations.  相似文献
