中国社会工作本土化教育模式探索

文章综合阐述了社会工作本土化的相关理论,分析了中国社会工作专业教育存在的问题：社会工作专业教育质量偏低;社会工作教育师资力量薄弱;社会工作专业教育中课程设置重理论轻实务;“拿来即用”现象依然存在,“本土化”特色不够。在此基础上提出了社会工作本土化教育模式的基本框架。     

论医学院校通识教育的本质与途径

医药高等教育存在的过度专业化倾向,使其在健康观发生巨大改变、人类社会需求日益增高的今天面临着挑战。教育者开始反思高等教育的本质、目的与意义。在反思中,通识教育作为一种新的教育理想或理念被融入现代高等教育。本文试图在医学教育中寻求一种通识教育的有效途径,达到＂通才教育＂与＂专才教育＂的融合。     

浅述“北青社工”模式

北京青年政治学院社会工作专业成立于1999年,是国内较早成立的社会工作专业之一。社会工作专业成立以来,特别是社会工作系成立以来,以实务为根本,以服务为导向,立足社区,面向基层,强调实践教学,注重社会服务,致力于培养政治素质过硬、基础知识扎实、专业技能熟练的社会工作人才,致力于本土化和本地化社会工作专业教育和实践教学,致力于服务首都社会建设和社区建设,在首都和谐社区建设和双基地建设方面取得了明显的成效,形成了符合首都实际的社会工作专业教育模式,即“北青社工”模式。     

从专业到职业：我国社会工作教育若干问题探讨

“社会工作者职业水平”评价制度和考试办法的出台并不意味着我国社会工作教育发展问题的彻底解决。现阶段，为了推进社会工作教育的发展，应做好以下几个方面的工作：一是实现社会工作教育者的职业化；二是建立高校社会工作实务教育统一标准和考核体系；三是推进社会工作者的职业细分。     

苏皖地区社会工作教育联席会议综述

2010年1月13日，由中国社会工作教育协会主办、南京理工大学承办的“苏皖地区社会工作教育联席会议暨社会工作教育评估指标体系研讨会”顺利举办。该研讨会自筹备以来得到了江苏、安徽两地有关部门及学者的热情响应，与会代表近60名。     

社会工作专业教育的“调适”与未来发展

受学生就业和社会福利改革的影响，当前社会工作教育应该实行通识——专业教育，要给学生较宽的知识，包括应用性的知识，以使学生能有更宽广的事业处理社会福利方面的问题，也能适应其他社会领域的工作……把社会工作教育看作素质教育，使学生在有较稳定的专业价值观的基础上，有较宽广的社会适应性。这可能是当前我国社会工作教育的重要选择，高素质的教育来应对社会转型带来的困难及教育快速发展可能带来的问题，或许是社会工作专业教育所营求的基本策略。

CEO一定要有“江湖感”，这绝非戏言。 做CEO并不难，难的是做一个有成就的CEO。身为CEO，你理应成为公司的精神领袖和团队核心。可是，如果你还是脱不掉技术专家的书卷气、营销天才的雪中飞、资本推手的空手道，你可能就是一个缺少“江湖感”的CEO。“江湖感”似乎与现在时兴的“领导力”比较接近。有“江湖感”的CEO能从专才蜕变成通才，从做事转移到做人，从自己干变成别人干，甚至是从聪明转而为糊涂。     

凝聚专业智慧探求社会工作专业人才培养规律——“中国社会工作教育协会第八届年会暨社会工作人才发展规划与社会工作教育使命研讨会”综述

来自全国三百多所高校和机构近五百名代表出席了中国社会工作教育协会第八届年会暨社会工．作人才发展规划与社会工作教育使命研讨会。代表们围绕和谐社会建设与社会工作教育发展研究、政府社会工作人才发展规划与社会工作教育的任务、政府购买服务与社会工作教育的应对与发展、高校教师领办社会服务机构研究、社会工作专业化与本土化的实证分析、社会工作专业课程教学研究、我国MSW教育的经验与存在的问题分析、开展社会工作与社会政策研究等8个主题展开研讨,取得了丰硕成果。     

社会工作教育的发展取向

社会工作教育是社会工作发展的基础。社会工作教育应坚持国际通则与本土经验并重,价值观教育与知识技能教育并重,知识传授与能力培养并重,学历教育与职业培训并重,专业教育与社会教育并重的发展取向。     

高教研究的社会责任与高教研究主体的使命

高等教育研究的社会责任内涵主要包括：关注社会发展,服务于社会;预测高等教育可能面临的问题,引领社会发展;紧贴高等教育实践,促进改革与发展;加快高等教育学科建设,为理论创新作贡献;遵循研究中的伦理道德规范,保持高教研究队伍的纯洁性等方面。高教研究主体的使命包括提高以高等教育理论为对象的研究、以高等教育现象为对象的研究和以高等教育实践为对象的研究。     

社会工作本科毕业生对专业教学的反馈研究

随着中国社会工作教育的蓬勃发展,大量社会工作毕业生已经走入工作岗位,可以从工作情境的实际需要出发对本科专业教育提供丰富的反馈意见。本研究以天津师范大学社会工作毕业生为研究对象,试图了解毕业生们就业和职业适应状况以及他们对本科教学的看法和评价,以期为今后社会工作专业教育教学改革提供较为客观和现实的指导和建议。     

Underexplored Aspects of Group-work Education in MSW Programs

Warnings about social group work’s diminished place within social work education date back to 1978. This article reports the findings of a national study exploring the state of group-work education in Council on Social Work Education accredited programs. Our 2014 publication compared study results with those of the 1994 Birnbaum and Auerbach publication. This article highlights additional findings regarding underexplored aspects of group-work education including concentrations/specializations in group work, social work faculty expertise and involvement in group-work associations, efforts to link students with professional group-work associations, continuing education opportunities in group work for field supervisors, online/hybrid group-work course offerings, links between institutional characteristics and group-work offerings, and faculty members’ perceptions of the state of group-work education.

“生命线”是中国共产党对思想政治教育在中国革命和建设进程中历史作用的科学定位,具有坚实的实践基础和深厚的理论依据。它为我国经济社会发展提供了正确方向、坚强领导、良好环境和人才保障,化解了各种矛盾。当前我国经济社会发展的新形势、新情况为思想政治教育在经济、政治、文化和社会建设各方面提出了新使命、新要求。     

The Governance of Higher Education According to the Marxist View of Fairness

According to Marxism, fairness or equity is concrete, evolving, and practice-based, and has as its ultimate aim the realization of the full and free development of man. Xi Jinping Thought on Fairness and Justice underscores governing the country according to law, improving work styles, innovating the social governance model, and making social welfare and people's full and free development the point of departure and ultimate goal, in a fresh development of the Marxist approach to equity in the contemporary era. Guided by this approach, Chinese higher education institutions should break free of the traditional regimen, shifting the governance structure from bureaucratic management to shared governance and from the traditional rule of man to the rule of law. Through institutional measures and observance of the basic laws of higher education development, we can build a new type of collaborative relationship among governments, institutions of higher learning, academics and students, and society as a whole. In this way, all participants will find their proper place and realize their full potential, thus activating and enhancing the innovative capacity of higher education. Only thus will higher education institutions be able to modernize their governance systems and capacity.     

After the Handover in 1997

This paper analyzes the development of social welfare, social work education, and the social work profession against the background of Hong Kong's socio-economic and political development before and after the historic 1997 transfer of sovereignty. The change from a British colonial regime to China's Special Administrative Region has not changed Hong Kong's welfare regime, which provides the context in which the social work profession and education developed. The welfare sector has been increasingly subject to managerialist control by the government. Marketization in higher education in general has resulted in the proliferation of social work education programs. On the other hand, social work education has ventured new directions of development to face up with the challenges of increasing globalization.     

服务学习型教学模式在社会工作专业中的运用

起源于西方的服务学习模式日益受到了我国高校教育的重视。社会工作作为一个实务性强的专业,在专业发展中注重实践,对理论的本土化发展不断进行探索。本文探讨服务学习教学模式在社会工作专业中的运用的理论和现实背景;描述服务学习教育模式的定义和特征,总结服务学习与社会工作专业教学的契合点;探讨服务学习在社会工作专业教学中的积极意义和对于专业成长的促进作用,讨论服务学习型教学模式的运用问题和初步构想。     

End-of-Life Care and Social Work Education

Summary

Social workers are major service providers to people who are facing end-of-life issues including the terminally ill and their families. Yet, exemplary models for social work education and intervention methods are limited in rural states. A statewide survey conducted in Kentucky found only two social work courses dedicated to end-of-life care currently being offered by accredited undergraduate and graduate institutions. Another statewide survey found that many hospice social workers are relatively inexperienced and have a need and desire for more education on death, dying and loss. Also, unique cultural, economic and geographic areas, such as Appalachia are enigmas when it comes to the provision of end-of-life care. This partnership provides a varied perspective on delivery of end-of-life care services with an emphasis on social work interventions and education.     

研究生教育现存的问题及其改革设想

1999年以后,我国的研究生教育进入了高速发展时期,出现了诸多问题。回顾这一时期研究生教育的概况、分析出现的问题并对其进行理论上的思考,对于我们进一步认识研究生教育的性质及更理性地对待研究生教育改革有重大的意义。
