关于卖方管理库存(VM I)的研究多是从主导企业(买方)来评价VM I的实施效果的,事实上不但应该考虑VM I对买方的影响,还应考虑VM I对整个供应链的影响。在前人研究的基础上,考虑了运输成本和经济批量之间的内在联系,对传统VM I模型进行了完善。通过模型分析发现了卖方短期成本增加的条件,在此基础上通过引入第三方物流作为中间作业平台来优化VM I模型,从而缓解卖方短期成本增加的弊病,降低VM I作业环节的物流成本,增加卖方的短期利润,以提高卖方参与VM I的积极性。  相似文献

This paper describes field research and its findings that investigate the relationship of a firm's position in the supply chain to behaviour. Specifically, perceptions of requirements, performance and customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction are the behavioural issues of interest here. The field research was carried out in four European supply chains in the automotive aftermarket, or spares industry. It was proven statistically and qualitatively that, in the chains studied, upstream relationships contained more customer dissatisfaction and more misperceptions about performance than did downstream relationships. Delivery performance was identified as the major cause of these problems, This has implications for planning and control. First, the Forrester-type swings in information upstream, proven in industrial dynamics, make planning and control decisions more difficult; this research identifies the detrimental effect of this on customer satisfaction. Secondly, measurement of delivery performance is identified as being a critical issue; not only should measures be made in planning and control but also they should be communicated and agreed with customers to prevent misperceptions occurring. As this research showed these misperceptions to be positively correlated to customer dissatisfaction, efTort to remove them from relationships should be treated as a priority.  相似文献

In this study, two models are developed to co-ordinate both production and distribution in order to reduce the relevant costs in a supply chain. According to the functions of the distribution centre, there is a distinction between an inventory co-ordination point and an inventory storage point. The former is a cross-docking strategy, and the latter is a traditional warehousing strategy. The manufacturer has distinct production processes when co-operating with the distribution centre. Case study analysis is used to illustrate the models developed, in which the following conclusions can be obtained: the cross-docking distribution strategy will result in tremendous savings in the total system cost for the supply chain. This study makes two important contributions to the production, and logistics literature. First, the range of applications was extended by studying a new combinatorial problem that incorporates cross-docking in a supply chain environment. Second, computational performance with cross docking was evaluated. The benefit delivery policy for a distribution centre was found by means of integrating manufacturer production planning and a distribution centre delivery policy.  相似文献

由于存在着来自纵向和横向的竞争,分散式供应链系统很难达到集成供应链系统的效率.为此论文引入了线性转移支付契约.研究表明,选择恰当的奖惩因子以及将最低销售规模限制在一定的区间内,可以协调供应链.在这种契约机制下,分散式供应链的效率与集成式供应链效率等同,最后通过算例对该研究作进一步说明.  相似文献

Recently, there has been a rebirth of interest in supply chain demand amplification, a trend accelerated by the availability of a wide range of simulation packages. However, although this approach provides some guidance on design improvements possible in a given situation, it rarely offers insight for the future. In the present paper the use of simple filter theory is proposed to help bridge this gap. The example chosen to illustrate the approach is a three-echelon system in which there are factory, distributor, and retailer activities. The results vividly confirm an optimal design previously obtained via a multi-attribute utility technique (MAUT) expert system. However, the knowledge gained via filter theory should improve yet further the effectiveness of the expert system. This is because the sequential steps to be followed when varying the echelon dynamics as part of the search procedure can be greatly improved. The paper concludes by showing how simulation results might be used to confirm the supply chain dynamic design which will minimize stockholdings in the presence of demand fluctuations. However, it should be noted that in common with the successful application of systems dynamics techniques in production-distribution systems generally, the solutions are most applicable to the medium-term operations horizon. The latter term may need re-definition for use in ‘lean’ supply chains. Our intuitive reaction is that a scientific definition may well turn out to be a multiple of the largest remaining process lead-time in the slimmed down supply chain rather than being the customary arbitrary choice of, for instance, a 12-month period.  相似文献

This paper describes a database management system which was the result of a study carried out by Sakarya University and Adapazari Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The aim of the study was to increase the competitiveness of automotive companies in national and global markets by providing financial, economical and technological information regarding product design, supply chain, quality and job satisfaction. The results indicated that it is of vital importance to generate a supply-chain database management system for better selection of suppliers. 当供应商面临资金约束时,通过制造商提供预付款的内部融资模式,可以缓解供应商资金约束对制造商及供应链利润的影响,研究了预付款融资模式下供应商和制造商的最优生产和融资决策,并分析了供应商的自有资金、价格折扣两种因素对供应链融资绩效的影响.研究发现:给定价格折扣,只有当供应商的自有资金量小于一定临界值时,供应商才会接受预付款融资合同;如果价格折扣高于一定临界值,实施预付款融资后,供应商的生产能恢复到无资金约束下的最优水平,否则,只有当供应商的自有资金量超过一定值时,预付款融资才能使供应商的生产恢复到无资金约束下的最优水平,并且供应链的绩效不会因供应商的资金约束而受损.研究的结论能为企业制定预付款融资决策提供参考依据.  相似文献

It is widely argued that to be competitive, a company not only needs to focus on internal aspects but on the entire supply chain. Lean supply chain management has become a means of enhancing competitiveness by improving efficiency and increasing flexibility at all stages of the supply chain. This research develops and validates a lean supply chain management measurement instrument. A two-phase approach is used for scale development and refinement. In the first phase, a literature review is conducted to identify definitions of lean supply chain management and agile supply chain management and their corresponding measurement items. In the second phase, the lean supply chain management measurement instrument is validated using survey data based on scales developed in the first phase by 59 scholars with experience in lean management and/or supply chain management. The results provide a structured and comprehensive measure of lean supply chain management indicating that there are two differentiated dimensions in the measurement instrument: one related to the operational aspects of lean supply chain strategy implementation and the second related to lean supply chain planning.  相似文献

The supply chain networks could be very fragile in global environment due to unexpected events such as emergencies, normal disruptions and industrial accidents. The supply chain members may lose their production capacities temporarily, which might have significant impacts on the performance of the whole supply chain network. This article proposes a discrete time model to characterise the unreliable production capacity in serial supply chain networks. Based on the proposed model, the exact probability distributions are available for the performance analysis of a single-stage system in the lost sales scenario. The iterative methods are developed to derive the approximate performance measures for single-stage systems in the backorder scenario and multi-stage systems in both the lost sales and backorder scenarios. The proposed methods are verified through a series of numerical experiments. The analysis results suggest that the performance of the supply chain network suffers more from the downstream-stage unreliability than the upstream-stage unreliability. Furthermore, some application examples are illustrated to show the possible solutions for practical problems.  相似文献

This paper studies the impact of configuring supply chain design strategies on performance using real-world example of aligning different supply chain practices to supply chain strategies to achieve competitive advantage. The paper first carries out a synthesis of literature categorising the supply chain strategies, practices and linking them to contexts and competitive advantage. The paper then uses a case study methodology to explore the process of adjusting supply chain strategies and aligned practices to gain competitive advantage in different contexts. The paper reports two case examples of a leaf tobacco company and a mosquito coil manufacturer from India facing different demand characteristics and implementing different supply chain strategies for enhancing performance objectives. Both companies faced a change in their business environment and competitive priorities. In both the examples, companies used a combination of practices for implementing appropriate supply chain strategies to gain competitive advantage. This paper contributes to the academic discipline of supply chain management through developing theory showing the transition of supply chain strategies for achieving superior performance in different business environments. The paper has wide managerial implications by reporting real-life implementation of different supply chain strategies thus bridging the practice-theory gap.  相似文献
