生活质量高在很大程度上体现为人的幸福感,对1994名城市青年从社会资本视角进行的问卷调查发现,社会资本的普遍化互惠对青年幸福感具有积极影响;社会信任中的特殊信任因子、一般信任因子对青年幸福感具有显著影响,普通信任因子没有显著影响;社会参与中的协会型社团参与因子对青年幸福感具有正向统计显著性。  相似文献

基于2003年中国综合社会调查数据,以结构方程模型为分析工具,本文探讨如何测量个人资本和嵌入在社会网络中的社会资本以及两者间的关系;针对中国城市居民的讨论网和拜年网,建立了以网络规模、密度、网顶、网差、职业类型和单位类型的多样性为指标的社会网络资本的测量模型;分析了嵌入在这两个网络中的社会资本与通过权力、财富与声望来测量的个人资本之间的关系,提出情感性网络中的社会资本对个人资本并无影响,而工具性网络中的社会资本对个人资本有显著的正向影响。  相似文献

对中小型创业企业青年员工的调查发现,社会资本正向显著影响青年员工创业能力,各维度指标的作用效应大小不同,创业资源拥有量特别是非正式资源拥有量作用突出。资源运用能力正向调节社会资本对创业能力的驱动过程,并对反映社会资本影响创业能力的过程起到明显的促进作用,表明了"社会资本—创业能力"这一创业行为驱动过程中的内在作用机理,即青年员工的"资源运用能力"会在这一过程中发挥正向调节功能。  相似文献

社会网络资本是影响收入分配的重要机制。本文将社会网络资本区分为潜在的和动员的两种形式,发现:随着两类社会网络资本的递增,人们的收入回报增加,但回报率递减;随着市场化程度的提高,潜在性社会网络资本的收入回报率递减,但动员性社会网络资本的收入回报率递增,而递增速度随之衰减。本文从资源多元配置方式的相互作用的视角,探讨了社会网络资本收入效应的变化逻辑。  相似文献

Through 10 in-depth interviews and 2 focus groups, this exploratory study examines how young Korean Americans perceive cultural identity, utilize social capital, and identify conflicts that arise between themselves and their significant others, particularly focusing on how they integrate Korean and American culture. The findings reveal that young Korean Americans have multifaceted, situational identities, which go beyond existing cultural stereotypes, maximize their religious-based social capital and human capital, and experience a varying range of cultural tensions and conflicts in social settings. Therefore, situational cultural identity, a new category of intercultural public relations is suggested, and implications for the practice of public relations are discussed.  相似文献

In this article, we propose a revised definition of social capital, premised on the principles of evolutionary psychology. We define social capital as any feature of a social relationship that, directly or indirectly, confers reproductive benefits to a participant in that relationship. This definition grounds the construct of social capital in human nature by providing a basis for inferring the underlying motivations that humans may have in common, rather than leaving the matter of what humans use capital for unspoken. Discussions and empirical reviews are presented on the innateness of human sociability, sex differences in sociability, and psychological mechanisms that mediate sociability .  相似文献

The roles of social work libraries are reexamined in light of recent trends in library information science The implementation of special services is advocated in the following areas: Information Retrieval and Selective Dissemination of Information (SDI) programs, computer-produced subject bibliographies, regional and national union catalogues in book format, cooperative acquisition plans, and improved interlibrary loan services. Local, regional, and national consortia social work libraries are seen as a possible approach, utilizing existing and future data bank networks.  相似文献

The chronic dilemma in social work education — between high standards of academic excellence and the demands of breadth and relevance — has been thrown into sharp focus by two major developments in the past decade One is an academic revolution, a vigorous drive toward a sound scientific base of professional knowledge; the other is a social revolution, which has challenged the field's claims of relevance to the urgent concerns of the urban crisis. The author proposes a synthesis of these two dynamic elements rather than a rejection of one or the other. Previous scholarship has demonstrated the importance of individual characteristics and structural context for understanding social capital formation. However, a developmental approach to social capital formation has, so far, been absent. In this study, I argue that social capital formation must be understood intergenerationally as well as structurally. Using hierarchical linear modeling, I investigate the hypothesized intergenerational transmission of social capital using Waves 1 and 2 of the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health. The results show that, in addition to individual characteristics, neighborhood‐level factors, and school‐level variables, parental social capital is an important predictor of adolescent social capital. This study also suggests that the intergenerational transmission of social capital functions, in part, through family structure and that structural differences account for only a relatively small share of the variation in adolescent social capital. Potential explanations for these findings are discussed.  相似文献

Abstract This paper sets forth an interdisciplinary interpretation of social capital that will permit the concept to be used with precision in scholarly and scientific work. If the interpretation is accepted, the social capital concept cannot be regarded as a social theory, nor as a statement of normative goals. 笔者于2005年3~6月对1161名首都青少年的消费能力及具体的消费进行了问卷调查。分析了不同类型消费者的心理特征及在不同青少年群体中的构成状况,并指出追求享受型消费者并不是青少年的主流。青少年对品牌的认识与对高科技消费类电子产品的价值持积极的态度,对它们的使用与消费有助于维护自我的形象并在群体中得到认同。  相似文献
