大力发展手工编织 促进妇女就业创业

The All-China Women＇s Federation （ACWF） and China＇s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security held, in Chengdu （capital of Southwest China＇s Sichuan Province） on May 8, a conference to demonstrate and promote achievements in developing the weaving industry to help women find work and/or start a business. Shen Yueyue, Vice- Chairperson of the NPC （National People＇s Congress） Standing Committee and ACWF President, spoke during the conference. Song Xiuyan, Vice- President and First Member of the Secretariat of ACWF, hosted the event.     

黎川乡村微型企业吸纳留守妇女就业

Officials in Lichuan County, in East China＇s Jiangxi Province, in recent years have established micro enterprises （small businesses, with 20 or fewer employees, and whose business volume is less than three million yuan [US $491,803]） in many villages （communities）, to offer jobs to left-behind women （whose husbands have left home to work elsewhere）. So far, more than 200 micro enterprises have employed more than 2,000 left-behind women.

Free Medical Check-ups Dongying. in East China＇s Shandong Province, recently offered the local women free medical check-ups to screen for cervical and breast cancer. By the end of July 2010, some 6,303 women had been screened for cervical cancer and 7,256 had been tested for breast cancer.     

小额担保贷款助力妇女创业

2009年,全国妇联协调财政部、人力资源和社会保障部、中国人民银行共同出台了推动妇女创业就业的小额担保贷款财政贴息政策。

人社部首次发布网络创业促进就业报告

【本刊讯】近日,人力资源和社会保障部首次向社会发布了“网络创业促进就业研究报告”。报告指出,我国网络创业就业已累计制造岗位超过1000万个,有力缓解了近几年的就业压力,并日益成为创业就业新的增长点。人社部此次调查研究的网络创业就业对象包括三种群体：一是创业者,即开办网店的业主及合伙经营者;二是直接从业者,即创业者本人及其雇佣的从业人员;三是间接就业者,即与网商有紧密联系并由其经营链条直接带动的其他行业新增的从业人员。     

社区就业视角下妇女能力建设问题分析

社区就业对妇女能力建设有着积极的促进作用,在为女性提供更多的就业岗位的同时,大大提高了女性的社会地位、促进了妇女的全面发展,但由于当前社区就业的不完善。在一定程度上又阻碍了妇女能力的进一步提高,对此．应该采取各种有效的措施完善社区就业。促进妇女能力建设。

促进农民工就业,推进城镇化战略

各级政府高度重视农民工就业工作,把转移农村劳动力作为就业工作的重点之一。虽然,对农村富余劳动力进城务工拆除了门槛,取消了种种不合理的限制,但与城镇下岗失业人员相比,农村富余劳动力进城务工在享受政策待遇上仍有不少差别。把符合条件的农业人口逐步转变为城市居民,不是简单地让农民工到城市打工,而是要让农民工融入整个城市,在劳动就业、工资待遇、子女教育、社会保障等方面享受与城镇居民相同的待遇。     

论和谐社会进程中妇女充分就业的社会支持体系建设

对广大妇女来说,就业是保障其获得收入,实现生存和发展的基本要求与基本权利,也是妇女提高其社会地位,实现其全面发展的前提条件。因此面对中国经济加速转轨,就业压力的持续加大,促进广大妇女实现充分就业,不仅是保障妇女权益的基本要求,也是新时期建设和谐社会的基本任务之一。而促进妇女实现充分就业,需要完善以保障制度为核心的社会支持体系。。

The All-China Women＇s Federation （ACWF） and the National Bureau of Statistics on September 26 launched tile Third Survey on Chinese Women＇s Sccial Status. The survey was launched in Beijing. The 120 people who attended the news con ference to launch the survey included experts, liaison officers and heads of provincial-level women＇s federations. They discussed the planning for the survey, the design of the questionnaire and quality
control issues.     

邵阳市妇女就业现状与对策分析
