导质量文化建设提高大学教育质量

在把高等教育质量视为生命线的今天,倡导质量文化建设是提高大学教育质量的长效机制.质量文化是提高教育质量的灵魂,是凝聚教育各利益相关者的精神动力,是高校提高教育质量的隐性动力.建设高校质量文化,一是要加强政府的主导作用,二是要增强学校的主体意识,三是需要社会大环境的支持.     

耕地资源质量安全评价——以山东省为例

本文介绍了耕地质量安全的相关概念和影响因素,结合研究区域山东省构建了耕地质量安全评价指标体系,并计算出耕地质量综合指标值,根据多数原则和均数原则确定了耕地质量安全界限。研究结果表明：山东省耕地资源质量整体水平较高。随着时间序列的延伸,山东省耕地质量水平先降后升,1999～2002年以前山东省耕地质量安全成下降趋势,2003年以后山东省耕地资源质量安全呈现上升的变化趋势。     

全面质量管理与高职质量管理

教育质量是高等教育赖以生存和发展的基础,研究高等院校教育质量的管理是高等教育永恒的主题。作为我国高等教育大众化主力军的高职教育,在快速、持续发展的过程中,亦遇到师资力量不足、教学内容陈旧等教育质量问题。全面质量管理是高职院校"质量立校"的根本途径,本文就全面质量管理在高职教育质量管理中的应用进行探讨。

住宅工程 分户验收

住房城乡建设部近日发布的《关于做好住宅工程质量分户验收工作的通知》规定,分户验收不合格,不能进行住宅工程整体竣工验收。住宅分户验收的内容主要包括地面、墙面和顶棚质量;门窗质量;栏杆、护栏质量;防水工程质量;室内主要空间尺寸;给水排水系统安装质量;室内电气工程安装质量;建筑节能和采暖工程质量;有关合同中规定的其他内容。

A model for evaluation of enterprise architecture quality

Today, most organizations use an enterprise architecture (EA) approach as a tool to increase the power of management on the organization's information technology. Enterprise architecture is a set of processes that helps an organization to translate its vision into an effective change in the organization's scope by providing a clear understanding of its current state. The purpose of this research is to identify EA quality attributes and its evaluation indicators in the organization. This study was conducted by using mixed method, including qualitative and quantitative parts. In the qualitative section, a variety of EA evaluation indicators were identified by a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, then in the quantitative section the survey data were collected by a questionnaire prepared based on the qualitative part and then exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were performed. This research presents an EA evaluation model that has seven main quality attributes including alignment and integrity, quality of EA products and services, security, maintainability and portability, reliability, reusability and scalability, and 30 indicators that address all aspects of enterprise architecture. Through this model, organizations can evaluate the quality of implemented EA or AS-IS status of EA and take steps to improve it.     

REPUTATIONAL COMPARATIVE ADVANTAGE AND MULTINATIONAL ENTERPRISE

For a firm without a readily identifiable brand name, quality reputation may solely reflect the country of origin. In this article I endogenize these country-of-origin reputations and show that these self-fulfilling reputations determine not only the average quality of a country's exports but also the type of products in which a country specializes. Hence, the pattern of international trade can be determined by reputational comparative advantage. This specialization can also establish the location of the host and the parent firm in a multinational enterprise. Furthermore, this reputation effect can identify whether internalization or licensing is more likely to occur.     

职业技能竞赛与高职人才培养相融合的研究

浅谈中小企业税务风险化解及防范

中小企业税务风险通常指企业未能遵守国家税务法律法规而导致企业未来利益受损的可能性,企业应纳税而没有纳税,将来面临补税、罚款、加收滞纳金。中小企业的税务风险主要表现为:中小企业故意违反税法产生的税务风险;企业非故意违反税法产生的税务风险;税收政策调整或主管税务机关责任带来的税收风险;企业税收筹划带来的风险。中小企业防范和化解税务风险的举措表现为:牢固树立税务风险意识;提高涉税人员的业务素质;建立健全企业税收控制制度;营造良好的税企沟通机制。     

Communicating social value: An experimental study on credible communication and social enterprises

The management of marketing and communication strategies involves a complex mix of different requirements, particularly for social enterprises, which try to fulfill both social and business aims while operating in a resource-constrained context. Although social enterprises are a rising phenomenon, the research on how these businesses communicate their activities remains in its infancy. This study builds on the theory of planned behavior and the source credibility theory, presenting a conceptual framework that distinguishes between high, moderate, and low credibility of a social enterprise's communication, to analyze its effects on potential customers' behavioral intentions. Through an online experiment with 260 subjects, the authors demonstrate that attitude toward a social enterprise, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and, ultimately, the intention to support a social enterprise by purchasing its products increases with the social enterprise's message credibility. The authors also present practical implications and avenues for future research on the communication of social enterprises based on the empirical findings.     

Social Return on Investment of an Innovative Employment Option for Persons with Developmental Disabilities

Common Ground Co‐operative (CGC) provides training, administrative, and job coach support to five social enterprises for which persons with developmental disabilities are the non‐share‐capital partners. This study examines the use of social return on investment (SROI) as a means of determining the value of program impacts related to quality‐of‐life changes for enterprise partners and their families. The process of conducting this SROI analysis is described and analyzed in terms of its utility in employment services for persons with developmental disabilities.     

Evaluation as a social practice: Disenchantment,rationalities and ethics

We live in an age where evaluation is omnipresent. However, as a social practice, it has become hard to distinguish from auditing, inspection, quality assurance and other means of social control. As a result, the evaluation occupation is now widely viewed as intrusive and burdensome – a self-serving commercial enterprise. Yet, evaluation at its creation was conceived (or perhaps imagined) as a vocation devoted to the public good. This article probes the root causes of the spreading disenchantment; puts Weber’s logic of social action to work; and puts his rationalities concepts to work to explore the ethical and professional challenges currently faced by the evaluation community.

Social Enterprise in Mental Health: An Overview

ABSTRACT

This article provides an overview of the models and concepts of social enterprise utilized for and by people with serious mental illness histories. Although social enterprise in mental health is not new, the naming of it as social enterprise and the attention these efforts have garnered is new. This article will provide a brief history of social enterprise in formal social services; review some conceptual issues and differences between social enterprise in Europe and North America—the two major current centers of its activity; and conclude with some observations of the ways in which mental health social enterprises are developing.
