延边朝鲜族劳动力外流及其影响研究

利用前国家人口和计划生育委员会流动人口及其影响因素监测调查数据,采用异方差Probit模型,对延边朝鲜族劳动力特别是女性劳动力外流的特点进行分析。研究结果表明:性别、年龄、社会资源、教育程度等对劳动力外流有显著影响;女性劳动力流动概率高于男性且婚姻和孩子数影响不显著是朝鲜族劳动力外流的重要特点;生活水平低、朝鲜族自身特点和地理位置促成了延边朝鲜族人口的大量外流,影响了当地经济和民族自身发展。

延边朝鲜族妇女生育意愿的影响因素分析

延边朝鲜族育龄妇女的生育意愿的影响因素主要在三个方面,即传统文化因素、育龄妇女自身因素和社会经济因素。抽样调查数据分析的结果表明,育龄妇女自身因素和经济社会发展在一定程度上影响了朝鲜族的生育意愿,但是,朝鲜族独特的传统文化起了决定性的作用。     

中国朝鲜族人口现代化的成就与经验

朝鲜族在人口现代化方面取得的成就 ,不仅为中国 56个民族之冠 ,在有的重要指标上还达到了世界发达国家水平。这表明 ,朝鲜族已走上了“人口—教育—经济—社会”良性发展的轨道。朝鲜族的主要经验是 :“教育兴族 ,教育优先” ,“超前发展计划生育” ,特别强调保持和发扬本民族的优良传统与倡导现代生育观念     

延边朝鲜族人口流动的特征和影响因素研究

朝鲜族是我国人口较多的少数民族之一,流动人口比例较大,跨境流动现象普遍。人口流动可以改善个人和家庭的社会经济状况,但是也给边境地区朝鲜族聚居地的可持续发展带来不利影响。本文利用吉林省延边地区朝鲜族人口流动的调查数据,分析非流动人口、境内流动人口和跨境流动人口的特征,通过Logistic回归模型研究不同类型流动人口的影响因素。回归结果表明,性别、年龄、婚姻状况、外出经历是影响朝鲜族人口流动的主要因素,性别、年龄、婚姻状况同样是影响朝鲜族流动人口是否进行跨境流动的主要因素,而受教育水平、语言能力等因素对于人口流动的影响并不显著。政府应进一步规范劳务输出途径,加强流动人口职业技能培训,加大对返乡劳动者创业的扶持力度,推动朝鲜族聚居地区经济社会发展,维护边境地区人口和社会稳定。     

论新时期中国涉外婚姻的特征与走向--以上海市为例

中国的涉外婚姻起步晚,发展快,经济开放使上海市成为中国涉外婚姻发展最快的地区。在上海市的涉外婚姻中,外国男性娶上海市女性的“顺势组合”占绝对优势,婚姻的国际化程度日益提高;离婚者参与涉外婚姻的情形比较普遍,显示了这类人群婚姻观念的开放性;平均结婚年龄高,外嫁婚姻的夫妻年龄差距过大;涉外婚姻的受教育程度高,属于文化优势阶层。涉外婚姻存在商业化倾向,感情基础相对单薄。涉外婚姻的过快增长宏观上也造成上海本地婚配人群的素质错位。涉外婚姻的未来目标是平衡、平等的国际家庭。     

福建省涉外婚姻状况研究

本文利用福建省民政部门近年来的涉外婚姻统计资料以及台湾地区1993年对四百多位已申请其大陆配偶来台定居的台湾人的问卷调查结果,简述福建涉外婚姻的概况和特点,分析导致涉外婚姻的主要原因,并探讨福建涉外婚姻存在的问题及其解决的办法.作者认为改革时期政治理念的开放性和价值观念的多元化,既为涉外婚姻创造了合适的政治环境,又为涉外婚姻提供了对之予以认可甚至驱动的社会文化思想和个人心理意识,而涉外婚姻当事人特殊的个人背景,则为这种涉外择偶的意愿转化为实际的涉外婚姻行为准备了具体落实的条件.鉴于涉外婚姻目前存在的种种问题,建议坚持不从政策和舆论上鼓励跨海跨族择偶的原则.     

延边朝鲜族地区女性劳动力流动与留守研究

本文利用国家计生委2011年对吉林省中朝边境地区人口流动的抽样调查数据对我国延边朝鲜族地区的女性劳动力流动与留守问题进行分析。研究发现女性劳动的外流决定显著的受到家庭中学龄前儿童数量、婚姻状况及本地劳动力市场成熟程度的影响;对于本地非外出的女性劳动力其短期外出规划会受到家庭中是否已有劳动力外出等多个变量的影响,而长期外出规划则仅仅受到其当前劳动分工的影响;相对于非留守女性,留守妇女的家庭负担主要来自于抚育子女。     

可持续发展与少数民族地区的计划生育政策--吉林延边朝鲜族与新疆维吾尔自治区少数民族低生育率比较研究

本文从计划生育的基本国策和2000年3月2日中共中央国务院颁布的《关于加强人口与计划生育工作稳定低生育水平的决定》(简称《决定》)出发,通过对我国人口生育水平的时间和空间分析,提出稳定低生育水平的工作难点关键是在少数民族地区。并以吉林延边朝鲜族和新疆少数民族生育水平为例,进行了比较研究,得出结论:对少数民族的计划生育优惠政策实际上是“好心照顾他,反到害了他”,只有降低生育率才更有利于少数民族地区的可持续发展。     

人口迁移对延边朝鲜族育龄妇女生育行为差异的影响程度分析

利用2011年国家人口计生委流动人口及其影响因素监测调查数据,通过比较农村未迁出朝鲜族育龄妇女、城市未迁出朝鲜族育龄妇女和迁出的朝鲜族育龄妇女三个人口群体在生育行为上的差异,考察人口迁移对朝鲜族妇女生育行为的影响。结果显示,几种类型的朝鲜族育龄妇女生育行为存在一定的差异,流动迁移对朝鲜族育龄妇女是否选择生育的生育行为有显著影响,但对朝鲜族育龄妇女选择生育二胎的生育行为影响不完全显著。

Low Fertility Trap:Theories,Facts and Implications

The low Fertility Trap Hypothesis proposes that there are three self-reinforcing mechanism--demographic,sociological and economic,working towards a downward spiral in future fertility.Once TFR drops below 1.5,it will be difficult to recover.The fertility recovery emerging in many countries across the world has changed the lowfertility trap theory and also the justification of the theory itself.So low-fertility trap is more likely a pattern summarized from a short-time phenomenon than a generalized social law.As with China,the current fertility level is above 1.5 births per woman,and China is not in the "Low-fertility trap".Moreover,most recent surveys suggests that current fertility intention in China is above 1.8 births per woman and more than60 percent of people would have a second child if there is an adjustment of fertility policy.In addition,birth postponement is still playing an important role in reducing TFR in China.Thus,with the high fertility intention,adjustment of family planning policy and decreasing tempo effect,TFR in China will experience upturn but not further decline in the near future.It is lack of evidence to conclude that China has already been or is going to be trapped in low fertility.
