忠诚计划能否创造顾客忠诚,以航空公司常旅客计划为背景,从感知价值视角探讨忠诚计划与顾客忠诚之间的关系,依据价值性质将忠诚计划分为经济功能价值和社交情感价值,将计划忠诚的概念进一步细分为态度计划忠诚和行为计划忠诚,以便更好地理解忠诚计划中的顾客忠诚行为.研究发现,忠诚计划能创造顾客忠诚,经济功能价值促成行为计划忠诚,社交情感价值促成态度计划忠诚,两类感知价值通过计划忠诚的中介作用影响企业的品牌忠诚. 相似文献

Abstract This paper reviews and discusses many differing forms of incentive compensation systems that are being used in today's organizations. The review traces the roots of bonus compensation from individual piece-work plans through the adoption of organization-wide gainsharing plans to the growing recognition of open-book management. Reasons for the shift in units of analysis from the individual employee to the work team or organization as a whole are discussed. Explanations are also given for why many companies are beginning to concentrate on outcomes rather than process measures as indicators of organizational success. Lastly, suggestions for enhancing the research agenda and bridging the gap between science and practice are provided for the scientists and practitioners of organizational behavior management. 相似文献

This research investigates how intrinsic and extrinsic motivation factors contribute to employee motivation in providers of product-service systems (PSS). Employee motivation determines the quality of the delivered service and is thus an area of great importance for PSS providers. We present rich case-based data collected through semi-structured interviews, a survey and secondary sources. The analysis showed the particularly high importance of intrinsic and individual motivation factors such as the fulfilling nature of the work and skill development showing the ownership and pride service employees took in their work. Further, the organisation needs to set the context of high employee motivation by enabling flexibility and performance feedback. Our research contributes to the literature by providing a first empirical study of employee motivation in PSS providers and thus providing important insights on the implementation of a servitisation strategy. 相似文献

为什么组织成员明明认识到组织中存在某方面的潜在问题,而且知道该问题如果得到改进将有利于组织的发展,但是他们却选择了沉默.员工沉默行为使得组织丧失了大量的改进和优化机会,而且对于员工自身来说也是一种工作懈怠的表现.所以,研究沉默行为对于企业组织理论的发展以及企业的实践经营,都有重要意义.文章在分布于全国22个城市的企业中收集员工数据,通过实证研究分析了来自组织、领导、个人三个不同方面的因素,分别对于三种沉默行为的影响.研究结果表明,不同因素对不同的沉默行为具有完全不同的影响,特别是分配越公平,员工沉默行为程度却是越高,这与现有理论假设完全相反.文章尝试从本土化原因进行解析.同时,文章在数据处理过程中加入了对社会赞许性问题和同源误差的分析,使得研究更为规范完整. 相似文献

Abstract Work-based counselling services have increasingly been introduced in organizational settings in the 1980s and 1990s. In this paper, a study is reported of the attitudes of 213 employees of a UK Health Authority towards an existing counselling service. Questionnaires sought information about attitudes to counselling, confidentiality, attitudes to those seeking counselling and general health. The results suggested that attitudes to work-based counselling services are predicted by employees' perceptions of those seeking counselling as trustworthy and their beliefs about the confidentiality of the service.
